Everyone walked back to the Homestead. From 50 people now were around twenty five or thirty. Jay was looking around, when suddenly he saw Morro coming towards him

"You!"he said with anger and hit him in he stomach. Jay lost his breath and fell on the ground

"Morro, stop!"Lloyd yelled while he and Cole were holding him back. Morro looked furious

"It's all your fault! Everything here happened because of you!"Morro yelled, tried to struggle away from the boys. Jay regained his oxygen and stand with the help of Nya and Seliel"Do you remember what Turner said? Or Kai?"Morro yelled

"Morro everything you say is just a bunch of klunk. How can all of this be his fault!"Cole yelled, trying to defend his new friend. Jay looked down in shame. What if it really was his fault. Suddenly, he noticed a tooth from a Serpentine. He picked it up and looked at it

"I have to remember"Jay said to himself, but Nya heard him

"No Jay don't!"Nya yelled but it was too late. He stabbed his leg with the tooth and fell on the ground. He heard people yelling and approaching him, but everything was spinning, he couldn't heard anything and his vision was blurry. He catch some things like

"You idiot!"

"Jay why?"

"Take the Serum!"but he wasn't sure who the voices belonged too. After a while, he passed out

Jay was in a building. He was around six or seven years old. Two people-a man and a woman-were standing in front of him, giving him sad smiles and a girl was standing next to him with tears in her eyes

"Everything is going to be okay Jay. Just help the people to find a cure"the woman said. Jay gave her a weak smile and nodded, then two people came and took him inside. He never saw these people again

Jay was in a computer room. He was staring at his computer for a while, then looked up at black haired girl. She also looked up and smiled at him, then everything vanished

Jay it sitting in some cafe and eating. Around him were sitting another four boys and five girls. He recognized Nya on his left. She was laughing and talking with the others

Now, he was in a room with some bunk beds. The other four boys from before were laying on them

"Guys, I don't want to go in the Maze"a boy with black hair said sadly

"Me too Cole. I can't leave Nya here all alone"a guy with brown hair said. Jay sighed and fell the tears in his eyes. He was going to send his best friends on sure dead

Jay is in some office, sitting opposite of a man, who really looked like a Rat

"Jay, you have to choose which site you are on"he said

"I choose my friend's side"Jay said with determination

"Well then. Take him"the Rat Man said and some guards in black uniforms came and took him, like they took Nya an year earlier. He was actually happy. He was going to be reunited with his friends and girlfriend-even if they don't remember each other. The last thing he saw how he was shoved on a table to go thought the Swipe and loose his memories

Jay opened his eyes slowly to see he was in the pit and Nya was next to him, his head on her lap. She was looking at him worried

"Good to see you are okay, shank"someone said. Cole looked up to see Cole leaning on the tree bars of the cage. Next to him were Seliel and Lloyd

"W-What happened?"he asked getting up to sit

"You injected yourself with a tooth from a serpentine. Did you lost your mind!?"Nya yelled at him and everyone looked at her shocked, but then at Jay again

"I-I had to do it. I had to remember"Jay said rubbing his palms nervously

"What did you see?"Seliel asked interested

"I worked for them. For WICKED"Jay said looking down in shame, then at Nya"You too, Nya"he said and Nya's eyes went wide

"W-What? H-How? Why?"Nya said, tears ready to pour from her eyes"Why should I send my friends here?"Nya asked confused

"It doesn't matter"Jay said and Lloyd sighed and looked at everyone

"He is right"Lloyd said"It doesn't matter. The people who we were before are gone-WICKED made sure of that. What's important is what we are now. So, since you started all this mess, at least finish it"Lloyd said with the most serious expression Jay ever saw and remember

"Did you see something else?"Cole asked after a while of silence

"Yes. This is not a prison.."Jay said looking at everyone"It's a test. And it's time for it to end"Jay said looking up. He noticed the sky was grey and not blue

"And why should someone send a bunch of teens in a maze, surrounded by big snakes!?"Seliel asked angrily and mostly herself. She took a deep breath and calmed down"Sorry"

"It's okay. I think I know how we are going to escape, but I need one last run"Jay said and everyone looked at each other

"Okay, but you will have to do it without Morro seeing you"Lloyd said"He took control on the things. Kai is too depressed to continue to be a leader, but said that if we find a way out, he is in"

"That's good. Now listen, Cole, go to take this thing we found in the dead snake. Lloyd, you take Seliel and Nya to go and distract Morro"Jay said
