My POV

Lucy was walking home in the dark. Why you ask? Well, Jude picked her up from school, but dropped her off somewhere far away from home. She had to walk, but she was wearing heels, so it was very painful. She ends up walking barefoot. She walked over glass. She didn't try to avoid it because she didn't care. She was close to home. Only about 7 miles away. She shivered.
" I-i w-wish I ha-had a c-c-coat " She said. It was freezing cold. These two drunk guys were walking towards her. " Hey little miss, what're you doing all alone this late? " One asked. Lucy cringed as she could smell the booze emitting off of the two. " U-um... N-nothing " She said. " Awe! You don't gotta be afraid of us " The other said rubbing her arm. " I-i'm not! It's j-just cold " She said. That was half right. She was afraid of what they would do to her, she was helpless, and her father wouldn't care either way. " A-and I really sh-should get g-going now " She said. " Aw! What's the rush? You said your cold right? Then let's go to my place and I'll help warm you up " The first guy said. " N-no I'm fine " She said. They each grab one wrist. " H-hey let me go! " She said. " Now why would we do that? " The second one asked. " I-if you don't let me go, i-ill get my boyfriend on you! " She said. " Oh? And what's your boyfriend gonna do to us? " The second one asked through a chuckle. " H-he's Natsu Dragneel " She said with confidence. " Oh please! Like you know Natsu Dragneel " The first one laughed.

~Nearby~

Natsu was walking home from the store. He had spent much longer than he planned, but he didn't actually care. No one would be worried about him. He doesn't live with his parents, and they think he's sleeping now, so it's fine. " H-hey let me go! " He heard a girls voice. " If you don't let me go i-ill get my boyfriend on you! " She said. He saw that it's the blonde Girl he's been trying to get in bed. He knows she doesn't have a boyfriend, so he waits to see who she'll say. " H-he's Natsu Dragneel " She said. He chuckled to himself. Using him to get out of this situation. He decided to play along with this. " Oh please, like you know Natsu Dragneel! " The second one said. Lucy feels arms wrap around her waist. Rather then scared, she felt safe. She didn't know why until she heard his voice. " Hey, what're you doing to my girl? " He asked angrily, but really he was amused by this whole thing. Lucy blushed. " And who're you? Get lost kid we found er first! " The second one said. " Actually I found her first " He said. " Eh? What're you talking about? " The first one said. " I'm Natsu Dragneel " He shrugged. The two burst out laughing. " Yeah right! " The second one said before continuing the laughing session. Natsu was serious. He hit the first one with a right hook, and he was knocked out. The other blinked, recognizing his face, bringing him back to his senses and sparking his fear. He just ran, leaving his friend for dead. " Hey girlfriend " He said with emphasis on the word 'girlfriend' but Lucy didn't hear. She was fading out of consciousness. She had been walking around for hours. " Hey blondie? " He asked. He looked down and saw she was sleeping. " How long have you been out here? " He asked. He takes off his jacket and wraps it around Lucy. He picked her up bridal style, and noticed her feet were bleeding. He sighed and carried her to his house.

~At his house~

He walks inside and turns on the lights, then locks the door. He placed her down on his bed. " Not how I'd originally imagine you on my bed " He chuckled to himself. Lucy's eyes fluttered open, as she saw she wasn't in her room. She suddenly felt a sting in her feet. She hissed quietly. " So your awake now " He chuckled. " Um w-where am I? " She asked. " Well, based on what you said before... Your at your boyfriends house " He said. " What I said before...? " She asked. Then she realized that she told those two guys she was dating Natsu. " I'm sorry i-i... " She was blushing madly. She turned her face back to the front and Natsu was less than an inch away. " You what? " He asked. Her face was completely red. He clasped his hands with hers, and holds them over her head as he pins her to the bed. She was so nervous. Natsu bit his lip, she was so adorable. It took a lot to hold himself back. He let's go of her hands and gets off of her. She was still blushing madly. " You can rest today, and tomorrow you can tell me what happened, okay? " He said. " But what about school? " Lucy asked. " They wont miss us " He shrugged. " I highly doubt that " She laughed nervously. " I don't. So we'll be fine " He shrugged. Lucy figured that arguing with him was pointless, so she drifted off to sleep. But instead of being uncomfortable and scared, she felt safe and happy. Natsu was concerned as to why she was walking home so late, why she was still dressed in her outfit from school, and why her feet were cut. But, he would wait until she was feeling a little better after the ordeal of today. He was wearing his boxers, that's it. He gets into bed with her. He had to sleep somewhere, and he wasn't gonna let her put him out of his own bed.

~The next morning~

Lucy wakes up, feeling a warm embrace. Something she has never felt in her life. She wanted to stay like this for a while. Then she realized she was still in Natsu's house, and this was his bed, and it was probably his arms wrapped around her waist. He wakes up. " Morning Blondie " He said while holding onto her waist.
