*Emily's POV* I didn't know why pony was looking at me when Two-Bit said that pony saved us without a blade I mean I didn't care I think he was showing off or something. We got to the house Darry was reading the paper and we went in the kitchen for some ice cream "y'all don't make a mess in there I just cleaned the kitchen you hear?" Darry said looking up from his paper soda knew how everyone liked their ice cream I liked mine vanilla with a smiley face made out of chocolate chips and chocolate sprinkles Two-Bit just liked all flavors mixed in a bowl Steve just like vanilla with one squirt of chocolate syrup Johnny doesn't like ice cream and pony liked it with just vanilla in a bowl and that's how he ate it just vanilla with no toppings I don't know how he could eat it like that and soda liked it with crushed oreos. After soda made our ice cream we sat on the couch I sat on the floor with Johnny the couch was first come first serve so if you were the last one out of the kitchen don't even try and yelling I call the couch doesn't work either, I decided to not let a kiss get in the way of me and Ponyboy so I went up to him acting like I was gonna tell him something his face lit up with excitement and I got a little bit of ice cream and put it on his face and started laughing he started laughing and smiling to "oh look at that now their on speaking terms" Two-Bit said loudly laughing. How did they know me and pony weren't on speaking terms is what I was thinking in my head pony looked at me after Two-Bit said that I think he was thinking the same thing. "What are you talking about me and pony are always on speaking terms" I said nervously hoping they'd buy it "no no no,you were not we know how you and Ponyboy normally act together and today your weren't acting that way" soda said acting like he knew what he was talking about ugh he knew exactly what he was talking about he was right they all were because they all agreed with him I wanted to tell them about the kiss but I could tell pony didn't want them to know so I just kept my mouth shut. I said smiling "yeah and I'm gonna get you back" he said smiling at me everyone was watching us with amazement as if me and pony never talked ever I got up to put my bowl in the sink "aye put ours in there to" soda said I had 4 bowls in my hand "be careful that's my favorite bowl I always use it" Steve said "oh okay" I said about to throw it away as a joke "no!" Steve shouted "I'm kidding" I said laughing "Darry you want me to do the dishes?" I asked putting water in the bowls so that the ice cream wouldn't stick "no I'll get pony to do it" Darry said I left the kitchen pony knew to get up an do them so he did.as pony was washing the dishes I went back in the kitchen and whispered to him "can we tell them?" "Later" he said smiling I walked out of the kitchen and sat on the couch next to Two-Bit "hey you guys wanna know the stupidest thing about girls?" Said Dally everyone looked at me and then looked back at at Dally and said yeah and he said "secrets" then everyone looked back at me I could feel my face getting hot "what'd you tell pony in the kitchen?" Johnny said playing along with Dally "nothing we agreed to tell you guys later" I said nervous hoping they wouldn't think anything "what'd you guys start weed or something?" Steve said laughing "I want some. Who is your supplier?" Two-Bit said with a big smile on his face I wanted to punch every tooth out of his mouth but I just laughed and denied it "tell us now or we won't listen later" said soda "trust me you will listen later, you'll wanna know" I said with a serious face.Ponyboy came out of the kitchen and sat next to me and said in a whisper tone "quit giving them hints on what were gonna tell them" "relax they'll never get it" I said smiling " oh my god you guys kissed didn't you?"
