A/N: Also, to quickly point something out, a few days ago, I made an appeal about 2 gifs that apparently broke regulations bit I did not receive any email about the gifs breaking or not breaking them so I just decided to remove them to get the warning off of the chapter because having there's another gif that was linked with the other 2 and it wouldn't exactly be cool without the others and I took your guys advice and made sure to make a save of all the chapters so.....yeah, that's all on that front.

3rd POV: across the Marvel omniverse, people familiar with scarlet spider had various reactions, though none more than aunt may of earth 616 who stared at the image of her other nephew, fresh tears pooling down her face not out of sadness, but out of shock, relief and joy. To see kaine alive made her feel hope that with him being there with Peter, he could help him bring Ben back to who he was before as well as keep Peter from falling to the deep end. Teresa looked at Scarlet Spider and, for some reason, couldn't help the feeling of familiarity she was getting.

Teresa: Aunt May, who's the guy in red and black?

Aunt may:.....that is also another brother of yours, kaine Parker.

Teresa: (gobsmacked) I.....I have another brother?

Aunt May merely nods her head and wipes away her own tears, and pulls Teresa into a side hug.

Meanwhile, susan Storm (616) breathed a sigh of relief, grateful that Spiderman came to his senses and pulled her children close, who were also glad that their fath- UNCLE didn't kill chasm.

In the ultimate universe, Ben and Peter were still in their embrace, seeing their alternate selves beat each other to the point of almost death made them reiterate the point to themselves that they would never go that far to kill eachother no matter how much they annoy the heck out of eachother. Although Ben couldn't help but ask.

Scarlet spider: That's my suit. Why's he wearing my suit?

Spiderman: I'm pretty sure that in that universe, it's his suit.

Scarlet spider: (hums)......I wear it better.

Spiderman chuckles.

(Mortal kombat universe)

Spiderman:.....kaine?

Scarlet spider: Yeah, it's me.

Spiderman: h-how are you alive?

Scarlet spider: I don't know, but that's not important right now. Pete, drop the rock.

Spiderman looked looked at kaine, some residual anger returning to him.

Scarlet spider: Don't Pete, this isn't what you want. You see the best in people. You saw it in me, and in Ben, it's not too late to do it again. Don't you want Ben back?

Spidey looked at his clone before looking down at chasm, who's semi conscious and glaring at him. Scarlet spider releases his hold on his brother's arms and steps back, confident in what Peter will choose to do. Spiderman stares at Ben reiley. He raises the jagged rock in the air, ready to peirce to chasm in the chest, his arm shaking slightly, conflict welling with him.

Spiderman:......(Looks to the side) damn it.

His arm drops down and drops the rock.

(Omniverses)

Those who didn't want Spiderman to kill chasm sighed in relief, glad that he didn't cross the line.

Aunt may (616) and Teresa leaned against each other in comfort, glad that their nephew/brother didn't kill Ben and were thankful for kaine for stopping Peter just in time.

(Mortal kombat universe)

Spiderman: (looks to kaine) I don't know how you're back, and quite frankly, I don't give a shit (puts a hand on his shoulder) it's good to have you back.

Scarlet spider: (does the same) glad to be back brother.

Spiderman then turned and looked at chasm.

Spiderman: Ben-

Chasm: Shut up, Parker. I was right in the end. You don't want to save me. You want me dead.

Spiderman: I don't-

Chasm: If it wasn't for kaine, I'd be dead.

Kaine stepped close to Ben, who looked up at his fellow clone. No words were said to each other, but you could feel anger coming off the both of them.

Spiderman (in head): they probably want to finish what they started a while ago.

Spiderman went up to Ben and grabbed him by his right arm whilst scarlet spider grabbed his left, and both totems hoisted chasm up and web swung up to the arena within shang tsung's Palace. When they arrived, they were welcome to the sight of liu kang, bruised and bleeding, standing triumphant over the bodies of scorpion and quan chi.

Spiderman (in head): What the hell did I miss?

Green flames erupted around chasm, causing both scarlet spider and spiderman to jump away and watch as chasm disappeared and reappeared near shang tsung.

Spiderman: Ben!

Spiderman attempts to go to him, but a fireball impacts near his feet, making him narrow his eyes at shang tsung.

Shang tsung: Your brother will not be going anywhere with you, Spiderman.

Spiderman: Oh yeah? We'll see about that you son of a-

Liu kang and scarlet spider hold Spiderman back.

Scarlet Spider: Don't let him bait you.

Liu kang: The tournament must run its course, my friend. All we have to do is face the champion, then shang tsung, and the tournament will be over, and you can grab him.

Spiderman growled in annoyance but conceded and backed away.

Shang tsung: liu kang, (looks at Spiderman) Spiderman. It has been years since an earthrealmer, let alone 2, has progressed this far, but the reigning champion is far beyond your ability

Spiderman and liu kang glance at each other, both were injured from their previous battles, but they were more than willing to see this through to the end.

Spiderman: we are more than ready shang, this champion of yours, he won't last long.

Shang tsung: really now? (Stands up from his seat) Then neither of you will mind if I also partake myself.

Liu kang: By all means shang tsung, bring your champion and face us in mortal kombat!

Shang tsung chuckles before a green portal opens, and out comes a male shokan, one that sheeva narrows her eyes at.

Sheeva: (silently seething) goro.

(Omniverses)

Flash (JLU): he looks like trouble.

Hawkgirl (JLU): Meh, I can break him.

Wonder Woman (JLU): Most of us could.

Batman (JLU): I worry that Spiderman might lose control of himself again.

Superman (JLU): he won't, I have faith he won't jump off the deep end.

Martian manhunter (JLU): Let us hope so.

(Mortal kombat universe)

Goro: I did not expect to fight in this tournament. But eventually, even the shaolin will produce a warrior worthy of a shokan. (Looks at Spiderman and laughs) Is this the one that bested you, sheeva? You disappoint our kind by losing to this fool.

Sheeva growls at her fellow shokan.

Spiderman: Hey, sheeva may have been defeated by me, but at least she made me work for it and fought honourably. (Rolls shoulder and neck around, getting rid of the stiffness) You, on the other hand, well (shrugs) I'd say you're gonna be nothing more than a warm-up.

Goro frowns and lets out a little growl, whilst sheeva raises an eyebrow and smirks in Spiderman's direction. Shang tsung teleports next to goro.

Goro: (points to Spiderman) I will tear you limb from limb worm.

Spiderman: (sighs) You bad guys really need to find some new material.

Liu kang: earthrealm will win this tournament!

Shang tsung: we shall see.

Spiderman: I can take the big man. Think you can handle shang?

Liu kang nods and faces shang tsung who tosses a fireball at the shaolin who counters it with his own before running towards his opponent and throwing a flame kick that the sorcerer dodges and the 2 begins battling it out.

Meanwhile, with Spiderman and goro, the shokan roared and jumped high into the air, planning to squash Spiderman, but the wallcrawler rolls to the side, avoiding the stomp and fires a web at goro and pulls himself towards the outworld champion and throws a right punch to goro's face and before pulling a roundhouse kick into goro's stomach, making the shokan skid across the arena. Goro, let's out a little scoff before running towards Spiderman, who readies himself for close quarters combat. Goro throws his 2 right fists towards Spiderman, who backs away and throws a kick, but it is caught by goro's lower left hand, who then lifts him off the ground and smashes him into the ground. Spiderman grunts in a little pain, but his spidersense goes off and he looks up and rolls to the side just in time to avoid getting his head stomped, the spider totem then jumps to his feet and lands a devastating uppercut, knocking goro off of his feet before firing 2 webs at his legs, pulling him down to the ground and then throwing him into a pillar.

Goro gets up and grabs a piece of the pillar and tosses it at Spidey, but he jumps over it and fires 2 webs at the debris and throws it back at the outworlder champion who punches it out of the way and throws a downward punch towards Spiderman but the totem jumps up in the air but was grabbed by goro with his 2 lower hands and was then punched repeatedly in the face. In the midst of the attack, Spiderman grabbed one hand before dodging another strike with goros other hand and grabbed that one as well. Goro growls before crushing spidermans body to his, planning to break his spine, Peter grunts in pain, but comes up with a quick plan, Spiderman let's go of goro's left hand which goro uses the opportunity to try and crush spidermans head but Peter moves it in the nick of time and unleashes his stinger and stabs goro in his chest and drags it across the shokan's chest.

Goro growls but doesn't let go of Spiderman and continue to squeeze. A faint glow eminates from Spiderman, and with a yell, a pulse erupts from the totem, making the outworld champion release his hold and get thrown away. Spiderman sighs a little and jumps in place for a moment.

Spiderman: (mutters) alright, time to get a little serious and kick ass.

Goro stands up but is unprepared for Spiderman to send a surprisingly powerful punch, knocking a tooth out of this mouth and making him go flying, but Spiderman fires a web that attaches to goro's face.

Spiderman: get the fuck over here!!!

Spiderman pulls him back and sends an elbow into the shokan's face followed by a quick uppercut. Goro manages to flip himself into the correct position and land on hiz feet and throws multiple punches which Peter dodged every single one before shoulder bashing into the outworld warrior who ends crashing into a badly wounded shang tsung. The 2 outworld warriors slowly get up whilst Spiderman and liu kang stand next to each other.

The 2 warriors glance at each other and nod. Shang tsung manages to get to his feet and throws a fireball that liu kang, once again counters with his own and the sorcerer runs towards them with Spiderman meets him half way and once he's close enough, Spiderman knees the outworlder in his stomach making him crash against a standing goro who scoffs and pushes shang tsung out of the way and throws a punch at spiderman once again but spidey sidestepped and with his stinger in his right hand, he jumps and slices goro's upper left hand clean off. Goro roared in pain but it was cut off when Spiderman jumped onto goro and put his left hand onto goro's face.

Spiderman: Here's a little present from a brother of mine.

Goro then screamed in absolute pain as Spiderman yanked his hand away from the shokan's face, ripping away some flesh from Goro and leaving a handprint.

(Omniverse)

When goro's arm was cut off, many flinched or held their left hands but it wasn't until they saw Spiderman tearing away flesh from goro's face that many almost threw up from the gory scene. The spider totems of Earth 616 looked away, not entirely comfortable with the mark of kaine whilst many spidermen and women hummer at the technique and stared at their hands, wondering if they could do the same, they weren't going to use it, they were just curious, and nothing else.

(Mortal kombat universe)

Spiderman jumped out of the way of liu kang who jumped into the air and performed a bicycle kick into goro who could do nothing but take the hits and stumbled back and once it was over, Spiderman backhands a standing shang tsung into the reigning champion of Mortal kombat before spinning around them and firing a multitude of webs, keeping them in place, allowing liu kang to transform himself into a fire dragon who glares down at the outworld duo and descends upon them, encasing them in flames which ends in a mini explosion, liu kang then reforms next to the wallcrawler as both stare at the downed goro and kneeling shang tsung.

Liu kang: say it!

Shang tsung: (manages to look up)..... I concede.

Spiderman: What was that? (Puts head to the side and a hand to his hear) maybe say it a little louder.

Shang tsung: (growls) I concede!!!

The earthrealm team cheer in victory.

(Omniverses)

Franklin (616): nice job uncle Peter!

Valeria (616): I knew he could do it!

Susan storm (616): (smiles) congrats Peter.

Aunt may (616): (sighs in relief) thank goodness it's over.

Teresa (616): that's my brother!

Superman (JLU): good work!

Wonder woman (JLU): Well done, to both of them.

Kid flash (YJ): phew, glad that's over.

Auqalad (YJ): agreed.

Nightwing (YJ): now they can hopefully put this thing behind them.

Dante: great job man (raises a pizza in the air).

Morrigan: (smiles) thats my spider.

Felicia (darkstalkers): (raises arms up) hooray to you spidey!

Chun Li: (sighs in relief) thank goodness it's over.

Cammy: agreed.

Ryu: Well done, Peter.

(Mortal kombat universe)

Raiden: they have saved earthrealm.

Storm: yes, (looks at Spiderman in respect) they have.

A golden light falls upon spiderman and liu kang.

Spiderman (in head): Why does this feel familiar?

Spiderman and liu kang are then swarmed by their allies and friends, congratulating them. Psylocke, Storm and scarlet spider go up to Spiderman.

Psylocke: How're you feeling?

Spiderman: tired, but alive.

A portal opens up and all the outworld warriors go through it with the last one to go in being kitana, jade, skarlet and sheeva and chasm. The women of outworld look towards Spiderman who in turns stares at them. Sheeva smiles at the totem and puts her four arms together and bows a little towards the wallcrawler to which Spiderman does a small bow himself and the female shokan goes into the portal, jade sends a nod to which it is returned and the bodyguard enters the portal, skarlet sends a seductive glance but and whilst he can't see, Spiderman could tell that skarlet was licking her lips behind her mask and walks into the portal, leaving a slightly shivering spiderman feeling certain things, he then turns to kitana who hasn't stopped staring at him. After a moment, kitana smiles at the Web warrior to which Spiderman returns and sends a little wave and with that kitana goes in leaving chasm to be the last one in. Spiderman sees this and walks up to his clone.

Spiderman: Ben!

Chasm turns and glares at his Template, making Peter stop in his tracks.

Chasm: Don't bother Parker. I don't need you, I do not want anything to do with you (looks at kaine) or him.

Kaine attempts to go to chasm, but Spiderman puts a hand in front of his brother.

Spiderman: What about aunt may? (Chasm stiffens) you gonna forget about her?

Chasm says nothing, his eyes going hazy for a moment.

(Omniverses)

Aunt may (616): Ben, please, come home.

(Mortal kombat universe)

Chasm shakes his head a little and turns his back on his brother's and without a word, he goes through the portal just as it closes.

Scarlet Spider: Why did you let him go?

Spiderman: because I'm not in the right state of mind. Ben was right, during our fight, I lost control of myself and almost kill him (looks at kaine) What's to stop me from going into that state again when I'm near Ben?

Scarlet Spider:.....is it who I think it is that's pulling that particular string?

Spiderman merely nods.

Psylocke: (Glances between the 2) is there something that we should know?

Spiderman: it's.... a little personal, ill explain it later.

Raiden then approaches.

Raiden: you have fought well spiderman (bows) I thank you for your help.

Spiderman: couldn't just ignore it. What happens now? Are the visions gone?

Raiden: that..... I do not know, not yet. For now, we will return to the Wu Shi academy, to celebrate our victory, I ask that you and your companions accompany us.

Spiderman looks at his fellow marvel heroes and receives various nods.

Spiderman: (to raiden) we'll be honoured.

Raiden nods and goes to the other earthrealmers. Spiderman goes to follow but he grunts and almost falls but psylocke and storm quickly grab him and put his arms over their shoulders.

Spiderman: guess my body is a little more damaged than i thought, (mutters) and from the constant use of that energy.

Psylcoke: then let us help you.

Storm: you've done your part spiderman. (Smiles) Let us help you now.

Spiderman: (smiles) thank you.

Meanwhile, scarlet spider glances between the 3 of them, letting out a hum.

Spiderman: (to kaine) what?

Scarlet spider: nothing, absolutely nothing at all.

Scarlet spider walks up to the earthrealmers whilst spiderman stares suspiciously at his clone before shaking his head and he, with the assistance of the 2 x women. Go to join the others. Peter's only thought as raiden's lightning surrounds them, ready to teleport them to the academy of the shaolin is....

Spiderman (in head): no with that obstacle out of the way, I need to have a nice long chat with THEM when I get a chance, and once that's done, trying and get Ben to see sense. Just another day with good old Parker luck.

A/N: Right, I hope you enjoyed, I feel like this chapter wasn't really interesting, just another way to move the story a long, but hey, maybe some of you guys like it more than others. Now the next hurdle is the intermission, have Peter have a chat with certain people and maybe see what's going on in the different spider worlds, we'll see what happens later on.
