Evelyn's eyes went wide in shock for a moment and glared at Mark. Mark simply raised his brows and shrugged off with a mischievous smirk playing on his lips. She let out a huff before drifting her eyes towards Nathan who was already staring at her with a smug face.

"What do you say, Evelyn? Shall we?" Nathan mocked and jerked an eyebrow at her. Evelyn let out a scoff as she straightened up from her seat and crossed her arms over her chest.

"You dare touch me and I'll destroy you," She said calmly but in a threatening tone. Nathan let out a chuckle as he looked at her with intriguing eyes. Then he stood up from his seat and reached for Evelyn.

Chills ran down her veins and her heartbeat became irrational as she watched Nathan making his way towards her, but she didn't let it show and stayed unwavering in her position. This was her first time that a guy has ever shaken her heart. She has seen many guys trying to flirt and make a move over her, who obviously ends up badly beaten up by her but Nathan was different. He was making her feel uneasy. She glared up at him as he curved down and came face to face.

"Maybe I want to be destroyed by you," Nathan whispered huskily under his smirk. Her heartbeat skipped for a moment before she quickly shook off and processed her mind.

"Then take this," Evelyn muttered bitterly and kicked on his leg with her right leg. The girls gasped out loud in shocked while the boys gaped with an amused expression.

Nathan groaned softly as he reached his hand for his leg and rubbed over it. He let out a heave and glared at Evelyn before straightening up from his position.

"You're not a girl," He muttered under his breath and shook his head before going back to his seat. "Pass. Truth," He told bitterly as he leaned against the couch.

Evelyn gave him a victorious smirked while the other stifled a laugh at Nathan.

"The question remains the same as Mark," Cornelia said amusedly in a winked.

"Cornelia seemed very desperate to know about our sexual life. I hope you're not plotting anything against us." Terrence jested.

"Please," Cornelia chuckled and rolled her eyes over. "So Leader, tell us the truth," she said looking at Nathan.

"Two years back," Nathan answered promptly before taking hold of the empty bottle from the table. The girls looked at him with dreamy eyes as if his words have enchanted them. Evelyn scowled at her girls before shaking her head in disapproval.

"Alright, stop eye-fucking our Leader, girls, and let's continue with the game," Adrian snickered looking at them. Cornelia and Aaleyah giggled softly while Emilia became a ripe tomato beside Cornelia. Russell chuckled at her and shook his head in complete amusement.

Nathan chuckled softly glancing at the girls and shook his head before rolling the bottle over the table. Evelyn rolled her eyes over when the bottle pointed at her.

"Dare,"

"I dare you to kiss Nathan," Mark smirked.

"Fair enough, Mark," Nathan commented and winked at him.

Evelyn let out an annoyance sigh and threw a glare at him before shifting her glare at Mark.

"What! You wanna kiss me then," Mark teased spreading his arms open like welcoming her to come at him and kiss him already. Evelyn rolled her eyes over and threw him a bitter look.

"Of all the dares, why do you prefer only kissing?" She asked under her gritted teeth.

"Because it's fun, or you can dare to strip off," Mark jested under his laughed.

"Nice one, Mark," Adrian jabbed his chest and joined him in laughing. The boys stifled a laugh while the girls went tensed in their position. Within these past few days of being together, they know better than to piss her off.

"Pass, truth," Evelyn said moodily.

"The last time you had sex," Adrian asked and smirked devilishly at her.

"None," Evelyn answered in a shrugged making the boys snapped at her in shock.

"C'mon, Cupcake, don't lie. With such great beauty and body, boys will throw themselves at you with just one move from you," Adrian admitted with a smug face. Evelyn glared at him. "I'll do the same, Cupcake," He added with a cheeky smile.

Evelyn huffed before standing up from her position. "I'm preserving my virginity for a religious purpose," She said sarcastically with a fake smile but then in a second, her expression changed to a deadpanned expression. "I've had enough of this game. I'm out," She scowled and immediately walked away from the place.

"She gives me chills -reminds me of my mother," Stephen said dreadfully and dramatically shook in his position.

"She may be worse than your mother, Steph," Adrian jested making the boys laugh at his words.

"I think we should go too," Emilia said looking worriedly at Cornelia and Aaleyah before standing up from the couch. She glances at the boys before landing her eyes at Russell, she gave him a small smile and then drifted her eyes at Nathan, who simply smiled at her. She smiled widely at him before walking away from the place. Cornelia and Aaleyah bed goodbyes to the boys before quickly following behind Emilia.

"Emilia got a thing for you, Leader," Terrence said thoughtfully with an amused smile.

"There's not a single girl in our college who don't have a thing for our Leader," Adrian said amusedly in a matter of fact tone.

"There is one," Jeffrey pinged amusedly before looking at Nathan, "Evelyn," He said.

"She's not a girl, Jeff," Nathan said under his chuckle.

Cornelia, Aaleyah and Emilia walked out of the club and immediately welcomed by showers of rain. They quickly stepped back and took shelter by the entrance of the club. Then they looked around for Evelyn but she was nowhere to be seen. Emilia took out her phone and immediately dialled on Evelyn's no.

"The number your calling is currently switched off,,,,,"

"Her phone is off," Emilia said worriedly before pressing on the red button.

"She seemed very pissed off with their words," Aaleyah sighed and creased her brows in concern. "We shouldn't have joined the boys from the first place. Evelyn doesn't have very good terms with them, and yet I insist on her to stay." She added quietly, feeling guilty.

"Evelyn doesn't have any good terms with any boys in college except for Brian," Cornelia stated in a matter of fact tone. "She has a unique personality," She said under her chuckled.

"Yes, she is but can we go and look for her coz I'm worried about her," Emilia said in a hush but quiet tone.

"Try calling Brian and ask him whether Evelyn got back in the hostel or not," Cornelia said to Emilia. Emilia nodded at her and dialled on Brian's number.

"Lol—I don't think Evelyn is a supersonic to reach the hostel in a second. It's thirty minutes walk, and she just left some minutes ago." Aaleyah drawled crossing her arms over her chest. Cornelia let out a dejected sigh and rested her hands on her hips.

"I talked to Brian. He told me not to worry." Emilia said as she stared her phone in disbelief. Brian is her best friend and yet he is so cool about the situation after she told him everything that happened. She shook her head before keeping her phone inside her purse.

"Alright, let's go back and wait for her return," Cornelia said and they nodded at her. They quickly make their way to the car through the rain and got inside quickly.

Evelyn took shelter in one of the coffee stores and stayed there. This coffee store has become a haven for her for the past week. She always comes here after college and spent her time browsing on her laptop.

"Are you okay, Evelyn? You don't look good." Dora, the owner asked as she came and took a seat opposite to her.

"I'm fine," Evelyn answered under her sighing.

"Did something happen in the club?" Dora asked with an uncanny smile.

"How do you know I—"

"You reeks of alcohol, honey," Dora interrupted softly and scrunched her nose. "Vodka it is!" she mentioned in a wink to which Evelyn chuckle at her.

"Are you near the closing?" Evelyn asked.

"Twenty minutes left," Dora answered glancing at her watch. Evelyn looked outside through the window pane and noticed that the rain has descended.

"Want a cup of coffee?" Dora offered.

"No, thank you. I should be going now," Evelyn said and stood up from her place, Dora mirrored her.

"Wait, let me walk you. It's very late now. It's not safe for a young and beautiful girl like you to walk alone. This neighbourhood is full of hoodlums." Dora said and on the process, she grabbed her jacket from the counter.

"Don't worry, Dora. I'll be fine." Evelyn said in a smile. "You have to look after your store, it's nearly the closing time." She reminded her.

"That's alright, my husband will do it." Dora smiled. Evelyn smiled and shook her head.

"And I'm not letting you go back alone in this dangerous neighbourhood. I don't wanna risk a beautiful lady for me. And trust me, I'll be fine." Evelyn said in a jested tone. "Goodnight, I'll see you tomorrow," She said briskly and scurried away from the store.

"Evelyn!! Text me when you reach," Dora shouted at her back, but she was out of sight in a blinked of an eye.

After some minutes of walk, Evelyn finally reached the college entrance gate. The security on guard gave her a warm smile as she walked by him. She walked into the sidewalk of the campus and turned her way towards the basketball court. She smiled looking at the empty court and sprinted towards it. She took off her jacket and rested it on the side bench.

It was now the perfect time to let out her frustration from earlier. Chill environment and no life were around to disturb her. She picked the ball from the floor and started to dribble towards the goalie. She stopped at the free-throw line and position herself to throw the ball.

"Adrian is a jerk," She grumbled and shot the ball in the air which ended up making a perfect silent shot into the hoop. She retrieved the ball and stood in the former position again. Dribbling the ball in her position, she eyed the hoop and took her stance.

"Mark is a jackass," She shot and the ball gracefully circled the orange rim before making its way into the hoop. The ball came rolling towards her direction and save her from the trouble of retrieving it back. With a smirked playing on her lips, she took the ball and dribbled it.

"Nathan is an asshole," She said and raised her hands for a shot but stop midway when she heard a ball being dribbled behind her.

"Evelyn is a grumpy girl," Nathan amused and threw the ball making it a perfect three-pointer. "Damn right!" He smirked victoriously.

"Nathan is a fuckboy," Evelyn gritted out and did a shot. She smirked smugly and turned back to look at him. "What the hell are you doing here?" She asked bitterly.

"I can be anywhere I want," Nathan shrugged in an answer and went to retrieve the ball. Then he went and stood in front of Evelyn and regarded her for a second. "You think I'm a fuckboy!" He jerked an eyebrow at her.

"You think I'm grumpy!" She retorted.

"Am I wrong?" Nathan snapped.

"Yes," She snapped back. "I'm not grumpy, you all tend to make me into one." She said and crossed her arms over her chest.

"You just take things too seriously. Or are you not comfortable with sex talks." He said in a mischief tone and smirked at her.

"Not really," She said in a lower tone and shrugged off.

"Wanna play a match?"
