This is a little more of an obscure craft, but still fun. Just like the altered book, you will need a book that you no longer care for. It is made by strategically cutting away the insides of a book to make a picture. This is a rather simple carved book, but I may try a more complicated one in the future.

The outside looks fairly normal as I did not alter the cover(although I may redo it in the future)

As you can see, random chunks of the page are cut away to leave this haphazard pattern of holes.
