Melanie is a sweet and caring girl. She loves how the wind feels against her face. She lives in an apartment building near the bottom. She likes to go to the roof and stare out into the distance. Her family bought a apartment on the bottom floor for a reason, but Melanie is unaware why.

I was sitting close to the edge of the roof when I heard the door slam open. I thought it was my dad coming to yell at me to come back to the room. When i turned around I instead saw a girl. She had curly bright red hair. Her eyes looked to be a pale grey color. The wind around her move in different directions. I was the first to speak.

"Who are you? And where did you come from?"

"That does not matter Melanie. I just came to tell you something very important."

"What is it?"

"You, are the Wind Element Holder."

"WHAT?!?!"

"Shhh. We do not need to let anyone know i am here."

"Okay."

"Why don't you go ahead and try your power."

"Ok."

I closed my eyes and concentrated really hard. I opened my eyes and I was floating not above the building but beside the building.

"This is awsome!!"

"Ok. Now I need you to go to the cave by the highway that way." She pointed in the direction the least busiest highway.

"Okay. I will"

With that she disappeared into thin air and the wind went back to normal. I levitated to the building and sat back down on the ground. I went to go tell my brother and father that I would be going out for a while. My mother was at work like always. They said ok and with that I left and started my long long walk. While Melanie was walking she toke out her phone and ear buds and played When I'm Gone.
