Decidueye keeps using all his strength continuously flies up, up, up and up until he reaches the highest point that he can

Ash:That's it now! release him and taking him down with Brick Break!!

Decidueye let's go of Buffalo who begins to fall slowly which changes quickly when Decidueye comes him dive kicking Buffalo on his chest and making him reach the ground much faster, as a crater appears below the two, everyone looked on waiting to see if this decided it all and it does since we see Decidueye standing over a fainted Buffalo

Referee: *sees that Buffalo fainted* Buffalo's unable to battle *points one of his flags towards Ash* which means Decidueye is the winner!

The stood up and roared in cheers and Ash's friends celebrated the first victory while the champions smiled up above in the VIP area, but Iris celebrated the victory, as Decidueye who's breathing heavily slowly looks up at the crowd and is marveled at the sight, so many people cheering for his victory, as then he turns to his trainers and sees his warm smile and the cheers of two of his brothers Raichu and Pawmot

Decidueye: *walks towards them and folds his wings* Decidueye

Raichu:Rai Raichu!

Pawmot:Paw! Paw!

Ash:That was awesome Decidueye *places his hand on it's shoulder* well done my friend you did amazingly *smiles proudly*

Devidueye:Decidue *smiles*

Ash:Return for now *takes out a pokeball* you've done enough on the first battle leave the rest to him

Decidueye nods and Ash returns him, as he gives the pokeball one good smile before putting him away and turning to Alder who's returning Buffalo to its pokeball

Alder:Well done my friend, you fought incredibly and spectacularly, so rest because you deserve it *puts the pokeball away and turns to Ash* truly that was a battle hehehe I almost thought that Buffalo and Devidueye were our only pokemon left and this was the final battle

Ash:Thankfully it's not *grabs a pokeball* we still got one more to go!

Raichu:Rai Rai!

Pawmot:Paw!

Alder:Right! *grabs a pokeball* be ready my boy because after bought I will not hold back anymore *extends his pokeball* this right here is the ace of my team

Ash: *smiles* I can't wait to meet them

P.Oak:It would seem our two trainers are already inching for the next battle

Scott:And it seems they already know who to pick, ref!

Referee:Trainers! bring out you're next Pokémon!

Alder:Go! *throws the pokeball upwards* Volcarona!

Out the blue light of the pokeball a moth like Pokemon emerges, few knew of this being, as many thought this Pokémon was once part of the very heavens itself, a legendary pokemon that all could have and all could use

Volcarona:Voooooolcaaa!!!

P.Oak:Oh my *chuckles* to think I would see such a majestic creature in person

Scott:Quite the beauty isn't he?

With Ash he smiles confidently at the sight of Volcarona while his two electric types stare at it in amazement

Ash:Alright *takes deep breaths* here we go, I choose you!

Ash threw the pokeball and out the blue light a familiar emerges out of the pokeball, as all the people of the crowd that knew of this pokemon began to cheer and Ash's friends or more so the once that knew of this pokemon smiled

Serena:He came back!

Bonnie:Heck yeah!

Clemont: *sheds a tear* I've been waiting for this day for a long time

Alain: *smiles* Finally

Mairin:There it is Alain! There it is!

Sawyer:I've waiting to see this duo again

Tierno:Alright here we go!

Trevor/Shauna:It's him!

Ash:Greninja!

Frog like legs touch the grassy ground, as the blue ninja frog named Greninja appears

Greninja:Nin ja!

Ash and Alder smiled at one another while Greninja and Volcarona stared at each other with serious expression, as one side you have the prime examples of the bond of human and Pokemon, and on the other you have legends, who will win

Ash and Greninja stared at Alder who could see the flames of determination the two had, this flames he saw weren't just simple fires, but flames of the sun itself as it was bright, warm and very powerful

Alder:So this are the flames Wulfric told me hmm *scratches his shin* incredible hehehe well my old friend looks we're in for quite a challenge this time

Back with Ash's friends and the Alola family the ones that knew of Greninja were quite happy to see the frog ninja's return while does who haven't meet it personally, but know him look at it with interest and in Misty's and Lana's case they were quite amazement and in awe at the sight of it

Misty:That's Ash's greninja? it looks soooo cool I can't wait to meet him!

Brock: *chuckles* Same, when I first heard of a mysterious pokemon that could mega evolve I was soo interested it shocked me that it was Ash and this Greninja of his

Cilan:Yes hmmm truly this will be a sight to behold *extends his hands towards Ash* we're all about to witness a form of evolution that hasn't been seen in years!

Max:Yeah, but you know I'm kind worried for Ash here too

May:Why? Greninja's a water type and Volcarona's a fire type, Ash's got this

Max:Well yeah, but Greninja's also a Dark type and Volcarona is also a—

Clemont: *eyes widen* Bug Type

Misty: *shivers nervously* Bug . . . Type?

Max:Yes *nods* plus this is Alder ace, so I'm sure that even with type advantage this won't be an easy battle

Dawn:Yeah *holds her hands* oh gosh talk about bringing back the pressure *sighs*

May:Yeah, but I'm not worried

Dawn: *looks at her surprised* You're not?

May:Nope! *smiles* after the last battle I could tell this one won't be like the last one *sends that smile to Ash* he and Greninja are gonna win, and while it won't be easy I know he'll do it

The group looked at her and smiles hearing that, as they all soon agreed with her words

Alain:Alder and his Volcarona may have powerful bond, but the bond between Ash and Greninja is stronger and that's why he'll win

Sawyer:Absolutely!

Tierno:You said it dude!

Now with the Alola group which has Kiawe and Gladion now they were sharing the amazement and worries, as the other group

Kiawe:This won't be an easy battle

Gladion:It will not, but we can only hope that the outcome of this battle will go to him *crosses his arms* with Decidueye now tired and injured it will all be up to this greninja of his

Kiawe nods his head and it seems their conversation was heard, as Kukui and Burnet watch them before turning back to battlefield looking directly at Ash

Kukui/Burnet:Be careful Ash

Now we go back down to the battlefield we're both trainer and Pokémon were starting to get ready for the battle, as the voices of Scott and Professor Oak are heard

Scott:Alright folks! is that time of hour and night is slowly coming upon us!

He wasn't wrong the sun is just about leave and the moon was beginning to rise

P.Oak:Now let's see what this battle holds, will this be a conclusion to this exhibition match or will we see one more battle after this?

Scott:Will just have to wait and see

Greninja took a stance and Volcarona readied himself for the battle, and with them getting ready, so did their trainers

Referee:The battle between Greninja and Volcarona will now begin!, trainers ready?

They nodded

Referee:Battle! . . . . begin!!

Ash:Go in with Aerial Ace!

Greninja feet and hands began to glow and he dashes at incredible speeds towards Volcarona who before Alder could even let out a command

Alder:Volcarona use—

Is hit by a powerful Aerial Ace punch to the chest which sends Volcarona right pass Alder and towards a wall behind him

Everyone: . . . . . . . . . . . . .

The crowd stood silent for a moment before letting out a loud roar of cheers, but some stood sited in their chairs still shocked at what hapoened

Scott:Unbelievable! the match has just begun and Alder's Volcarona has already suffered significant damage! is it even still standing!

Alder who was completely speechless and lost snaps out his state and turns to where Volcarona is

Alder:Volcarona are you alright!?

Alder went to check on Volcaron while Greninja returned to Ash who sweat drops seeing the result of the attack

Ash:Umm a little bit overkill don't you think

Greninja:Grenin ninja gre

Ash:Yeeeeaaah that's really on us isn't it

Raichu:Rai Rai Raichu Rai

Ash: *crosses his arms* Oh don't act like you wouldn't have had the same result with a different opponent

Raichu:Rai Raichu Rai Rai Raichu chu

Ash:Hey!

Pawmot: *giggles* PawPawPaw

Greninja:Gre

We return to Alder who's helping Volcarona up, as the state of the pokemon wasn't a good one since it was already scathed and scratched up, but it got up like nothing happen

Alder:Are you alright old friend?

Volcarona:Voooolllcaa!

Alder:Oh what's this? you're saying that hit woke up the fighting spirit you thought you had lost

Volcarona:Vol!

Alder: *laughs* HAHAHA! that's what I like to hear! now, let's go and show the world we haven't lost our touch hehe that was quite an embarrassing start

Volcarona:Volvolvolvol

The two laughed which got the attention everyone, as Ash and Greninja attention return to their opponents who walk back into position

Alder:I really most thank you Ash

Ash:For what?

Alder:For this battle *scratches his shin* this has truly been a wonderful battle so far and saddens me to know we couldn't have done e a full battle, but no matter this is fine what's soever, plus thanks to that Greninja of yours you smack some sense into Volcarona HAHA! he's fighting spirit has returned and I can't be any happier knowing that his found a strong opponent

Volcarona:Voooool!!

Ash: *chuckles and scratches his nose* I'm happy to help and I'm glad Volcarona happy I'm sure Greninja wouldn't have been happy if his opponent was defeated on the first blow, he likes a challenge

Greninja:Gre nin ja!

Alder:And a challenge we shall give! *extends his hand and gets in stance* go Volcarona! let us show them our power!

Ash:Alright Greninja get ready! here they come!

Greninja:Gre!

Alder:Volcarona rise! feel the suns raise enter you're body and rise!!

Volcarona:Voooool!

Volcarona flew upwards, higher the stadium to reach the open skies before turning around to see what's left of sun which was all it needed, as it closes it eyes and feels the heat and rays of the sun touch its skin and fur

Ash:Greninja use double team and slingshot yourself to Volcarona!

Greninja nods and start dashing forward before jumping high enough to use double team and ones two doubles came they did a chain which than began to spin, spin, spin and spin, while Volcarona's body began to slowly heat up and start glowing, and once the spin was done the doubles launched the original Greninja towards Volcarona

Ash:Water Shuriken!

Greninja summons water and forms two small ninja like shurikens that he then combines two make a bigger water shuriken, Volcarona opens it's eyes and it's burning aura can be noticed by all

Alder:Overheat!

Volcarona:Voooooolll!

Volcarona:CA!!!

Ash and Greninja's eyes widen when they saw the giant Overheat attack, as Greninja channels more power into the water shuriken and then launches the attack which collides with Overheat which prove to be hotter than a normal Overheat because it destroys the water shuriken and heads straight towards Greninja

Ash:Dodge it!

Greninja starts diving down to the ground, as he dodged Overheat, but the attack started to follow his movement and slowly making its way to him like orbital laser that's firing from space

Ash:Double team! boost yourself away!

Alder:Release all your power Volcarona! don't stop until you've burned them all to a crisp!

Greninja summons many clones and the first one pushes him away before getting hit by the Overheat completely annihilating the clone, as this action continues with the clones pushing Greninja out the way and sacrificing themselves to the Overheat that destroys them, but this all ends when Greninja reached the ground and Volcarona stopped using Overheat

Alder:Quiver dance! shows your majestic dance!

Volcarona slowly descended from the sky, but while it went down he did a little dance and majestic one at that which amazes many people before stopping, as his body glowed green and now gained now found Strength, Speed and Defense

Ash:Be ready

Greninja:Nin

Alder:Now *stomps his foot* let's go Bug Buzz!

Volcarona with found Speed appears in front of Greninja and fires a green shockwave at Greninja who before he could act or dodge gets hit by the attack which pushes him back, but not for long, as he quickly regains his balance and charges

Ash:Here we go! Water Shuriken!

While dashing towards his opponent he launches two Water Shuriken's at Volcarona

Alder:Use psychic and send them!

Volcarona's body and eyes glowed, as he uses psychic to grab hold of the Water Shurikens and throws them back to Greninja

Ash:Dodge them and grab hold of them! make them bigger

Greninja jumps over the Water Shurikens and before they went pass him he grabs hold of them and turns them into Ash Greninja size shuriken which start to spin like buzzsaws

Alder:Dodge it!

Volcarona dodges Greninja's buzzsaw water shurikens left and right with some of does strikes almost hitting Volcarona while Greninja just kept swinging, but not recklessly he was going to spot were Volcarona would not anticipate and they were working since it couldn't dodge for much longer since he was hit by a three hit combo and pushes back

Ash:Toss them!

Greninja threw both Water Shurikens at Volcarona who regained its senses

Alder:Bug Buzz!

Bug Buzz and Water Shurikens clash and both destroy one another, as both attacks exploded and created a dust cloud that blocked both sides view

Scott:Looks like it's an even battle from now on

P.Oak:Yes it would seem that Volcarona's exposure to the sun and quiver dance have increased its abilities to match does of Greninja

Scott:Still will Alder's Volcarona will hold on long enough against Greninja or does Ash have bring out his trump card for this one

P.Oak:Will just have to wait and see

Back at the battlefield in Volcarona's view he could not see nothing, but a lone figures that then disappears

Alder:Be careful Volcarona

Volcarona:Voool

Volcarona sees the dust cloud disappear and Greninja is not there and when he looked around he did not spot him

Ash:Night Slash!

A shadow covers Volcarona from above and when both he and his trainer looked up their eyes widen when they see Greninja with purple katana dashing towards Volcarona from above

Alder:Dodge it!

Volcarona pushes itself back and barely escaped the edge of the blade that ends up slashing the tail of Volcarona which made it wince in pain and lower down a little to the ground

Ash:Aerial Ace!

Greninja's feet and legs shine and he dashes towards Volcarona who regains his strength and flaps his wings

Alder:Dodge the first attack then flow with the wind with quiver dance! use you're momentum to dodge!

Volcarona was able to dodge Greninja kick and then spun once before dodging another strike from Greninja who's training to now land a hit on Volcarona who uses quiver dance to dodge Aerial Ace, as the dance helps him move away from each attack and slowly increased his power

Alder:Now Bug Buzz!

Ash:Jump over him!

Volcarona fires Bug Buzz, but Greninja jumped over the attack and lands behind Volcarona and goes in for the punch

Alder:Psychic!

Volcarona switches moves quickly and uses psychic to stop Greninja in his tracks

Alder:Slam him!

Volcarona using psychic he slams greninja in front of him  and then slams him to the right then slams him to the left before throwing him back to Ash, as Greninja skids on the ground before stoping himself in front of Ash

Ash: *crouches down in front of him* You okay bud

Greninja:Gre nin

Ash: *chuckles* Yeah that most of sucked, but don't sweat it I think it's time we showed him *stood up and extends his hand* who we are

Greninja looks up at Ash for bit before taking his hand, as he gets pulled up to his feet

Alder:Quiver Dance Volcarona

Ash and Greninja turn to Alder and Volcarona, as the big fire type Pokemon does one quick dance boosting its power even more

Alder:I hope that you do not plan to continue with this strategy of yours of quick and power hits *crosses his arms* I believe it is time you both showed me what you can really do

Ash: *chuckles* Don't worry Alder *sees Greninja walk in front of him* we were just planning to do that

Both Ash and Greninja's eyes closed which made many confused, but the kalos friends knew what was going on

Serena:Here it comes

Ash and Greninja's eyes open showing bright red eyes, as out of nowhere a pillar of water rises from beneath Greninja surrounding him completely, as they made their power take shape

Ash - Greninja

Ash:You wanna see our best Alder *crosses his arms and Greninja mimics the action* well I hope you won't regret that request

Everyone was amazed to see the form and his friends that knew of this form smiled confidently seeing this state of power once again

Bonnie:Heck yeah! Ash-Greninja!

Clemont:To see it once again after so long *wipes a tear* truly amazing

Alain: *smirks* It's stronger than before I can feel it

Sawyer:Yeah

Brock:Incredible

Max: *stars in his eyes* Soo cool

Misty/May/Dawn: *amazed* Wow

Cilan:Truly marvelous

With the Alola group

Lana: *stars in her eyes* Oooooooh! tha-that looks so cool!!

Mallow: *giggles* I think we lost Lana

Sophocles: *chuckles* Can you blame her though

Lillie:To believe that the bonds with Pokémon could reach such a level

Gladion:Indeed *smiles* it's amazing

Burnet nods in agreement, as many people who haven't seen this before share similar thoughts

Scott:Would you look at that Professor! the legendary Ash-Greninja has returned!

P.Oak:Yes *chuckles* the power of syncro-evolution, as Professor Sycamore calls it, it is truly a sight to behold

With Mask we see him actually look impressed by the sight, as he takes out his Rotom phone and scans Ash-Greninja which makes the screen show meter of power and to his surprised the power Ash and Greninja have is a large one

Mask:Interesting

Back in the battlefield Alder stares at Ash-Greninja with amazement, as he lets out a chuckle

Alder:The bond between human and Pokémon, just outstanding

Volcarona:Voool

Alder:Alright let's see this Ash-Greninja in action! come you two show me what you can do!

Ash:We will *mind* we won't reveal those moves yet let's give it some time until we need them *stretch out his arm and shouts* go and use double team!

Ash-Greninja:*nods* Nin!

Ash-Greninja dashes towards Volcarona and uses double team to appear many many versions of himself

Alder:That's a hole lot of clones! *stretch out his arms* Volcarona use Psychic and grab the results of Buffalo's and Decidueye's battle!

Volcarona uses psychic to grab many rocks and boulders Buffalo and Decidueye left behind and throws them at the army of Greninja and ended up only hitting some of them

Alder:Use whaterver flames of the sun you have left and fire Overheat!

Volcarona still had a few more flames in him, as it fires a strong Overheat and what's left of it to destroy all the clones that were charging at him creating a huge smoke cloud

Ash:Now Water Shuriken!

Ash-Greninja pops out of the smoke cloud and reached for his Water Shuriken on his back

Channeling his power in the water Shuriken making it grow more he launches it at Volcarona

Alder:Bug Buzz!

Volcarona uses bug buzz to try and stop the attack, but the water shuriken goes through the attack and hit Volcarona head on sending back to the ground

Alder:Volcarona!

Ash:Aerial ace!

Volcarona stands up and sees Ash-Greninja in front of him landing powerful punch in his stomach making Volcarona fold forward seemingly spit out air from his body, but Ash-Greninja didn't stop

He rose up above him and slam it's foot down on him sensing him crashing down face forward making a small crater beneath him when he crashed on the floor

Scott:Geez! talk about power!

Ash-Greninja back away and return to Ash, as both stare at Volcarona and wait to see what it will do

Alder:Volcarona?

Volcarona's face remained down, its face planted on the ground and not moving an inch which makes many wonder if the battle is over

Referee: *runs to see if Volcarona's can keep battling and after bit of no moment* Volcarona is-

Ash:Wait!

Everyone turned to Ash and Alder look at him surprised

Ash:Don't end the match yet, let Volcarona take its time *crosses his arms* his not out of this yet

Referee look at him confused until he heard grunts and groans below him, as he looks down and sees Volcarona slowly getting up

Alder:Volcarona!

Alder goes in and helps it up and once it was straighten out Volcarona flaps his wings a bit weakly, but remains firm and strong

Alder:We don't have to continue this my friend *places his hand on Volcarona* you fought enough we should just accept defeat

Volcarona:Voool! Volca! Volcarona!

Alder:What? *looks at Volcarona surprised* you want to see this through to the end even if we lose this battle

Volcarona: *nods* Vol!

Alder was silent for moment I mean he knew he was going to lose and he knows Volcarona knows that, but he felt like there was something more like if he wants to see something before they lose, so he nods and smiles at his friend

Alder:Alright if that what you want then we'll see this through to the end *returns to his post* even if we meet total defeat *looks at Ash and smiles warmly* Ash

Ash:Yeah?

Alder:Whatever happens now I want you and Greninja to hit us with everything you've got!

Ash looked at him surprised, but the boy could see the elders eyes and they were the same like his Pokémon a combination of curiosity and determination, so he turns to Ash-Greninja and the Pokémon looks like his trainer like if his waiting for him to give permission

Ash:Alright *sees Ash-Greninja turn to them* if that's what you wish, Greninja lets hit him hard!

Ash-Greninja:Nin!

Ash-Greninja starts dashing towards Volcarona

Alder:Whatever strength you have left in you my friend! harness it and unleash you're fire! Overheat!

Channeling the fire within himself Volcarona fires Overheat one last time, but it was futile since Ash-Greninja jump over the attack and grab the water Shuriken on his back

Ash:Water Shuriken! *eyes glow red*

Ash-Greninja's head piece and eyes began to glow red, as the water Shuriken expanded and grew bigger, as it shared a similar glow that the trainer and Pokemon had

Alder saw this and smile finally seeing what Volcarona wanted to see, Ash-Greninja launches the Water Shuriken and it hits Volcarona head on   which creates a giant dust cloud that covers where Volcarona is

Scott:Is it over?

Ash-Greninja landed in front of the dust cloud and waited for the Dust Cloud to vanish and started to and after a bit once it was gone the Referee saw Volcarona on the ground fainted

Referee:Volcarona is unable to battle *points his flag at Ash* the winner of the exhibition match is Ash Ketchum!

"CHEERS!"

The people began to chear, his friends, Iris and his family began to cheer while Mask gave a slow clap, as the battle was finally over

P.Oak:An incredible display of skill, power and of course the bonds between people and Pokémon

Scott:I'll say this was only an exhibition match, but for moment it felt like we were watching the final battle of this tournament

P.Oak: *smiles* Oh no my dear friend I believe that when we get there that battle is going to be much more extravagant

Scott: *smirks* I can't wait

With Ash, Ash-Greninja turns back to normal walks up to his trainer, as they give each other a high five before hugging

Ash:Aaaah! that felt great! feeling the thrill of battle while synchronizing with you *pats his shoulder* I missed this a lot

Greninja:Gre!

Raichu:Rai Rai!

Pawmot:Paw! *ears twitch and turns around* Pawmot?

Ash:Hmm? *sees Alder approaching him with Volcarona who's being supported by Alder's Druddigon* Alder! that was a great battle!

Alder:A great battle indeed my friend *chuckles* you truly out did yourself and the tournament hasn't even started yet

Ash: *chuckles* Guess I wanted to give the people a show

Alder:And a show you gave them *smiles* you've truly grown a lot stronger since we last each other and can't wait to see what you do next *places hand on his shoulder* back then you surpassed you're mountains and went even higher than them with what I swear at the end I know you'll keep going higher and higher

Ash:I will *turns to his Pokemon* we will

His Pokémon nod which makes Alder's smile widen

Alder:Take care young man I will be watching you're battles with great interest *starts walking away with his Pokemon right back into the tunnel*

Ash: *watches him leave before turning around* Well let's get moving *looks at his friends* I think we're going to be busy reuniting and catching up with others *he smiles at them before slowly making his way down the tunnel*

Goodshow bids everyone farewell and Aah's friends quickly stood up and made their way to find him, as with Ash and his Pokemon they were walking down the tunnel and when they were about to turn the corner

???/???:Ash!

he gets tackled by two people, one wearing a lap coat and the other wearing clothes that made them look like trainer

Ash:Huh? *looks to find familiar individuals that make him smile* hey guys!

the once who tackled Ash were the friend he made on his final journey through the regions

Goh/Chloe: *stare at him seriously* You have a lot of explaining to do!!

Ash sweat drops and laughs nervously while his Pokémon sweat drop and give the three trainers a deadpan look
