I called up my best friend, Paige. She went through almost the same problem.
*Phone Rings*
"Hello?" Paige said, on the other line.
"Hey Paige. it's me, Chloe."
"Gee I didn't know, Caller ID." She said sarcastically, we both laughed.
"Wait a second- aren't you supposed to be at dance, Clo?"
"That's kind of why I called.." There was a short pause.
"I'm not going back to dance. Well, not to Abby." I said, confindentally.
"Wow Chloe, is it because of all the fighting? Your the only good one in that show! She needs you, you don't need her." That made me smile.
"Yes, its because of the fighting. And thanks. Now get your butt over here!!" I said laughing a little.
"Alright officer! I'm on my way!" She said laughing between breaths. I loved having a good best friend by my side. It'd take her 45 minutes to get here, but as long as I could see her on a day like this.
Oh Yea. I had to tell my mom.
"MOM! PAIGE IS COMING OVER! SHES ON HER WAY NOW!!" I yelled across the house.
"OKAY! MAKE SURE YOUR ROOM IS CLEAN AND DO THE DISHES WHILE YOU WAIT!" She always does that to me.

     After I cleaned my room and did the dishes, I sat in the front room by the window, texting Paige. 5 minutes later she pulled into my driveway. I smiled from ear to ear and ran outside to give her a hug.
"PAIGEE! I HAVEN'T SEEN YOU IN FOREVER!!!' I yelled squeezing her.
"CHLOEEEE OH MY GOSHH, YESS!" She yelled back. I also gave her big sister Brooke a big hug, and her mom Kelly, and handshaked Paige and Brooke's brother, Josh.
"If you wanna put a lawsuit on Abby, let us know! We're professionals!" Kelly said smiling. I laughed.
"Thanks, but I think I'll pass. I would waste all that time on her!"
  
   Paige's mom and siblings left and we went inside. Clara jumped on Paige, hugging her. After she gave my mom a hug. We went to my room.
"Wow, its been so long since I've seen you! I'm usually so caught up with dance, and now I won't be!" I said smiling. Why was I so happy? I remembered the phone call I got from Nia. Should I have answered it? No, stop thinking/talking about the ALDC. Your with your best friend, a normal girl..
"It has! Maybe since you quit, we could see each other a lot more! Are you still gonna do dance somewhere else?" Paige replied to me.
"Yes! I hope! And I really wanna still do dance, I can't just quit, you know? I gotta live my dream."
"Understandable"
There was long pause. Wow, I didn't think it'd be this awkward. "Wanna go somewhere? I can ask my mom to take us to the skating rink!"  I said, after a few minutes.
"Sure! Sounds fun!"
I went out to ask my mom if we could go.
"Hey mom, will you take me and Paige to the skating rink please?" I asked her.
"Sure I guess. Get ready, I'll pick you up at 9 and then I'll drop Paige off. She can stay the night this weekend if she'd like." She replied.
"Alright!"
"HEY PAIGE!!!" I yelled.
"WHAT!" She said, the noise coming from my bedroom.
"WE CAN GO, WANNA STAY THE WEEKEND WITH US?"
"SURE! MY MOM PROBABLY WONT MIND."
"OKAY COOL."
I laughed, I could hear her laughing too.
We touched up our makeup and put shorts on instead of jeans. Its really hot there. Once we were ready, we told mom. She said she was gonna take Clara to Chuckee Cheese while we were out. That place frefreaks me and Paige out. It didn't, until Five Nights At Freddy's. We love that game, but ruined childhood places. We pulled into the rink and saw an ambulance. What the heck?
