"Come in,"
Mr Hamitch turned to his left towards the door and gestured his hand at someone to get inside. All the students turned their head towards the door and waited patiently.
A girl appeared from the door and entered inside with the most innocent looked planted on her beautiful face. The girl was tall, fair and beautiful Asian citizen. She has dark wavy hair and her eyes were bright shades of brown. The Elites threw amused glances at each other before shaking their head in amused sympathy.
"Professor, is there any new student coming next week?" Blake jested making everyone stifled a laugh. "Our class seemed to be having all the new students every week. No offence, Evelyn, Victoria," He added cockily throwing a glanced at both of them.
"None taken," Victoria replied smugly.
"The new girl seemed to be Asian," Genesis said in a mocking tone.
"Alright, now, let the new girl introduced herself." Mr Hamitch said and gestured the new student make an introduction.
"Good morning, everyone, my name is Eleanor Lee, a Korean nationality." Eleanor introduced boldly. "Hope we all get along and become great friends in days to come," She said with a smile which seemed to be fake but at the same time genuine.
"A scholarship student?" Genesis asked to which Eleanor nodded at her animatedly.
"May God be with you, Eleanor," Pascal said giving her a sympathetic smile. Eleanor raised both her brows at him before giving him a tight lip smile.
"She is actually the most irritating devil here," Adrian whispered softly glancing at his friends making them laugh silently under their throat.
"Do you guys know her?" Evelyn asked in a whisper.
"We do, unfortunately," Adrian answered amusedly and winked at her. Evelyn simply rolled her eyes over and regretted asking him.
"Eleanor, you can go and take your seat." Mr Hamitch told before he started to go on with his class.
Once Mr Hamitch was done with his class and left the classroom. Eleanor stood up from her place and made her way towards the door but suddenly she tripped her leg over something and fell forward on the floor. Genesis and her minions laughed at her while the boys ignored like the girls don't even exist in their class and the Elites watched her with narrowed eyes.
Eleanor stood up to her feet and swatted her uniforms dusting away the imaginary dirt. She then turned around and glared at Genesis.
"Why did you trip me?" Eleanor accused her directly.
"Excuse me, Charity girl, know your place." Genesis snickered.
"What! Just because I got here on a scholarship basis doesn't mean that rich people have the right to look down on people like us," Eleanor seethed. "Arrogant, Bitches," She spat out before turning and walking away but then she stopped midway and turned back again, "And FYI, not only poor students come here under scholarship," She said smugly and left the classroom.
"Stop taking advantage of the Dominancy, or you might end up in the bottom line, Genesis," Carson remarked lazily before walking out from the class.
"Whatever!" Genesis rolled her eyes over.
Suddenly a beeping sound echoed out from the intercom making everyone in the room winced at it.
"Goodmorning, Students, here is an announcement for you all. This coming Saturday, our college is going to celebrate its Silver Jubilee, altogether with Chairman's birthday celebration. All of you are invited. Thank you."
Victoria stood up from her place and turned back to look at Evelyn. She gave her a smug smile and crossed her arms over her chest.
"There's one more celebration to be made but I guess it's a surprise to the audience," Victoria said with a mocking smile. Evelyn ignored her and stood up from her place. She then hung her backpack over her shoulder and strolled forward only to be stopped by Victoria who came in front of her.
"I see you have already given up the fight." Victoria taunted. Evelyn threw her a bitter look before shoving her away from the way.
Evelyn frowned in thought as she made her way to the locker. These past few days, she has been digging out information about Davies family and has been plotting against to break off the engagement but she was having a hard time deciding whether to make it public or not of what she just discovered about the Davies family. If she did, the engagement is off for good but the Davies family will be ruined. Though she may be a heartless bitch, she cannot ruin a family line for life, and moreover, Victoria's mother has always been so good to her.
For Mrs Davies sake, she decided to confront it to Victoria about it and tell her to break off the engagement herself.
"Excuse me,"
Evelyn blinked out from her thought and saw Eleanor standing in front of her.
"You dropped this," Eleanor said extending her hand towards her that was holding a white handkerchief.
"Thank you," Evelyn said before taking it from her.
"No problem," Eleanor said with a smile before strolling towards her locker.
Evelyn threw a glance at her before reaching for her locker. She took out her cellphone from her backpack and stuffed her backpack inside the locker since she doesn't have any class now. The second class starts in an hour. She then glanced to her right and saw Eleanor busy running her hands into her locker.
"By the way-" Eleanor said before turning towards her, "May I know your name?" She asked dulcetly and offered her a smile.
"Evelyn," Evelyn answered offering her a small smile before turning away from her.
"So Evelyn, since we have an hour for our next class, would- ADRIAN!" Eleanor said before her voice changed to a shout when she noticed Adrian and the boys by their lockers. She pouted and crossed her arm over her chest as she made her way towards them.
Adrian grimaced at her voice, knowing that he couldn't escape her and cursed under his breath before wearing a fake smile and looking to her way. The others laughed at him as they pretended to be super busy arranging their lockers.
"Adrian, where's Mark? I didn't see him in the class." Eleanor asked under her pouting.
"It's because he's avoiding you," Adrian muttered under his breath.
"What!" Eleanor exclaimed in a raised voice and glared at him.
"I mean, he is not feeling well. So he decided to not attend the classes today." Adrian lied.
"What, my husband is sick. I have to go look at him. Where is he now?" Eleanor dramatically said in a worried tone. Evelyn creased her brows in amusement as she took into Eleanor's word.
"He'll get even worse if he sees you," Terrence jested and threw her an amused smile but he only earned a glare from her.
"I hate all of you," She pouted but she didn't really mean it. She can't hate them because they grew up together in the same neighbourhood but not the one to consider them as close friends- they just grew up in the same neighbourhood. And also they are her fiance's close friends.
"You are not likeable either," Stephen said cheekily.
"Cupcake, make sure you don't get close with this little devil here," Adrian told her amusedly. Evelyn rolled her eyes over and was about to retort back but then Adrian continued, "Come to think of it, you are no less." He teased making the others stifled a laugh.
"You guys are always making fun of others," Eleanor said and rolled her eyes over.
"We only make fun of our close friends," Russell said with a genuine smile.
"Alright, whatever," Eleanor rolled her eyes amusedly, "Now tell me where is Mark?"
"He's out to see his Grandma," Adrian said sincerely before walking past her and going towards Evelyn.
"Oh, yes, today is Grandma's fifth death anniversary, how could I forget it?" Eleanor chided herself. "I'm going to see her too," She said before turning and running away from the locker hall.
Adrian threw a glance at Eleanor's back before drifting his eyes back to Evelyn. He smiled widely at her and leaned beside her locker.
"Since we got fifty minutes break, let's go on a date, Cupcake," Adrian said cheekily. Evelyn rolled her eyes over before letting out an annoying sigh.
"Go and date yourself, I got some work to do," Evelyn said giving him a visible fake smile before turning away from him and walking away from the locker hall.
"She never takes me seriously," Adrian sighed softly staring at her back.

Victoria made her way to the roof and frowned over at the sight of Evelyn's back. With her arms crossed over her chest, she strolled towards her and stood beside her.
"Why did you call me here?" Victoria asked bitterly.
"I don't know either," Evelyn sighed looking up at the gloomy sky. "I could have just destroyed your whole family hierarchy but damn, am I getting soft?" She said in a taunting voice.
"What do you mean? Get to the point, Evelyn." Victoria grunted annoyingly.
"Here," Evelyn snapped lazily and passed a file to her. "These are the great works your father does," She added sarcastically before Victoria could ask any question. Victoria frowned over and took the file from her hand. Opening and looking through the file, she saw her father's photos sealing the deals with certain people and there were also some illegal contracts signed by her father.
"I see you didn't know of your father great works," Evelyn said smugly.
"How did you get all these?" Victoria demanded.
"You thought you could take advantage of the engagement to get me but girl, you don't know that I'm always two steps ahead of you," Evelyn said in a serious tone.
"What do you want?" Victoria hissed.
"Isn't it obvious? Break off the engagement before the official announcement and if you don't, it will be my pleasure to do it publically." Evelyn deadpanned before strolling away from her but then she stopped on her track and looked over her shoulder. "Let me tell you one thing, Victoria, our rivalry is between us so don't ever bring our family into it again." She said in a warning tone before continued to walk away.
Victoria turned around and glared at her back until her back disappeared from her sight. She sighed in annoyance before drifting her eyes to her front.
"You think I have a say in my family when it comes to business matters," Victoria muttered under her gritted teeth. Then she lifted the file and stared at it. "But I guess you did me a favour, Evelyn. Now I can safe myself from this stupid partnership engagement." She said in a smirked.

Evelyn glanced at her wristwatch and learned that she got seven minutes before her Special Class starts. Since she didn't have anything to do, she decided to stay at the Special Class and wait for the others.
As she clicked opened the door to the Special Class, her eyes caught on Nathan. He was seated and leaned against the window with his eyes closed. A small smile escaped her lips as she silently strolled towards him. She stood a step away from him and simply stared at him.
You will take responsibility for what you are doing to me, Nathan. She thought amusedly before turning away from him and sitting on her seat.
Nathan opened his eyes at the sound of the shuffling noise. He turned to his side and saw Evelyn seated on her place.
"Grumpy," He said amusedly, staring at her back. Evelyn turned to see him and fake glared at him before giving him a smile. "Don't smile at me like that, I might actually fall for you," He jested casually under his chuckle. Her heart skipped for a moment.
"That was my motive," She jested before looking away from him. Nathan regarded her word and stared at her back for a moment before straightening up from his position and making his way to his seat.
"Ah- I was thinking about the announcement in the morning, are you by any chance the daughter of the Chairman?"
