October 7

"Morning, baby," i said as I slipped on clothes for work/interviews. Josh was just now waking up.

"G'morning, my super talented, super sweet, super handsome, super incredible hubby," Josh smiled.

I giggled and blushed, kissing his lips. "I made pancakes and coffee. They're in the kitchen. I gotta go, babe. I'll see you later tonight."

"Will i be able to listen to any of your interviews?" Josh asked.

"106.1 should be broadcasting it all day," i said. "Love you so much, baby."

"Love you more, honey," he said, kissing my lips and hugging me goodbye. "I'm so so so proud of you."

And with that, i was on my way to the studio for interviews.

"What was your inspiration for this record?" The lady asked with a smile.

"Oh, goodness. I guess life in general. I know that seems just so broad, but that's really as specific as I can get when talking about the whole album. Some songs are about loss, some about insecurities, and one is about love," i said, smiling to myself. "I-it um... I wrote it for my husband, Joshua, who is the sweetest, most caring, supportive guy on earth. He's... he's the only reason I'm alive a-and I just can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me. I sang him this song at our wedding and he hasn't heard it since, and I'm excited for him to hear it again."

Just then, my phone started ringing.

"Oh my, sorry sorry sorry," I apologize. "I-it's joshua."

"Answer it," the interviewer smiled.

"Hello?" I said into the phone.

"I love you so much, Tyler," josh cried. "You mean the world to me and you're my everything and I love you and I really wanna kiss you right now."

I giggled and blushed. Everyone listening to the interview could hear this.

"I love you too, honey. We can kiss when I get home tonight."

"I don't wanna wait that long," he pouted.

I giggled. "Come see me on my lunch break and we can kiss then."

I could feel him smiling through the phone. "I love you, baby. And I'm so so so proud of you. And when we have sex toni-"

"Joshua William we are live on the radio!" I exclaimed, my face going red in embarrassment.

"Oh," he giggled. "Sorry, honey."

"Jeez Louise," I sighed, giggling myself. "I love you, Joshua. I'll see you later."

"Bye, baby! Love you too!" He exclaimed.

I hung up the phone, unable to stop smiling as the interviewer continued to ask me questions.

"Are you the only one featured on the album?"

"Everything except the drums, yes," I said.

"Who did the drums?"

"That would be Joshua William Dun," I smiled.

"What is the main purpose of this album?"

"To show and prove to the people listening that it gets better. You'll hear the record in chronological order, and it's really following my life for the past five or so years. It starts with a song about feeling alone and being on the edge of ending it all, but as it progresses, things change. The album has a love song towards the middle. And afterwards, there are a few more dark songs reflecting some personal things that happened. And the very last song shows that yes, I still have those dark thoughts and dark moments, but I'm so much happier and more hopeful now. It gets better. It got better for me, and it will for you too, but you won't be able to share your success story if you end your life here."

"I'm sorry to interrupt, Mr. Dun," I heard someone say.

I still get all giggly when I hear someone call me 'Dun.'

"But your husband is here and we thought you'd like him to be the one to share with you some news."

I smiled widely and nodded.

And in walked josh with a wide grin, hugging me tightly and kissing my hair. "You're already top 10," he smiled.

"What?! Really?!" I exclaimed.

"Yes!" He said. "Ty, the record has been out for less than 12 hours and you're already in the top 10! That's unheard of!"

I blushed and giggled, hugging him tightly.

"I guess I gotta go do you can finish your interview," he giggled, kissing my lips. "See you tonight?"

"See you tonight," I smiled, pecking his lips before sitting back down in my seat.

By 3:00, it was number one on the chats.

My first album hit number one within 15 hours of release.

My manager came in and said people are already demanding a tour and venues are pleading to book me.

I agreed.

I'm going on tour.

"One wants you next week," he said. "We have a crew ready. You down for it?"

I called my husband.

"Hey, baby," i said into the phone. "So um.. they want me to go on tour. Is tha-"

"Yes! Yes yes yes! Of course! Yes!"

And so it's official.

I'm going on tour.

We're calling it emotional road show, ERS for short.

I arrived home to an apartment filled with balloons, confetti, streamers, candles, roses, and more.

As well as a very widely smiling husband.

My personal favorite.

"Hi, baby," I smiled.

"Fuck, I love you," he said, running up to me and picking me up, hugging me tightly.

"Love you more, Joshua William," i said. "But I have something serious to ask you."

"Ok, baby. Anything. Ask me anything."

"Will you be my drummer?" I smiled.

"Of course I'll be your drummer, Ty!" He exclaimed, spinning me around. "I get to do what I love and watch that cute lil booty of yours as you sing your heart out?! That's the dream!"

I giggled and blushed, hugging him tightly.

So not only is Joshua my husband, but he's my band mate as well.

"This is all happening so fast," i said, completely overwhelmed. "We've gotta figure out a name and then merch and then the lights and the set list and oh, goodness this is a lot," i said, starting to panic.

"Calm down, baby. Calm down," josh said, taking both my hands and kissing them. "Go sit down on the couch and relax. I'll make you some tea and cookies."

"Thank you, Joshua. You're the best," i said, kissing his cheek before sitting on the couch and brainstorming band names.

Josh came in a few minutes later, sitting down beside me and handing me the cookies and tea with a smile.

"Thank you, honey," i said. "What about twenty one pilots? Remember that book we read in high school... all my sons? What if we named ourselves after the twenty one pilots?"

"I love it!" Josh said.

I smiled and nodded, texting my manager who also approved.

"Ok, I think we should talk before we go any further," i said, setting my cookies and tea down on the coffee table and crawling into josh's lap.

He nodded and looked up at me.

"Tour is gonna be hard on us," i said. "We aren't gonna be able to be holding hands or kissing and stuff as much as we normally do," I said. "We won't really have any energy to do the whole sex thing every night, and if we do, it's gonna be pretty hard doing it in a bunk on a tour bus. And I'm most likely gonna get really stressed and you know how I get when I'm stressed. Are you sure you're ok doing this? Because if not, I can call and cancel everything. Our relationship comes first," i said.

There were tears in josh's eyes. "I don't know what I did to deserve you," he said, hugging me tightly. "Yes, baby. I'm positive. It's your dream and mine as well. As long as I still get to call you my husband at the end of the day and we're both happy and in love, that's all I care about."

"I love you, Joshua," i said, kissing his lips. "So, so much. And I'll try and see if we can get a bus with a bedroom type thing so we can at least sleep together. Because there's no way I'm sleeping without you."

Josh smiled and nodded. "You can always sleep on top of me. That's what normally happens anyways," he giggled.

"Yeahhhh," I giggled. "But this way if we have a night off or something we can do our thing," i smiled. "But we'll be in hotels a lot of the time too, so."

"And we're used to sex in hotel rooms," he giggled, tickling my sides.

Tour begins in five days.
