By the time Evelyn reached the meeting hall, the teachers were already walking out of the room. Caroline was the last one to walk out of the hall and soon noticed Evelyn standing in the hallway. Then she looked over her shoulder and saw the other students coming from behind. She crossed her arms over her chest and wore a fake stern expression as she approached them.

"I see you all are so eager to take classes," Caroline said sarcastically but in a heated tone, looking at the students who stopped few steps behind Evelyn.

Evelyn threw a lazy glance behind her before drifting back to her Aunt. "Are you okay?" She asked.

Caroline frowned slightly at her before realising what she was talking about. She sighed inwardly knowing that the words spread like wildfire in this college.

"I'm alright, Evelyn," Caroline answered with a small smile.

Evelyn regarded her silently and noticed the faint fingerprints over her Aunt's left cheek. She winced inwardly and let out a sigh. "No, you're not. Tell me who did-" She was cut off by a sudden voice echoing through the hallway. 

"What are you loads doing here?" Prof. Mithi asked as he trudged towards the students. On noticing him, all the students got alarmed and quickly walked away from the hallway except for Evelyn who was still glued in her position.

"Go to your class now. I'll talk with you later," Caroline told her softly to which Evelyn nodded at her and silently walked away. 

"You did a good job shutting that woman, as expected from our Director." Prof. Mithi said in an impressive tone and gave her a thumbs-up. "If only Robert could see how much of a gold digger his fiance is," He added under his sigh and shook his heart.

"I agree with you, Mithi. But after Fel's death, Robert's not been in his right mind." Caroline said quietly and they both grimaced in thought. They stood silently for a moment before Caroline spoke up. "How is Nathan doing lately?" She asked.

"As always, he is the top student," Mithi answered proudly. "Robert has always been the top student too." He added amusedly giving her a knowing look.

"Like father, like son," Caroline said under her chuckled. "I hope Evelyn defeat Nathan in the top and make my dream come true which I couldn't do during my college days." She drawled lazily and rolled her eyes over.

"I remember how you and Robert compete with each other to secure the top," Mithi reminisced and laughed heartily.

"But I never once defeat him," Caroline pouted and rolled her eyes over before slapping Prof. Mithi on his arm who couldn't stop laughing, reminiscing back. "Stop laughing and go for your class already," She said making a face at him before walking away with her arms crossed over her chest.

"But those were the good days," Prof. Mithi said under his quiet smile before walking through the hallway.

"Kiko!!" Blake barged inside his room followed by Carson. Kiko lazily regarded them before letting out a deep and defeated sigh. 

"Kiko's soul has been ripped by Evelyn," Pascal told them under his laugh.

"What did she do to you? And why aren't you breaking the news about today's incident on the page?" Blake asked.

"The reason why he is being quite on the page is because of Evelyn," Pascal informed amusedly.

"Did she threaten you or something? I expected that." Carson laughed earning a death glare from Kiko.

"Evelyn took my phone and deleted all the pictures of today's incident," Kiko pouted sadly making them stifled a laugh at him. "I regretted informing you all about this, especially Evelyn." He whined over.

"I guess it was for the best. Do you think Evelyn will just let you go if you make it viral on the page? And also this is not anyone, it's our Director. And our Director is not an easy-going woman." Carson said amusedly but his words held a warning bell around it.

Kiko regarded his words for a moment before helplessly plonking down on his bed, face first. Blake laughed at him before sitting on the bed beside him while Carson plonked down on Pascal's bed. 

"Evelyn transferred the pictures to her phone before deleting from mine," Kiko said quietly before straightening up into a sitting position. "I wonder what she is going to do with it," He added in thought making his friends ponders in thought as well.

Aaleyah walked out of the bathroom after a cool shower and saw Evelyn staring down on her phone screen with a devil smirk playing on her lips. 

"Something fishy going on inside your head!" Aaleyah pondered amusedly. Evelyn looked away from her phone and simply smiled at Aaleyah who frowned in return.

"I'm heading out for a walk. Wanna tag along?" Evelyn chirped and offered her. 

"Thank you for asking but I'll pass. I'll rest for a while before going back to studies," Aaleyah rejected her politely. 

Evelyn nodded at her before making her way towards the door.

Evelyn smirked devilishly as she kept a watchful eye at the woman who dared to wrongly accuse her Aunt in the morning. The woman was checking out things on the other side of the mall along with a man who seemed a bit younger than her, tightly clinging into that man. 

"That guy doesn't seem to be the one Caroline was talking about," Evelyn pondered as she stared at the man beside the woman. "No way," She said under her scoffed, "-don't tell me she's having an affair,"

"Talking to yourself," 

Evelyn rolled her eyes over before turning back to see Genesis.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Evelyn asked lazily. 

"To see you, bitch," Genesis answered sarcastically before rolling her eyes over. "Of course I'm here to do some shopping, stupid." She said bitterly and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Fine, enjoy shopping," Evelyn said under her tilted her and turned away from her.

"What are you doing here?" Genesis asked in a casual tone.

"You wanna know what I'm doing here," Evelyn said and straightened up in her position, her eyes fixed at the woman who was now making her way around towards their way. Genesis jerked an eyebrow at her indicating her to keep talking.

"You'll know now," Evelyn said cockily before walking ahead. Genesis frowned over and stared at her back.

Evelyn trudged towards that woman and without wasting a second, she landed a hard slap over that woman's left cheek. The man beside her went wide eyes opened and stared at Evelyn in disbelief. The woman snapped and dangerously glared at Evelyn. 

Genesis's hands flew up to cover her mouth and stared widely in complete shocked.

"Ooops, sorry, I thought you were that woman who slept with my husband last night," Evelyn said under her fake painted sad face. "Maybe I mistook you coz you just look that type of women who sleep around for pleasure," She added with a sly smile.

"The hell you're talking about, bitch," Genesis muttered in disbelief under her breath.

You don't know her. Just ignore her and walk away, just ignore her and walk away. 

Genesis cursed under her breath as she quickly went and held Evelyn by her hand and dragged her away from the place. Once they were a good distance away from that woman, Genesis let go of her hand and glared at her.

"What was that all about?" She said under her bad-tempered tone.

"Do I really have to answer you?" Evelyn said and jerked an eyebrow at her. Genesis let out a sigh and stared at her for a moment before letting an amused smile formed on her lips. Evelyn raised both her eyebrows carefully and looked at her in confusion.

"I wonder who that husband of yours you're talking about," Genesis snorted and laughed softly.

"Keep wondering," Evelyn rolled her eyes over and let out an amused chuckle.

"What are you going to do now?" Genesis asked.

"Nothing," Evelyn answered in a shrug.

"If you are doing nothing, I could use a company," Genesis said in an awkward tone, not meeting eyes at her. Evelyn jerked an eyebrow at her before rolling her eyes over when she gave her a cheeky smile.

"Where are your minions?" Evelyn asked in a taunting tone.

"They ditched me saying that they got some important works. And they're not my minions, they are my friends." Genesis stated in a serious tone. 

"I see you are not that bad," Evelyn muttered under her breath.

"And I seriously hate shopping alone. I don't really hate you so I'll be okay shopping with you." Genesis continued talking.

"You could've asked your boyfriend to join you," Evelyn said lazily.

"I can't coz I'm shopping for him. His birthday is in this weekend," Genesis said cheerfully.

"What!" Evelyn made a weird face and attempted to walk away from her but Genesis held on her, tugging her arm tightly into her, not letting her go.

"Since I saved you, you owe me," Genesis said in a cocky tone.

"Excuse me! Nobody asked you to save me. And moreover, when was I ever in danger?" Evelyn protested and glared at her.

"Oh, just shut up and come with me." Genesis stubbornly dragged her along with her.

After an hour of strolling from store to store, Genesis was finally done with her shopping, and with much help from Evelyn for suggesting her things to buy. 

"I didn't know that you were so good at shopping. Thank y-"

"Can you not thank me? It kind of feels creepy coming that out from your mouth," Evelyn interrupted Genesis and deadpanned in a lazy tone. Genesis gave her a bitter look and glared at her. Evelyn simply ignored her glare and walked ahead.

Genesis moodily followed Evelyn out of the mall and accelerates her walk to match with Evelyn's footsteps. Evelyn lazily glanced at her as they continued to walk through the sidewalk. 

"Hey, Evelyn," Genesis said carefully.

Evelyn snapped towards her only to find her staring intently to her distance right. She followed her gazed and saw some boys gathered in one place. 

"Don't tell me that your boyfriend is among them!" Evelyn said and rolled her eyes over. Genesis threw a glare at her before gazing back to the boys.

"Look into further, I see Victoria," Genesis said in a 'Duh' tone and rolled her eyes over. "And I sense that the boys are troubling her," She said in a serious tone.

Evelyn couldn't help but snort out loud at her words. "Those boys! And troubling her? She's gonna kick their asses now," Evelyn said under her mocking laugh. Genesis turned to look at her and stared her for a moment longer.

"Were you and Victoria friends before?" She asked in a curious tone. 

"Not really," Evelyn answered in a shrugged and grinned widely as she watched Victoria fighting those boys. It was an entertaining sight for her to watch while Genesis subconsciously thought for a way to help Victoria.

"We should help her," Genesis stated in an alarmed tone.

"Nah, she'll be fine," Evelyn said in a shrugged but when she caught some more guys coming to join the fight, she became aware of the situation. "Maybe we should help her," She said under her sigh before strolling towards the scene. 

Evelyn caught Victoria by her shoulder and saved her from kissing the floor. 

"What the hell are you doing here?" Victoria scowled under her frowned.

"I see you are struggling to kick some asses. Do you need help?" Evelyn said under her smirked.

"I don't need your help," Victoria rejected her and pushed herself away from Evelyn and continued fighting on her own.

"You know it won't harm you if you just ask for help, I'm ready to help you," Evelyn said out loud in an amused tone.

"Just shut up and help her already," Genesis said under her gritted teeth and gave her a pointed look. 

"Didn't you hear? She doesn't need my help." Evelyn shrugged off while Genesis rolled her eyes over at her. 

"YOU!!" A man growled pointing his finger at Evelyn. "You are that bitch from the pub,"

"Ah-shit!! Them again,"
