"I can't believe you slapped her," Morgan said in aw.

We were sitting at the lunch table. It was Monday, and we were all recovering from our crazy night on Friday. Except, a new person was with us. She was Aly's cousin, and boy, was she pretty. Her name was Sydney.

I shrugged. "I had to. That was my boyfriend and she tried to go to a closet with him."

Leah sighed. "Well, you got us kicked out of the party."

Sydney smiled. "Wow. That's crazy."

I smirked at her. It felt good not being the new girl anymore.

Tania grinned. "So, who wants to hear the gossip of the week?" Tania is defenitly our gossip girl.

We all nodded eagerly.

She went on to explain who all broke up, who was arrested, ect. "So, apparently Darry has a girlfriend."

Aly raised her eyebrows. "Oh yeah? Who?"

She shrugged. "She doesn't go to our school. Her name is Jaylinn. She is 17, and a greaser. She don't go to our school, though."

"17?" I asked. "But Darry is 20."

"Almost 21," Aly reminded.

I didn't know if that was too much of and age gap. Only about 3 to 4 years. My parents were 7 years apart, but I didn't say that. I didn't want my new friends thinking less of me.

We were hanging out at the Dingo. For once, the entire gang had girlfriends, so they took advantage of the moment, and decided we should all hang out. It was the gang, me, Leah, Morgan, Tania, and three new girls. Darry's girlfriend, Johnny's, and Two's.

Darry's girlfriend, Jaylinn was very pretty and looked older than 17. She had longish brown hair, tan skin, pretty eyes, and she was obviously Latino. She was really curvy too, but much shorter than Darrel. I could see why he like her so much. Her outfit was super casual.

I think the prettiest was Johnny's girlfriend, though. And everyone else thought so too. Johnny seemed so proud. Her name was Aya. She had long black hair, dark green eyes, and fair skin. She looked like Snow White. Her outfit was cute, but I could never pull it off.

The last one was Two-Bit's girl, Reagan. She wasn't blonde, which was a shocker. She actually had pretty brown hair, light eyes, and cute freckles spread across her face and nose. She was adorable.
Her outfit was very cutsie.

We were all crammed in a booth, so I was practically in Dally's lap. He and Johnny were talking, while his hand was around my waist. He was playing with my belt loop.

I was feeling really closed in, and I hate tight spaces. I grabbed a pack of weeds and a lighter from Dally's pocket, and slipped it in mine.

"I'll be back," I said, standing up.

He furrowed his brow. "You okay, baby?"

I nodded slowly and went outside. I lit the weed, and started smoking it out front, ignoring the "no smoking" sign.

Awhile after I left, Two-Bit walked out and smiled at me. "Hey, Diane." He tugged playfully at my long black hair.

I grinned, dropping the ciggeratte and stepping on it. "Hey,
Two-Bit. Cute girlfriend, you got."

He smiled and nodded. "Yeah, she is, ain't she? So, what do you think?"

I raised my eyebrows. "What?"

"I thought you would have asked me to take you out for icecream by now," he smirked.

My eyes got wide. "Wait, you wrote the letter?"

"Yours truly."
