Diego P.O.V

The next morning I woke up. I started to do my daily routine. I was pretty busy with work and my plans.

Most of my free time I enjoy driving. I would go to drift road and drive fast. Of course I had to get new tires every once in a while. Since I didn't have responsibility.

When night fall came, I knew that Shira went out with Justin and Soto to see the movies. As I was at home cooking dinner.

I cleaned up and the house. After that I went out for a drive. As I was driving in town I came across to the theater and saw my friends walking out of the theater.

Then suddenly Shira recognized that it's my car.

Shira spoke, "Diego."

I stopped my car and I rolled down my window.

I spoke, "Hey Shira. What's up."

Shira spoke, "I thought you were busy."

"I was. I decided to take a drive around town. Of course I wouldn't make to the movies."

Before I could rolled up my window.

Shira spoke, "Wait Diego. Are you going to join us for dinner?"

I responded, "Sorry I already had dinner."

"Please Diego."

"Okay I'll go."

Then suddenly Shira got inside of my car. I looked at Justin and Soto. Soto would nod.

Soto took us to a fancy restaurant. I can't decline to invitation because Shira beg me to go.

Soto and Justin were beside Shira on the table. I was just across from them. Which makes me a third wheel and awkward.

Justin and Soto began to talk to Shira as I stood silent.

When waitress came to us get the order. Soto and Justin pick something expensive but I chose decent. When it came Shira time to order she also order decent too.

Soto asked, "Shira why you something more? I can pay the most expensive dinner."

Shira responded, "No is okay." Then Shira looks at me.

I spoke, "Go ahead Shira. Its your order."

"Okay."

I notice that Shira was bit off. Like I had something to deal with it. After we ordered I told Soto I'll pay my own dinner.

Soto spoke, "Be my guest."

I didn't want to rely on someone to pay my meal. Soto seems glad I'm going to pay my meal. To be honest it quite expensive, that a restaurant I usually go to.

We got our dinner and began eating. My friends were drinking expensive wine as I was drinking water.

They began talking about their childhood lives. Also they never mentioned me in their conversation like I wasn't there. As they were busy talking I finished my meal.

I got up and spoke, "Thanks for the invitation guys. I'm going to head out."

They looked at me and saw me finished. I left tip for the waiter. Before I could leave.

Shira spoke, "Wait Diego. Can you stay here longer?"

"Sorry Shira I need to go home to rest."

Shira voice die down, "Oh... okay bye Diego."

"Goodbye."

I walked out of the table and went to the front to pay.

The cashier spoke, "You guys have a beautiful saber in your group."

I spoke, "Yeah it true two of my friends likes her. They are trying hard to win her heart. It's her choice to be with. I bet one of them will make her happy."

"Oh I see. Tonight I'll give you a fifty percent discount."

I spoke, "No need to. There aren't any discount."

"Hey man. I'm doing this because you are being honest. No matter how you feel."

"Oh."

"Have a good night."

"Same."

I went to my car and drove back to my house. I sat down on my bed and began to think. Then I thought was Shira was asking me on a date?

It can't we're just friends plus I'm not rich or funny. I remembered that every time we hang out with the group. I would always be left out like I was a ghost.

Was it worth it being in the group. Maybe it wasn't probably they add me to the group because they felt bad for me.

3rd P.O.V

Shira returned back home feeling down.

Shira spoke, "Why I couldn't tell Diego how I feel. Like I see Diego being all alone. Justin and Soto are fun to be with. I can't leave Diego being depressed. Like everyday he getting lonelier and isolated. He used to be happy and cheerful. I hope one day we can be together."
