How You Will Be Judging

As a judge you will rate everything from one to five because I tried ten and it was incredibly hard.

Title
Does the title capture your attention?
Does it fit with the plot?
Is it generally a good title?

Cover
Does the cover look pleasing to the eye?
Is it to simple?
To complicated?
Do you like the cover?
Does it fit the story and the title?
Does it have all the things a cover needs? (Title, author, etc)

Content
You only have to really read a bit of the book. Please read the start, some of the middle, and some of the end if you are having trouble reading it. You can read as much of the book as you want as long as it's a good amount that you can judge.

Hook
Does the beginning get you into the story already?
Is it interesting?
Do you generally like it?

Middle
Is the writing style good?
Does it have a good flow?
Do you enjoy reading it?

End
Does it end well?
If it's a series does it have a cliff hanger or anything interesting?
Are you satisfied with the ending?

Grammar
Small typos are okay

Do they write in the correct fashion like a professional?

If they write like this:

Mary: "I love your hair"

That's not good grammar.

If they write like this:

"I love your hair!" - Mary

That's not good grammar.

If they write in a way no writer could pass with in the real world that seriously bothers you then it's no good grammar.

They need capitalization, good speaker tags, are they separating their paragraphs or smashing it horribly in one thing?

Accuracy
They can change things for their storylines or use AU's
Is it accurate to the series or movie?
Are their personalities right? If they change did was it because of a logical realistic traumatic event?

So rate them by */5 and then rate the whole thing */25. You can DM me the results and please add in a small blurb. Say what you liked, small details that were the problem. Just give me other reasons why or why not they should go higher on the leaderboard.
