Ember's Pov

I woke up to no Devan in bed with me. I sat up and looked at my phone seeing it was only 9:30. I went to the bathroom and knocked on the door. I heard water running so I opened the door.

"Devan?" I asked wondering if he was there

"Morning babe," I could hear him smile "Did I wake you up?"

"No, I was wondering where you were" I answered

"Well you found me" he said as he turned off the water I turned towards the wall as he got out and wrapped himself in a towel. "Hi" he said kissing me. "So Wengie is going to be there when we get there I assumed you were cool with that" he started to yell as he walked into his room.

"Yeah" I yelled back "I just don't trust her as long as you are there" I started to say under my breath.

"What?" He said walking back into the bathroom in a pair of grey-black camo joggers

"Nothing, I'm going to get ready see you in a bit" I kissed him and walked out the door "Hey Devy?"

"Yeah princess?" He answered

My heart tingled but I went on saying "I love you so so much"

He leaned against the wall outside of the bathroom door and said "I love you so much more" I smiled and walked out the door.

***Time Skip***

Collins POV

Devan walked in the door holding Embers hand "Bro?" He called

"Living room" ember walked in first and sat down next to me with my friend Brent in the chair. Then pulled out her phone and texted me 'I need to talk to you later when devan isn't here' I nooses knowing she would be watching and we put our phones away I looked and devan and said "Wengie is out back checking out the new pool" he noises and walked outside and we heard the door close "What's up?"

" I need you to find out if Wengie is crushing on Devan. She keeps giving him flirty looks and wears... cloths to say the least" she grabbed my hand "I'm begging you. Your my only chance to see what's going on here" then let go as I nodded

"I'll help" I said willingly. She hugged me as Devan and Wengie walked in. We let go as soon as the door opened. I pulled out my phone and Ember looked at a wall. Devan sat down next to Wengie and they started laugh with each other. I could see what Ember was saying. Having enough I got up and went outside to show Ember the pool. "I see it. I don't have to ask I know her well enough" she nodded I could see that Ember was sad "You won't lose him,"

"You right, I won't lose him. I love him too much to let that happen to him" she was still looking at the ground "W-we should start setting up for your party" Ember looked up and we walked inside. We started to set up and around 3 we all were sitting outside.

"Dev come look at this," we walked inside to my room and sat on the bed "Devan I have some news, Wengie likes you. " Devan started to laugh historically.

"Dude she's Wengie she is like a sister to us."

"I know it's crazy but you have to understand that she will try to take Ember's place but you can't let her-" just then we heard and splash and a few seconds later a loud slap.
