~five hours later~
Dimitri was sleeping with his head in my lap at the time Travis came over. "They've tapped. Are you two ready?" He asked. I awakened Dimitri. "Come on bud, I think the mission is complete." I stood up and grabbed his hand. Aaron was waiting for us, key in hand. When we stood there, he opened the door. Aphmau came first, followed by a boy with blond hair. Then Emmlyn and Kenmur came out, holding hands. Yip, Vvlad and Katelyn came out last, a familiar face in front of them. A tear slid down my cheek, and Vvlad came over to hug me. "Dimitri, Travis, come make yourselves useful." I heard Katlyn call, and the footsteps indicated they decided to do just that. Vvlad released his grip on me and studied my face. "Are you ok?" He asked. "I think so." I answered, and after another hug, we walked away from that box, to the town.

An hour later, I had eaten some rainbow curry, and I felt a lot better. Vvlad looked at me, question in his eyes. I nodded and took a deep breath. "I'm ready." He looked at me again. "Are you sure?" He asked. I nodded. "Do you want to..." He asked, trailing off. "Zane." I said. "I remember him." My voice wavered slightly. "Kali, I have to warn you, he is in a jail cell. It is by itself too, so he can't harm anyone. Are you sure?" Vvlad asked. "I'm sure." I said, taking another deep breath before standing up. "Lead the way." I said, taking his hand.
