The battle of Union Academy was beginning to come to a close as the resistance forces were beginning to retreat.

Atlas(1): Heroes, the enemy are retreating!

Atlas(2): We push forward and wipe out these rebels forever!

Atlas(3): Understood sir!

Ozpin: This doesn't make any sense, they had us on the ropes.

Sirzechs: I know, they seem to be being called back by someone.

Michael: Yeah, I know.

Cardin: Come on, take them down!

As Carden and his team lead a squad of Atlas soldiers to chase after the retreating resistance when suddenly...

Chucks of metal were sent at them with full speed, ripping Team CRDL in half as the Atlas soldiers were all killed as well.

Akeno: Carden!

Rias: What was that?!

???: That would be me, You Crimson Privileged Bitch.

The heroes turned to see Justin approaching them, however, they noticed an aura around him, which was giving off a monstrous amount of hatred and dread.

Ozpin: Justin, Please, do the right things, surrender and...

Justin: Silence.

With a powerful force push, Ozpin was sent flying towards Beacon.

Glynda: Headmaster Ozpin!

Superman then glares over at Justin as he was preparing his heat vision.

Superman: Justin Vines, stand down now, or I will force you to submit!

Justin didn't say a word, before smirking.

Justin: You know Superman, it's funny how you can call yourself a "hero"? I mean, how could you be a hero if you couldn't save your own planet, if you couldn't save your own parents, or your own people, and if you couldn't save your city, your wife and unborn child? You're nothing but a weak disgrace of a kryptonian.

At this point, Superman was beyond pissed as his heat vision was growing more and more unstable.

Nezu: Superman, you need to calm down!

Sirzechs: This is exactly what he wants!

Superman: Shut up, I'm killing this kid!

Michael: Superman, don't!

Superman then sends his heat vision at Justin as the bullies all smirk, they believed that Justin couldn't possibly survive this, but some noticed, he still had a smirk.

And then, Justin did what many would think to be impossible...

He began to absorb Superman's heat vision.

WW: No way...

GL: He absorbed Superman's Heat Vision...

Rias: Justin, Stand down and join my peerage to replace my pawn you murdered!

Justin: First off, No. Hell no. I would rather die than become a devil, even if you did, I would kill you no matter what. Secondly, I'm more than sure that you would want to see "HIM" again.

Justin held up his left arm, before what happened next, made Rias, her peerage and everyone's eyes widened, as the Sacred Gear of the Red Dragon Emperor, appeared on his arm.

Akeno: T-That's impossible!

Koneko: Draiq should've been dead alongside Issei!

Draiq: Ha, like I would ever let myself be killed alongside that filth, after Justin killed him, I transferred into Justin's body and he became my host, my better and superior host.

Rias: You will return what's rightfully belong to me, now!

Justin then held out his hand towards Rias, as she was then teleported right in front of him as his hand was around her throat.

ORC: RIAS!!!

Sirzechs: Release her at once!

Draiq: You know Rias, I was very interested in that form when Loki took control over you, in my form.

Justin(giggle): I like that plan Draiq, do it.

Rias: N-No!

Then, Draiq energy started to flow out of Justin arm and began to encase Rias in red energy.

ORC: Rias!

Sirzech was pissed off, as he flies towards Justin as he was about to about to use his destruction magic on him...

When something then punched Sirzechs back as he quickly recovered to see his sister was now in the Crimson Extinct Dragonar.

Sirzechs: Rias! Are you in there?!

Draiq: Your sister can't hear you right now.

Sirzechs: Draiq, what have you done to my sister?!

Draiq: When my energy encased her body, it allows me to transfer my mind into her body, I was able to easily restrain her and now, I am in control of her body.

Sirzechs: Grrr! You won't get away with this!

Draiq: Oh, but I already have. And besides, Justin?

Justin(smirk): Oh yea.

And then, Justin started to power up with Draiq as his power were skyrocketing beyond what Issei could possibly before.

Justin: RAHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Katsuki: What the hell is this?!

Nezu: What is this power?!

Michael: I-I can't be...

Justin(Draiq): WELSH DRAGON: JUGGERNAUT BALANCE BREAKER!!!

Suddenly, Justin released an energy burst so powerful that everyone, except Draiq, were sent flying and some of the Union Buildings were destroyed.

As the heroes were recovering, they all felt an immense and terrifying aura as they all looked up to see Justin floating above them, wearing a whole new armor different from Issei's.

Natasha: W-What is that form?

Koneko: Issei never pulled a form like that!

Tony: I-I looks like Justin's base form of the Balance Breaker, looks almost like my Ironman armor...

Michael: N-No. Its much worse than that.

Akeno: What do you mean?

Michael: That form... the energy and aura he's giving off... it almost likes... Issei's Juggernaut form...

Sirzechs: B-But that's impossible!

Sona: A-Are you saying...

Momo: That's Justin's Balance breaker...

Coco: It's as powerful as Issei's Juggernaut form?!

Michael: More than that. Draiq boosted power, combines with Justin's powers, infusing their power togethers, Justin Balance Breaker is the Full Power of Issei's Juggernaut Drive.

Katsuki: Tch! So what?! He's a weakling and a villain! I can defeat...

Before he could finish, his eyes widened in shock, as Justin was now right in front of him.

Before he could move to strike him, Justin then kicked Katsuki in the arm so hard that his arm bone was shattered.

Katsuki: GAHHH! My Arm!

And then, Justin then started punching Katsuki with barrage of punches.

Kirishima: Bakugou!

Superman: I'll stop him!

WW: No!

Superman lunged forward as he swings to punch to punch Justin in the face, but he didn't feel anything.

Justin:

Justin punched Superman out of the academy ground and towards the city, with Justin following suit.

Superman(mind): That strength... that speeds... it equals to my own... no... it surpasses me entirely.

Justin appeared before Superman, before punching him down through a skyscraper and onto the ground, creating a crater.

Superman slowly recovered as he looked to see Justin floating above him, with his arms cross and look of disappointment.

Justin:

Superman slowly gets up and Justin lands on the ground, staring down Superman, before the two began to exchange barrage of punches.

WW held her sword and was about to rush forward and strike down Justin, however, something or someone grabbed her sword and thrown her back.

WW looked ahead of her, she could see a tall and yet muscular man, with pale skin and a suit.

WW: Who are you?!

???: You know who I am, Diana.

Wonder Woman eyes widened as the man then swings and punched Diana in the face, sending her flying into a building.

Superman: Diana!

Superman tried to get to Wonder Woman, but Justin grabbed his leg and slammed him into the ground.

Justin: You're fighting with me!

Superman: Stay out of my way!

Superman shot out his heat vision, which was still unstable as he hit Justin directly, but he held it back with one hand as he was absorbing it again.

Justin: You never learn, do you, Kryptonian?!

Wonder Woman recovers only to see the man was towering over her.

WW: Y-You can't be him... You're dead!

Man: Oh, but it is me, Diana. Thanks to the boy who neglected, like you did me!

WW: What happened to you, Steve?!

[Flashback]

Back at the Resistance Base, we could see everyone was gearing up for the assault on the Academy, while Justin was with Ruka, talking about the other heroes like the Avengers and Justice showing up.

Justin: Ok, knowing my past with Union, I am for sure that both Team Ironman and Superman will join the assault on Union.

Ruka: I contacted both Batman's and Rogers teams, they'll deal with their own problems on their sides.

Justin: Good, with Draiq by our side, we have a fight chance against Superman, but Wonder Woman would be a problem if left unchecked.

Ruka: How do you want to deal with her?

Justin: Omni?

Omni: Yes Justin?

Justin: You have all information related to heroes, right?

Omni: of course.

Justin: Including their pasts?

Omni: Yes, why?

Justin: Did Wonder Woman love someone else, before she dated Superman?

Omni: Oh yes, she did. During World War 1, she met her first male, named Steve Trevor. Together along with the allied forces, they helped thwart the plans of General Ludendorff, and Dr. Poison, while she fought and defeated Ares. However, he sacrificing his life in the process. He did return however, in 1984 because of her wishing for him back, and because of it, she lost some of her powers

Justin: I see. Is there a way to revive him?

Omni: Well, his soul yes, but his body is beyond gone. We can give him another body.

Justin: Hmmm... he'll need a body with withstand her and Superman if they fight. Why not... Mr. X's body?

Omni: Maybe, but I'll adjust his new body to be on level with Superman's.

Justin: Perfect.

Omni started to glow as a portal opened up, as Mr. X body was appearing from the portal, before he dropped to his knees.

Mr.X: W-What? Where am I?

Justin: Hello there, Mr. Trevor.

Mr.X(Steve): W-Who are you?

Justin: I am Justin Vines; you are inside of the Resistance Base of Japan.

Steve: Resistance Base? Wait, where's Diana? What year is it?

Justin: It is the year XXXX.

Steve: That's impossible! I've been dead for so long.

Justin: It is possible, Mr. Trevor. And humanity has evolved to having superpowers like Diana.

Steve: Really? Then, heroes exist.

Justin: Yes, as are villains.

Steve: Then, what are you?

Justin: We are the resistance that fights against both the Heroes and their corruption.

Steve: Fight the Heroes? And their corruption? What does that mean?

Justin then started to explain everything to Steve, the state of the world, how superpowers reign supreme over the world, how different kinds exist, how powerless humans like from his time, were hated and treated like scum, and then, he explained Diana has become a corrupted hero like the rest of them.

Steve couldn't believe what he was hearing, Diana, the woman that he loves during WW1 and in 1984, he become a corrupt heroine who only in for more fame and power while neglecting her duties as a hero.

Steve: I-I can't believe it... why did she...

Justin: Diana has become corrupted by a powerful alien, who has also become a hero, known as The Man of Steel, Superman.

Steve: S-Superman?

Justin then explained everything of Superman and Diana relationship as teammates and lovers, how Superman formed the reign and Diana followed behind him fully, then how they joined the Union Alliance and spread their corruption further into the United States, and how both Superman and Diana neglected him for being powerless before.

Steve: S-So, she moved on...

Justin: yes, she has.

Steve: You know, I thought that she would become a great hero, a better hero than many. Not the type of heroes who would neglect a child like you for something you can't control.

Justin: So, what will you do now? Will you stand with us?

Steve: Yes, I do. But are you sure I can stand against Diana?

Justin: Yes, you can. The body you're in was altered to be on the same level as Superman. You'll be just fine against her.

Steve: Thank you. For reviving me.

[Flashback End]

Steve: I meant nothing to you, didn't I?! You moved on and become a corrupt hero?!

Diana: Steve, wait, I can explain!

Steve: You don't need to explain yourself to me! Justin told me more than enough!

Steve lunged at Wonder Woman as he grabbed her face and slammed her onto the ground. 

Steve: Come Diana and I'll show you what this human can do!
