VLADOVIN, RUSSIA

"Letty, I don't like telling you this one bit," Hobbs says as he looks away from the base, over at Letty with a sigh. "But the game's changed. Before, we were trying just to catch Moni, but now after all of this including her killing her brother, I want you to know if I have to, I'm gonna put her down."

"Then you might have to take us both down," Letty says with a nod of understanding.

"I'm freezing, man," Roman says as he shakes his head. "This ain't for me. I come from a different kind of lifestyle, brah. Ladies know me, they know where I'm at with. I tried to take a piss, I didn't even recognize myself."

"Man, that's entirely too much information," Tej tells him as Eliza and Ramsey look at Roman in disgust.

"Well, one thing is for sure," Little Nobody says as he glances over at Letty. "Moni's gotta be either working with them or making a trade, cause no one will be this insane to hit this place without a damn army."

"I wouldn't be so sure about that," Letty says with a smirk, knowing that Domonique is a force to be reckoned with.

"Speak of the Devil," Hobbs says as Domonique's charger comes into view, heading for the base.

"Alright, Moni, you're one step closer to that family reunion," Cipher says as Domonique nears the base. "Prep the EMP, let's take these defenses down."

Domonique flips two switches before flames come out of a pipe in the trunk of her car. As Domonique nears the base, she presses a button causing a wave to emit from the EMP which causes all of the base's power to shut down. "Gates are open. Let's get this party started."

Domonique drives through a metal gate as soldiers begin to shoot at her car. Domonique flips the switch again as she sees a helicopter take off, so the EMP will charge. "Alright, Moni, you've got one pulse left in that EMP. That sub is heavily insulated, you're gonna need to be right underneath it, for this thing to work."

Domonique speeds up before busting through another gate. Domonique drives underneath the submarine as the soldiers in the helicopter start shooting at her car. Domonique presses the button again as the EMP regains its charge, causing the helicopter to shut down and the submarine to reset. "Yes, two birds with one stone."

Domonique drives away from the submarine as the helicopter crashes behind her. "Moni, we are good, head over to the rendezvous." Domonique rams into a truck, causing the truck to explode along with the chemical tank beside it which causes an even bigger explosion.

Domonique is chased by three jeeps through a building before she uses a dirt pile to jump. Domonique's car catches a chain, while in the air, causing a piece of steel to drop onto one of the jeeps before the other two jeeps drive into it.

"Change of plans, Moni," Cipher says as Domonique begins to leave the base. "I'm sending you the coordinates, head there immediately."

"I'm done. I want the kids," Domonique argues with Cipher as she looks at the camera in the car.

"I'll tell you when you're done," Cipher argues back with her. "Your team is in play. Now, meet Rhodes and follow my instruction."

"Quite a show," Rhodes says as he gets into Domonique's car while holding his gun in his lap. Domonique watches as the team struggles with trucks that have missiles. Domonique sees Roman's car start to sink before Tej pulls him out by the door.

"Moni, do you really wanna put that car in gear?" Cipher asks as she sees Domonique rest her hand on the gear stick from the cameras in the car. Domonique being worried about Roman as snowmobiles race towards him.

"Do it, huh?" Rhodes asks as he points his handgun at Domonique, who shifts the car into park.

"I didn't think so," Cipher says before one of her men tells her where the team is heading. "I should have taken care of this a long time ago. Rhodes, take her team out."

"I'm on it," Rhodes says as he gets out of the car before Domonique looks down at her phone. "I know how much these people mean to you," Rhodes says as he looks at Domonique through the windshield of the car. "So, I'll let you pick the first target."

"I don't pick a target from a mile away," Domonique tells him with a glare. "I stand face to face, and look 'em dead in the eye."

"Okay, the wife it is," Rhodes says with a chuckle before looking through his scope, while Domonique checks on her phone again.

Three pilots enter the cargo hold of Cipher's plane before taking off their helmets to reveal Deckard Shaw, Dominic Toretto, and Owen Shaw.

"Nice plane, I'm gonna enjoy having this," Owen says as he looks around before grabbing his gun.

"Hey, don't go gettin any ideas," Deckard tells his brother while shaking his head. "You and planes don't have a good history."

"No shit," Owen says as he glances between Dom and the closed cargo hold.

"Okay, let's go, Scarface," Dom orders as he makes his way over to the door.

"These assholes ain't gonna kill themselves," Deckard agrees with a nod. Owen hears a beep before motioning with his head to the camera that is behind Deckard.

"Surprise," Dom says with a taunting smirk.

"You're both supposed to be dead," Cipher says in shock as she remembers watching Domonique shoot them both.

Rhodes aims his sniper rifle at Letty, as Domonique looks down at her phone once again before the phone starts buzzing.

"We've got the package Toretto," Deckard says after Domonique sneakily answers the phone.

"All 24 pounds of the both," Dom says as he is finally able to hold his son. Domonique lets out a sigh of relief as she hears her nephew saying "Dada". Rhodes has Letty in his sights before Domonique opens her door, causing Rhodes to shift his shot while firing. The shot hits the front of Letty's car before richoteting off the car.

"You made me miss my shot," Rhodes says as he glares at Domonique, who is walking around the car.  "What do you think you're doing?" Rhodes goes to hit Domonique with the gun but Domonique catches the gun, causing Rhodes to look at her in shock.

"Looking at you dead in the eye," Domonique answers Rhodes before punching him in the face. Domonique knocks the rifle out of Rhodes' hands before Rhodes grabs his handgun. Domonique grabs Rhodes' hands causing Rhodes to fire off a shot into the sky before Domonique slams Rhodes' hands onto the car, causing him to drop the gun. Rhodes slams Domonique against the car before punching her in the stomach a few times.

Domonique kicks Rhodes away from her before wiping her busted lip, looking at the blood. Domonique looks at Rhodes with a taunting smirk, causing Rhodes to rush towards her to punch her. Domonique blocks a few punches before she picks Rhodes up by the throat, slamming him on top of the hood of the car. Rhodes tries to choke Domonique, who is holding him down by the throat with one arm.

Domonique lets out a yell as she uses her free arm to slam into Rhodes' head, causing Rhodes' neck to snap. "That was for Roan." Domonique drags Rhodes' body off of the car, throwing it into the snow before getting back into her car.

"Rhodes," Cipher tries to get his attention.

"He's no longer with the living," Domonique says as she looks at the camera in the car with a taunting smirk. "Rhodes picked the wrong target."

"Congratulations Moni. You just killed your nephew and Roan's daughter," Cipher says as she stares at the camera footage.

"You're wrong. I just saved them," Domonique tells her with a smirk and slight chuckle. "And you just took your foot off the tiger's neck."

Domonique puts her car in gear before taking off towards the team. Domonique drives off of a cliff before landing in a patch of snow on the ice. Domonique drives into the back of a truck that has missiles, causing the driver to shoot all of the missiles as he spins out of control. The missiles hit several of the vehicles that are following the truck. 

"Hell yeah!" Roman cheers as they see the vehicles explode.

"There's Moni!" Ramsey cheers as she sees Domonique drive through a wave of fire behind them, causing Letty to smile.

"What, is this chick on our side now?" Little Nobody asks confused as Domonique drives past him.

"Who the hell cares? She just saved our asses!" Tej answers him happily as Domonique passes him. "Good to be riding with you again girl." Domonique catches up to Letty and Ramsey as Letty looks over at her with a happy smile.

Two torpedoes are launched before one breaks through the ice taking out one of the soldier's vehicles. The other torpedo breaks through the ice before sliding towards Hobbs and Roman.

"Take the wheel!" Hobbs orders Roman as he sees the torpedo.

"I ain't taking shit!" Roman argues with him.

"Take the wheel!" Hobbs orders him again.

"Where are you going?" Roman asks as Hobbs opens the door before jumping onto the ice while still holding onto the door, causing him to slide beside the truck. "This is crazy!"

"Speed up!" Hobbs orders as the torpedo passes them. Roman speeds up to where Hobbs is beside the torpedo. "Left and back!"

"What?" Roman asks him, confused.

"Turn the goddamn wheel to the left, really quickly," Hobbs orders him as he puts a hand on the torpedo while holding onto the door with his other hand. Roman does as told before Hobbs shoves the torpedo, causing it to slide towards the left before crashing into one of the soldier's vehicles.

"Boom, baby!" Tej cheers as the vehicle explodes while Hobbs climbs back inside his truck. "Oh shit!" Tej yells as the submarine breaks through the ice, taking out several of the soldier's cars.

"We're going to need a bigger truck," Hobbs says as he sees the submarine while Letty and Domonique glance back at the submarine. Cipher has the submarine dive back under the water.

"It's right under us!" Roman yells as he sees the shadow of the submarine through the ice. "Get out of the way!" Hobbs speeds up before the submarine breaks through the ice once again, causing the ice under the team to start to crack. "Get us out of here!"

"Why are you always yelling?" Hobbs asks Roman as he speeds up once again.

"This bitch is crazy!" Eliza says as she glances back at the submarine and the last vehicle of the soldiers.

"Look out!" Ramsey yells with a gasp as a big piece of ice moves in front of them. Letty swerves out of the way, causing the soldier to drive into the ice which causes him to crash.

"That's not good! That's not good!" Letty yells as the ice right behind them starts sinking, causing the back of her car to start to sink with the ice.

"Please tell me there's nothing to worry about!" Ramsey begs her in panic as the ice starts to surround them.

"We got this," Letty tells her as she flips a switch before pressing a button, causing the car to jump out of the ice before landing beside Domonique's.

"That's my girl," Domonique says with a proud smile as she looks over at Letty.

"The sub's too close," Hobbs says as the submarine follows right behind them. "We ain't making it to the gate in time."

"We're just gonna let it get away?" Ramsey asks as she looks over at Letty, confused.

"Not if I know Moni," Letty answers her with a shake of her head before looking over at Domonique.

"You lose, Moni," Cipher says as she looks at the footage from the camera in Domonique's car.

"I destroyed two of your teams," Domonique says with a smirk as she looks at the camera. "I killed your red-headed boyfriend. And I put two killers and my brother on your untraceable plane. You lost the minute you interrupted my honeymoon. Now guess who I'm coming for."

"Put a heatseeker on her now," Cipher orders her men as she starts to really panic at the thought of losing. "Now! Fire!"

"That's a goddamn heatseeker coming at us," Hobbs says as he sees the heatseeker shoot out of the submarine.

"Peel off, head for the shore," Domonique yells at Letty and Ramsey before she flips a switch, causing the flames in the trunk of her car to come on. Letty leads the team towards the shore as told. "All right." The heatseeker locks onto Domonique . "Come and get it."

Domonique speeds up as she drives up a hill of snow before she quickly turns around, causing the heatseeker to have to turn around as well. Domonique heads straight for the submarine with the heatseeker behind.

"No, no, no," Cipher panics as she sees what she is doing. "Dive! Dive!"

"This... This is for Roan's daughter!" Domonique says as she looks at the camera before she presses her NOS button which causes the car to pop into a wheelie.

Domonique drives up a piece of ice to be able to jump over the top of the submarine, but Domonique's back tire catches on the top part of the submarine, causing her car to turn while in the air. The heatseeker hits the submarine, causing it to start exploding as Domonique's car falls through the fire.

"Moni!" Letty yells as she sees the fire and Domonique's car, which starts flipping out of the fire before Domonique jumps out of the car as it continues to flip. The fire sucks into the submarine as Domonique looks up at the black smoke around the submarine.

Domonique sits up before the fire inside the submarine reaches the some of the other weapons, causing a big explosion. Domonique prepares to be hit by the fire, but the team quickly forms a barricade in front of her with their cars. Domonique looks up in shock as the fire turns into black smoke, since the submarine is sinking below the ice.

Letty is the first out of her car before she walks over to Domonique, who stands up.

"You know I never left you, Letty," Domonique says as she pulls her into a hug.

"I know," Letty says as she hugs Domonique back while pressing a kiss to her cheek.

"And you know I never will," Domonique says with a happy sigh, glad to have Letty back in her arms.

"I know," Letty says with a smile and laugh as she holds onto Domonique. Eliza, Tej, Roman, and Little Nobody climb out of their vehicles before Eliza starts making her way over to Domonique.

"Eliza," Domonique says with a sigh before Eliza punches her in the face. Letty quickly stands in front of Domonique as Eliza prepares to swing again but doesn't because of Letty. "He's alive!"

"What?!" Eliza asks as she looks at Domonique in shock.

"Do you really believe that I would kill my own brother?" Domonique asks with her own look of shock as Eliza remains quiet. "He's alive and trying to take down Cipher."

"I'm sorry," Eliza says before pulling Domonique into a hug. "It just looked so real."

"It was supposed to," Domonique tells her with a nod. "He'll meet us wherever we go from here."

"Okay," Eliza says with a nod before walking back over to her car.

"I've so much to tell you," Domonique says with a small smile as she looks over at Letty.

"Yeah you do," Letty says as she nods her head in agreement. "And you can start with that bitch." Letty smiles before kissing Domonique, who immediately kisses her back.

"Now, that's Domonique Toretto," Roman says with a nod before Letty and Domonique hug once again. "Hey Moni! I'm just throwin' it out there, we need to get up out of here cause there's all kinda nuclearism happening under this ice."

"Relax!" Tej tells him with a shake of his head. "Without the trigger chips, those nukes are harmless."

"Okay. So, we good, then," Roman says as he pulls out his cellphone. "Let me go on and get my young selfie levels up." Roman starts taking selfies, causing Hobbs to smile while Tej shakes his head in confusion and disgust.

"You realize this is classified, right?" Little Nobody asks as he looks at Roman.

"Not today," Roman tells him with a smirk as he continues to take pictures.

"Unbelievable," Little Nobody says while shaking his head and rolling his eyes before getting back in his car.

"All right, can we get up outta of here, now? I'm freezing!" Roman asks before getting back into the truck as Tej climbs back into his tank while Letty and Domonique continue to hug.
