One upon a time

Once upon a time a shy princess lived with her father and talk to no one, then a prince came along and swept her off her feet. She love him and he loved her so they got marry and lived happily ever after, right?

If this was a fairytale that would be right but not here, not my story. No one knows me. I'm invisible, I seem like a shy girl but I'm not when I'm on the stage. I love the attention on stage it gives me hope that I would be notice. I am still waiting for Prince Charming to come and notice me but for right now I will still sit in the back of the class.

Where are my manners sorry, I'm Grace or sometimes called "you "," who's that?", or somethings "that girl". Only a few friends know me by my name the other kids don't even know I'm there. All of my teacher know my name so I shouldn't complain there. I live with my parents, life is good. I have brown hair that barely goes past my shoulders and I have bright blue eyes. I have excellent grades and know everyone names in each class. What mostly interest me is going on stage and perform my violin.

I learn that I love the stage when I was 12. That's when I first learn the violin. It was amazing!!!! I never knew there was a whole different side of me. I learn a lot that day.

Now 4 years later here I am still playing violin and discover that I love music. I would love everyone to know I'm here but I'm not sure how.........I better stop day dreaming, the teacher is looking at me.

As I resume back to reality, everyone was looking at me.

"Grace can you tell us when the Great War ended?" My history teacher, Mrs. Bloom, ask.
"November 11, 1918" I answer.
"Correct!! Write that down everyone." She instructed.

Everyone wrote it down in their notes. That was a close one. I decided to pay attention for the remaining time of the class.
