(Sirius POV)

I was sleeping as I heard beeping and mechanical whirling as I laid on something. I slowly opened my eyes as I saw that I was in a white room, I panicked before seeing a nurse walking in as I looked and saw that she didn't have a atlas mark as I kinda calmed down before seeing her inject a needle as I calmed down completely.

Me: w-who are you?

Nurse: I'm just a nurse, there's no reason to be afraid.

Me: w-where am I?

Nurse: your in the hospital in vale, you were found in alley way near the site of a white fang shoot out with police,

Me: I-I remember that part...

Nurse: your injury's were horrible, multiple broken bones, many cuts. You got branded by...

Me: the Schnee dust company... I said as I looked at her before returning to silence.

Nurse: t-that's correct, plus while on the way here you began coughing blood, a sign of internal bleeding, and multiple wounds were infected.

Me: w-what happened to the wounds that were infected?

Nurse: the doctors had no choice but to remove the parts that were infected, the doctors then replaced the infected area's with small amounts of fake muscles that help real ones recover But your left arm, right shin, and right forearm...

I then looked down and saw that my whole left arm and right shin was gong as well as my right forearm before seeing what remained of my arm was in a cast. I loooked before my heart beat was rising to a dangerous level as I saw a male doctor walk in before seeing Jacques.

Me: no no no! Stay away!

I looked at the nurse before she injected another needle in me as I slowly calmed down before Jacques disappeared and the male doctor was there.

Doctor: hey, it's ok, whoever did this to you isn't here.

I began to take shallow breaths before my heart went went to normal as I looked at the doctor. I cried as I laid there.

Nurse: I'm sorry sweetie, we done everything we could, but if the arm, shin, and forearm didn't go you would never wake up again.

I looked at the nurse before slowly nodding my head as I laid there silently crying as the doctor left and nurse looked around before playing a music box,

I looked at her before the tears slowly stopped flowing, I looked at the nurse before she turned on the tv as I laid there before going to sleep.

(Nurse pov)

I looked at the kid as I winded up the music box before leaving the room as I looked around before sighing, I looked at the nurses station before I sat down as I began to work before I looked to the elevator and saw a cloaked figure,

Me: uh hello, who are you?

???: who I am isn't a concern, but that child you brought in,

I slowly got up before the person mentioned for me to wait. I slowly sat down as I looked at the person before mentioning for me to follow, I looked around before nodding as I then followed the individual before going to the garden in the hospital,

Me: what do you want with the child?

???: I mean no harm to the child, I will let you know that I'm gonna pay for the healthcare of that child.

Me: why? You don't seem to have any connection to the child,

???: I have a tighter connection to him then any friend could ever have.

The person said before showing the star family birth mark, I gasped as i looked at the person.

???: he will be so much more then one person can think, I must go now... the bill must be put in the room he is staying in, I'll deliver the money to him once he is fully rehabilitated and ready to live a somewhat normal life, And don't tell anyone what you saw for his safety.

The person said before they looked at me and disappeared from the hospital as I took a deep breath before heading back in as I heard that I was paged before heading to the place I was needed.

(3rd pov)

The hospital became bright as it was now day as Sirius was slowly waking up from the sleep ha had barely managed to get. He looked around groggily before seeing a yellow bag,

Sirius: is that a pee bag?

He said as he saw the door open up before seeing a different nurse coming in as she went to the uv stand as her cleavage was showing

Nurse2: good morning, how did you sleep?

Sirius: I barely g-got any s-sleep ma'am...

Nurse2: oh, well maybe tonight will be different.

The nurse said as she replaced all of the bags on the uv stand as Sirius laid there, his stomach growled as He laid there embarrassed,

Nurse2: you must be hungry, huh?

Sirius: y-yes I am ma'am,

Nurse2: don't worry, you'll get some food.

She said as she looked at him before taking the pee bag and replaced it with a new bag as she then left him alone as the tv came on,

Tv: hello, to select a viewing mode, select kid, teen, adult, or elder with your voice,

Sirius: k-kid,

He said as the tv began to play a cartoon before he slowly began to relax as he laid there before feeling a pain new to him as his removed limbs were in a stinging sensation.

Sirius: o-ow, what's this?

He said confused as the sensation went away before seeing a nurse walk in with a tray of food, she repositioned the bed as Sirius was now sitting up as the tray full of hospital food was set before him as the nurse sat down beside him.

Nurse: open wide,

Sirius: a-ahhh,

He did what the nurse said as he looked at her take a spoon before he flinched because one time weiss scooped out a bit of his body with a rusty spoon before opening his eyes and saw that it was soup and she put it in his mouth before he closed his mouth and swallowed.

He looked at her before he panted a little bit as the soup filled his tongue with some flavour.

(A/N: I'm going to be honest. Hospital food is as delicious as it looks, full of depression and false hopes)

Soon they were done feeding him as the nurse left, he looked around before going back to watching the cartoons on tv

[Timeskip 4 months]

(Sirius POV)

I woke up as I looked around, the same hum of the air conditioning filled the air as I looked around, the room was silent as I looked around before I got up and saw that it has been four months since I been in that hell hole. I looked around before doing something as I sat on the bed before I looked at the wheelchair before I hopped my way to it before I sat down on it.

Me: thank oum my wheel chair was close.

I said as I used my right arm to steer the wheelchair to the bathroom, I got in before I got up and looked around before the door closed as I then began to do my business.

Me: hmm, I wonder what the restaurant has on the menu today.

I said mentally as the toilet cleaned my butt up as I got up before I turned around and sat down on the wheelchair, I looked at the door before it opened as I looked at the bed before I went to the desk and put my head in the drawer before pulling out some lien with my teeth.

Me: *muffled* got it! Now to get to the restaurant, which is at the second floor... this is going to be a pain.

I said as I put my arm onto the armrest as the wheelchair opened a menu before dropping the lien onto my lap.

Wheelchair: where would you like to go?

Me: The restaurant on the second floor please!

Wheelchair: destination selected.

The wheelchair said as I sat there before the wheelchair went out of the room before i slowly travelled through the hallway. I looked around as I seen The girl with glasses and blue hair walking by as I saw her with a broken arm before she joined me,

Me: hi sona chan.

Sona: hi Sirius!

Me: how's the arm today?

Sona: It's well, still itchy but well, where are you going?

Me: I'm heading to the restaurant, want to join me?

Sona: o-ok!

She said embarrassed as she looked at me before her face was glowing red, I paid no attention as I looked at her before we reached the elevator.

Me: Welp, I mean like the perk of being on the top floor is the view.

Sona: yeah, your right...

She said as we entered the elevator before the door closed as I looked at the buttons before I leaned forward and pressed the second floor button before going back to normal,

Me: usually when I eat it's with a nurse, but maybe I could eat with you. I usually have enough food for three people but usually the nurse ate before feeding me so yeah.

Sona: I see, well I guess I can eat with you.

She said as the elevator finally got to the second floor as the wheel chair went out as sona followed before we went down the hall and to the right before we got to the restaurant.

Me: Blt sandwich day, this is nice.

I said as I looked at sona, she was looking at the menu before I used the wheelchair,

Me: blt sandwich please!

Sona: I'll have what he's having...

Cashier: ok, that will 15 lien.

Me: uh sona, I have lien but it's on my lap, and seeing how I'm armless, you have to do it,

I said as she blushed deeply as I looked at her confused before she put 15 lien on the counter before putting the rest on my lap.

Me: are you ok? Your face is becoming red,

Sona: I-I'm ok, I'm just a little warm right now.

She said as she then pushed the wheel chair to a table as she sat down and I looked around.

Me: so sona chan, you said the arm cast is coming off today?

Sona: yep! Four weeks of being itchy and the cast is finally coming off,

She said as I smiled and saw the waiter coming with the sandwiches as my stomach began to growl. I looked at sona embarrassed before the waiter left as the blt sandwich's were there,

Sona: how are you gonna ea- *realizes* oohhh, I see.

Me: yeah. Your gonna have to feed me...

I looked at her lightly blushing as she began to feed me the blt sandwich. As I sat there I chewed and swallowed each bit I had before eventually finishing as she began to eat her sandwich.

Me: it might not taste the best, but it's good.

Sona: ok,

She said as she began to eat the sandwich. She kept eating as I looked around before eventually stretching my arm as I sat there before she finished.

Me: so uh, when does your arm cast come off?

Speaker: will sona sitri, please come to floor five? Will sona sitri please come to floor five?

Sona: oh, I better get going,

I looked at her leave as I saw that she had a bag before she reached in, she pulled out a blue and black scarf as she looked at me before blushing.

Sona: (embarrassed) m-my parents w-wanted m-me T-to give you t-this.

She said as she gave me the scarf before wrapping it around my neck as she looked around before going to the elevator as I sat there.

Me: stay safe sona...

I said to myself as I sat there before I began to go to the elevator, As she took one and I took another, I looked at the buttons before hitting the tenth floor button.

Timeskip to the tenth floor.

After all the time i finally got to the tenth floor as I looked around before i looked at the nurse before smiling as the wheelchair went to my room before I saw the nurse.

Nurse: well Sirius, we have good news!

Me: what is it nurse?

Nurse: we have the prosthetics ready, but to make sure they stay on, you are gonna have to do surgery but there is a chance that you might die.

Me: let's do it,

Nurse: are you sure?

Me: this... isn't living, I have one and a half legs and half a arm... I struggle to move around with this leg.

Nurse: your right... I'll tell the doctor about your choice. She said as she went out of the room as I got up before hopping to my bed and sat down.

Me: I'm really doing this... I hope I don't regret it...

I said before I saw a doctor walk in to the room,

Doctor: ok Sirius, we are doing the surgery. But are you sure? This has never been done and we are gonna use a new automated surgery machine.

Me: I'm sure.

The doctor then nodded his head as I went to the wheelchair before he began to push me through the halls as the wheels rolled. We got to the elevator before it opened as we went to the sixth floor.

Me: I'm ready for this.

Timeskip to the surgery room.

I was wheeled into the delivery room as the doctor stopped by the table as I saw a mirror before looking confused as he helped me up onto the bed as he stuck some iv needles in me as I laid there,

Me: if this doesn't go well, I'll accept that this was my choice.

Doctor: don't worry, your in good hands.

He said as he finished hooking me up before putting a breathing mask on me as I became woozy before falling unconscious.

(3rd pov)

The machine began to go to work as it was beginning to make him part machine and part human as The doctors watched from the other side of the "mirror" as they seen the seemingly smooth surgery happening.

Doctor1: John, are you sure?

John: I'm sure, the kid was gonna get prosthetics anyway, but he needed prosthetics that would stay on.

Doctor3: I see, but what if the machine malfunctions?

John: then pray to oum that he lives.

The doctor said as he left the room, as the other doctors and nurses looked at the scene as all that could be heard in the operating room was the boys heart beat.

1 day later...

The sun was rising as Sirius was laying in his bed with his body covered, a nurse was watching over him as he slowly grunted,

Sirius: w-what? Where am I?

Nurse: y-your awake!

Sirius: yeah, I guess I am, how did the surgery go?

Nurse: I'll take off the blanket and you'll see.

She said as he looked at her before he seen her take off the blanket, as a loud gasp could be heard from him.

Sirius POV.

I looked at the prosthetics as I saw my forearm as I raised my arm and looked at it,

Me: how do I move my fingers and wrist?

Nurse: the prosthetic moves just like a normal arm, just do the natural motion that you do,

She said as I began to move my fingers and my wrist as I looked and saw the other prosthetic.

Me: this new arm feels like a it weighs a ton, I said as I began to move my new left arm as I looked around before grabbing a cup and felt a small chip in it,

Nurse: you are surprisingly quick at adapting with your arms,

Me: I guess so, I said as I sat up before I saw my new prosthetic leg,

(Just the right leg below the shin)

I looked at the prosthetic before I was rotating the ankle and curling my toes as I looked at the nurse.

Me: I guess I'm gonna need physiotherapy

Nurse: yes. It's gonna be for your leg,

She said as I looked at her before nodding my head as she left before I began to grunt as I looked at my arm transforming before a puff of smoke came out as I looked at the new arm.

Me: it's good but I feel like I can do better, I said as I looked at the arm before grunting as the arm slowly transformed in front of my eyes as it then covered in mist before it changed into this.

I looked at the arm before smiling as I slowly closed my eyes before falling asleep.

(3 months later...)

I was in the middle of therapy as I was walking across the track as i felt my teeth chattering a bit,

Me: April... of all the months, April... so much inconsistent weather. I said as I looked at the therapist, she was taking notes as I finished my laps before I walked to her.

Me: there, I'm finished.

Therapist: congrats, I believe you are ready for the world out there, you have a higher intelligence then most. You seemingly have a natural survival instinct, high tolerance to pain, extraordinary immune system. Sharp relflexes and a quick reactor.

Me: well: thats true. Can I head to my room one last time to make sure that I didn't forget anything?

Therapist: ok, I'll let the doctor know. She said as she got on the phone as I looked at her before at the building as I walked in. I looked around before I went into the elevator.

Me: the bill... this is gonna suck, I said as I looked around before seeing that I was in the tenth floor. I walked out before going into the room and looked around before grabbing the scarf and went out as the nurse I first met on the first day I was here.

Me: hi,

Nurse: hey...

Me: so this is the part where I get the bill?

Nurse: actually, the bill has been paid for... you can go.

Me: well... I... whoever paid my bill is the best, and considering that, I have a gift for the hospital. Please follow me to the garden. I said as I looked at her before she followed me,

I got into the elevator as she got in with me before hitting the third floor as I looked at her.

Me: what I'm about to do could possibly change the history of everything humanity has known.

I said as I looked ahead as we hit the third floor before we get to the gardens as I led her outside, I looked around before I sat her down on a bench as I looked around and saw a little pedestal as I put my hands on it before grunting while the landscape was slowly changing.

Nurse what's happening!?

I looked at the pedestal as I continued grunting before smoke began to surround me as I stood there. My body began glowing as I looked up at the sky before my eyes shot the silver beams as the hospital was now surrounded in smoke as I stood there before I stopped, the smoke disappeared as I looked around before falling to my knees.

Me: this is my gift to the hospital... improvements to every aspect to make sure that people can get well...

I said as I looked at the sky as the beams disappeared as I breathed heavily as she then helped me up, I got up before I began to walk inside as the nurse stood there awestruck.

Me: my name is Sirius star... my name could be imbedded into the hospital for my help. I hope for you to have a successful career. I said as I gave her a smile before I went down the new elevator before getting to the main floor and walked out as I went to the street before I walked away from the hospital with the crowd with my pockets with the lien and scarf and clothes I had.
