It's been a year of service for Steven, and Hekapoo was enjoying it all the way from bandits to jumping off volcanoes. Then there's the secret crush going on between them (Here's the sauce), Hekapoo was fond of sticking around when Steven was working out and also acknowledged him for his strength, bravery, cheesiness, kindness, generosity and consideration, always putting the people before himself; But we can't leave out Steven, he's own offences are the normal things for all men, he was fond of her character, yeah she's a wild card, but she was responsible when needed and that was most of the time, her ability to solve problems and forge magical dimension scissors really caught his eyes, well that and he saw her in something other than her usual fire dress she wore, something to show off her shape and this happened once, when she had taken his mom's sword to tease him, which ended up with him running into her in the bathroom while she was in a towel. Long story short, they both had crush's on each other and none of them knew, even to time.

Currently, Hekapoo was sleeping in her room peacefully, but that was short lived when she wakes up to music being played loud and it was really annoying her.

"Who the hell is playing music at 5:30 in the goddamn morning?!!?!!!!!" Hekapoo exclaimed angry.

"Just to say we did it,

Went across the world,

Just to fuck a hunnid bitch's,

Just to say we did it!!!" The iPod played (Song: Bragging Rights by Azizi Gibson ft. DJ Paul).

"I'll roast that person!!!" Hekapoo bellowed getting out of bed with a messy hair do, following the sound of the music to Steven's quarters.

"Steven!!! Turn down the goddamn volume or better yet, turn off the goddamn music!!!" Hekapoo exclaimed banging the door, but Steven couldn't hear her. Then she snaps, kicking the door down to stop the music and just as she does that, Steven comes out of the bathroom in a towel.

"Hey Hekapoo, what brings you here?" Steven asked.

"It's 5:40 right now in the fucking morning and your playing music this loud" Hekapoo said angry but calming down and the speed of her speech slowing down because of looking at Steven's muscular body, as her face turns from white to red.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I was just in the grove today" Steven said turning off the music, then flashing on a pair sweatpants and a tank top.

"I'll just leave..........Woah!!!" Hekapoo said as Steven wraps his arms around her waist, hoisting her up and unto his shoulders.

"My queen shouldn't walk" Steven said walking to her room, then dropping her there.

"That was fun, but we have work" Hekapoo said with a sigh.

"We don't have to you know, take a free day off" Steven suggested.

"Hmmm, we can have one, no work for a day" Hekapoo said feeling good about the idea.

"Just me and you, that's if that's what you want" Steven said blushing out of embarrassment.

"Sure" Hekapoo said slapping the back of his head, leaving a burned bald spot.

"Cool, I'll see you later Hekaberry" Steven said calling her by his own name he gave just to tease her back whenever it was appropriate.

"Don't call me that!" Hekapoo said annoyed.

"Sure thing" Steven said leaving so Hekapoo can catch up on some sleep and so he could fix the burn she left, then head out to do something.

Later that day........

Steven was ready to take Hekapoo to earth; Well since he was stuck in Hekapoo's dimension, he learned how to use dimension scissors and it was working fine for him. Hekapoo finally shows up in a red shirt, blue shorts and suede brown boots, with her crown.

"You ready?" Steven asked.

"Yeah" Hekapoo said

"Do you have to wear the crown?" Steven asked.

"Yes, it'll match the time of Earth once we crossover" Hekapoo said as Steven cuts a portal to Beachcity, hopping through unto the beach.

"Home sweet home" Steven said taking in the salty smell in the air.

"The sun is crazy here" Hekapoo said conjuring up a big sunhat, then following Steven to a beach house with a giant statue.

"Woah! Is this your house?" Hekapoo asked.

"Yeah, it looks crazy right?" Steven said.

"I guess" Hekapoo said finally getting there, opening the door to the house and seeing everything in order.

"It's like I never left" Steven said.

"Cause you didn't" Hekapoo said as Steven looks at her with a confused expression.

"What do you mean?" Steven asked.

"When your in my dimension, time moves faster, like 1 minutes is 2 years in my dimension" Hekapoo said.

"So I've been gone for 30 seconds" Steven said surprised.

"Yep" Hekapoo said.

"So, what do you wanna do?" Steven asked.

"What do you got?" Hekapoo answered flop on the couch.

"I've got games, movies and the beach with the ocean at our disposal" Steven said.

"Boring!!!" Hekapoo moaned.

"Okay, we're gonna check out the beach" Steven said getting a cooler, filling it up with ice and drink, then a basket with snacks, umbrella and towels. Going out to set everything up, coming back in to grab a surfboard.

"Ready" Steven said in red swim trunks, while Hekapoo comes out to chill under the umbrella.

"Entertain me" Hekapoo said.

"Okay" Steven said running into the house, warping to the hand where the washing machine was.

"Woah!!! Do it! Do it!! Do it!!!" Hekapoo chanted as Steven ran back to get ready, then running back towards the tip of the finger.

"Cawa Bonga!!!" Steven exclaimed jumping off the finger, getting in a cannonball position and making a big splash.

"That was crazy!!!" Hekapoo said entertained, as Steven finally got out of the water and walked over to her.

"I'm not the only one getting wet" Steven said picking up Hekapoo in a bridal style and throwing her in.

"Steven! You dick!!!" Hekapoo said annoyed and laughing playfully.

"Don't count me out" Steven said getting in.

The two spent hours playing and chilling on the beach, but all fun must come to an end. It's evening, Hekapoo was sitting on the beach alone, evening the breeze and the scene of the setting sun, Steven watched her from the porch, finally deciding to join her and sitting down beside her.

"Hey, mind if I sit here?" Steven asked.

"Sure" Hekapoo said not taking her gaze off the sun.

"It looks beautiful doesn't it" Steven said.

"Yeah, it does" Hekapoo said suddenly getting a warm feeling around her hand, she looks and see's Steven's hand on hers, she feels her cheeks heating up and looks away.

"Hey, don't hide that beautiful face" Steven said then realising what he said, then blushing out of embarrassment.

"Did you just call me beautiful?" Hekapoo said.

"No, I mean gorgeous....No! I mean......argh!!!" Steven said covering his face with his hands.

"Gorgeous! I've never thought about that" Hekapoo said teasing him.

"..........." Steven said nothing still blushing.

"Hahaha!!!" Hekapoo laughed soon calming down.

"You can't take it back, just get it over with" Steven thought getting his act together.

"Yeah, you are gorgeous, the most gorgeous girl I've ever met" Steven said.

"W-What?!" Hekapoo said blushing madly.

"Hahaha!!!" Steven laughed.

"........." Hekapoo said nothing.

"But it's true" Steven said placing his hand on her chin.

"Don't play with me, boy" Hekapoo said.

"I've told you I'm 5018 yrs old and I'm not, I really mean it" Steven said.

"Your just saying that" Hekapoo said.

"If I really didn't mean it, why would I do this" Steven said leaning in, Hekapoo could feel his breath against her mouth.

"I-I-I love y-you" Hekapoo stammered before the gap between them is closed, connecting their lips. Enjoying the softness of each others lips, but then pulling away for air.

"That was magical" Steven said blushing.

"Yeah, that was" Hekapoo said as a moment of silence passed, before Steven broke it.

"It's pretty late, we should head back" Steven said getting up and helping Hekapoo up.

"Yeah" Hekapoo said still dumfounded, trying to process what had just happened, as Steven cuts a portal to Hekapoo's dimension and walks through into the castle.

"Goodnight" Steven said as Hekapoo grabs his arm, immediately catching his attention.

"Can you at least stay the night" Hekapoo said making Steven blush.

"S-Sure" Steven said following Hekapoo to her room; In the room, contained a bed with drapes to cover her if she's..........you know, then there's a table with blueprints for a new pair of dimension scissors, pieces of scissors, a door to her bathroom, a dresser consisting of her normal daily clothing with some other clothing, then windows for some daylight and ventilation, then a few lanterns.

"Cool room" Steven said flashing into some sweatpants.

""Thank you" Hekapoo said going into the bathroom to change, coming back out in a yellow shirt, red shorts and long socks with yellow and flaming orange in a striped style.

"You look really cute in that outfit" Steven said.

"Oh shut up, gem turd" Hekapoo said getting under the sheets, as Steven joins her, she gets closer and nuzzles her face into his chest and listening to his heart beat and enjoying it, like music to her ears.

"You don't mind the horns, right?" Hekapoo asked.

"I've been stabbed a thousands of times, getting stabbed again will be nothing" Steven said assuring Hekapoo, soon drifting into a deep sleep.

So this was a long chapter, but there'll be more to come. This took me about 2 days to come up with and write down, so enjoy.
