You wake to an inky blackness, the ground beneath you softer than any bed you've ever slept on.  The stars shine brightly overhead; brighter than you've ever seen them.  You rise, hearing others around you do the same.  No matter which way you look, you cannot see anyone.  No one but Them.  They are clearly a god; the power They radiate, the way They look... there is no other option.  Maybe you've only ever believed in one god; maybe you've never believed in any.  That doesn't matter now.  They are before you, and They are real.  They have a mission for you.  You will not get the chance to say no.
