Flora Skelington is the daughter of Jack the Pumpkin King and Sally Finkelstein. While her four or five skeleton brothers at hand, who play together in the xylophone band, look like their father, Flora more closely resembles her mother.

Known to the folks of Halloween Town as the Pumpkin Princess, they all treat her a one!

With 4 or 5 brothers, her chance at organising any Halloween night in the next 1000 years is practically non-existent! Not to mention everybody treats her like a porcelain doll. Just because she takes after her mother doesn't mean she'll fall apart!

That's only happened like four times!!!

And just when Flora was at her wit's end, she was invited to attend Aurdon Prep as a secret trial period organised by Ben to see if one day he could ask the VKs.

Whilst her parents were hesitant, Flora practically leapt at the chance to leave HT and forge a path of her own, so she went along with her trusty Franken-cat Mabel, and the rest is history!

A year passes, and while Flora is the odd one out in the pumpkin patch, she loves every minute of Auradon Prep, forming a close friendship with Doug.

And most importantly, it's now time to meet the VKs, and Flora is front and centre to greet them!...or at least she would be if Mable hadn't stolen her hand.

I swear it's only happened like five times!

Never did she think that she would meet the most beautiful girl she ever saw whilst chasing her dead cat who stole her hand...but that's what happened.

From the moment she crashed into Evie, Flora instantly felt a connection...if only she knew what it was? All she knows is that she wants Evie to like her and that her smile gives her butterflies which is odd because she could have sworn she had spiders for lunch.

If only she could find some way to talk to the blue-haired seamstress...

Her prayers were answered when her foot came loose, causing Flora to fall down the stairs and (once again) crash into her blue-haired angel!

Apparently, Flora has been using the wrong stitching pattern this whole time, and because she doesn't know any other method, Evie offered to teach her, and in return, Flora will model and try on Evie's outfit designs.

This is the opportunity Flora has been waiting for. Now she has a reason to talk and spent time with Evie!

...maybe Evie can help Flora figure out why she feels breathless every time she's in the room.

She won't eat anything containing pumpkin (because of who her father is). She considers it to be an act of cannibalism. She once fainted when someone served her Pumpkin pie.

Ironically her birthday is the 25th of December. 

Like her mother, she can control her limbs if they aren't attached, but unlike her mother, she is stuffed with Pumpkin blossoms instead of leaves. 

Although she's used to sewing her limbs back on, it can still be an uncomfortable process from time to time, so she's very particular about people helping with the process.

She always keeps a spare needle and thread with her at all times, so does Doug.

According to Dude, Flora smells of pumpkin spice and flowers.

It's never fully confirmed if either she has 4 or 5 brothers, her answers are either too cryptic, vague or she gets interrupted before she can say the answer.

Because of her sheltered life outside of Halloween town, Flora is very innocent in some ways, she may know how to reanimate a corpse and brew deadly nightshade but invite her to a sleepover, and she'll have no idea what you mean.

She is also very naive and inexperienced in what most people would consider everyday occurrences, not really understanding why talking to ghosts eating snake and spider stew is weird to everyone (that's her lifestyle and hertige and sees nothing strange or wrong with it).

Due to her loose limbs and high energy, Flora can be a bit of a klutz tripping over her own feet and

She's not ashamed of where she came from or the fact that she's different and is unafraid to try anything new or outside her comfort zone, except pumpkin pie...she draws the line at anything pumpkin.

Flora has always thought of herself as pretty, not beautiful, but considering all the other townsfolk of HT, Flora thought she turned out okay. Still, when she meets Evie, Flora becomes a little self-conscious and embarrassed of her appearance, but that's only because she thinks Evie is too beautiful for her.

Thanks to her "grandfather", Flora is very talented at science and chemistry. With both her and Doug being the top of the class, they have a friendly rivalry between them.

Doug is one of the few people who aren't weirded out by Flora or her "uniqueness", in fact, and he's pretty interested in the culture and science of Halloween Town. He sees Flora as a little sister and a breath of fresh air to the rigid ways of Aurodon Prep. She invited him to Halloween town for Halloween the first year she arrived.

Flora not entirely sure what she wants to do when she graduates. All she knows is that she wants to experience anything and everything she can and just enjoy her freedom!

Whilst she's not entirely aware of her feelings towards Evie, she doesn't really hide them either, she's never been in love, but she loves the feeling of being with Evie.
