Don't Bother~

~~~Gold's POV~~~
Groaning I forced my body to move. Sitting up I looked around to see several props and broken down machines. Confused I looked once more to see a light in the distance. Getting up I started walking towards the light to only come to a table with a thing playing around with tools fixing something. "H-hello," I asked as the thing turned around, it was strange looking. White hair with two tails, one perfectly intact baby blue eye as the left side of it's face was broken as a red dot could be seen. It worn down tan cape with what seemed a modified outfit similar to mine, a little party hat sat upon it's head as it's lips twitched into a small grin. "So you've come'd little one?" The voice was scratchy but definitely male.
"Was it you who talked in my mind?" I watched as he covered his mouth and giggled. He stood up and he seemed to tower over me by a few inches, "indeed it was I. Oh how rude of me, oh dear me, forgive my manners it's been a long time since I had anyone listen to my voice. My name is Ennard, at your service." He made a curt bow before giggling again, he seemed more like a child than I thought upon first sight of him. "'Ennard'?" I questioned the name as I watch his every move. He stopped giggling and stared dead eyed with me, "oh yes I know everything about you Lance Afton, formally known as Lance Glover, oh you were such a young kid when your mother abandoned you here. I was one of William's greatest creations but when the big man didn't want me to be introduce with the rest I was sent down here to rot. But I saw everything and you my dear boy, your mother never loved you nor did you biological father. You were adopted by William due to the fact he absolutely adored little things."
Wide eyed I opened my mouth but he pressed a finger to my lips, silencing me. He smiled again, "such a poor and fragile thing you were, your father didn't find you first I did. Your mother threw you down those same stairs that you fell down, are you hurt?" I shook my head no as he sighed and started blabbering again, "she thought no one was down here, but I was and when I found you, such a tiny thing. Crying away but I picked you up and held you for the very first time. You automatically stopped crying. It was a miracle when you stopped crying. You were cooing and playing with this little button here-" he pointed to the red button that was holding his cape together before smiling.
"What your not making any sense, Ennard?" he giggled again as he wrapped an arm around my shoulders. "My dear Lance, I was the one that changed you destiny. You were suppose to die as a little baby but I gave you to William to care and look after you. I wanted to keep you but I didn't know one thing about how to take care of a child. William had depression for the longest time I knew it, but I denied it. Now here you are, dead, but you look like yourself before you died. Maybe this is what you've looked like when you grew up. Oh, follow me, I got something to show you," he said as his face sadden'd before getting cheery and gestured me to follow him. He walked into the darkness as I just followed him. He lead me to a different part as he turned on a different light.
There sitting on a table was a file with twin knives sitting there. "What is this, Ennard?" I asked to see him dragging made-shift chairs over to the table. "My such curiosity you have Lance, well this is information I got from the old files. I'm gonna send you to the past to gather a few missing pieces of this case. These are from when you were killed, the puppet blocked these memories from you so since I'm sorta like a puppet I can unblock them," he chuckled before gestured me to sit. I took the offer and sat down on the made-shift chair to see him do the same. "I've watched this place for a long time but even I have missing pieces of my memory. I can't go because of the fabric but you don't change a thing due to yourself being Fredbear's possession. I'll be sending you back to when the Dinner first opened with Fredbear and Springbon. Take this file and write what's missing in the files. As you finish each year I will get my memory back and things will start to change here," he looked off in the darkness before looking back at me.
"So basically I'm the one you need to help find missing pieces of the puzzle, Ennard?" he giggled again as he stood up. "Such a smart boy you are Lance. Yes but we'll be connected and if you get hurt it'll show up on me so please be careful when I send you back in time. And you are this is just like a puzzle, look," he moved the source of light to pointing at the wall to see a jigsaw puzzle halfway done. Pieces were missing and several were broken, "these stand for each memory you restore or fix. I will be able to contact you telepathy but only in certain areas. This world needs these memories and without them the Fazbear Company will be no more. The puppet has done things I can't see but I've seen through your eyes to know she lies and will stop at nothing to get what she wants." Clicking his tongue he sat back down and leaned back as if waiting for me to say something
Biting my lip I looked up at Ennard to see him smile, "so how do I get back to the past, Ennard?" He closed his one eye as he stood up and stretched, "thats when I work my puppet like magic and send you back. Here put this on and make sure you never take this off," he handed me a necklace as he placed it over my head, "this will connect us in case anything happens. Make sure you stay out of sight of the puppet and get the missing pieces. You'll see them in the files when they glow if the missing information comes up. So since time is of the essence we need to start now." He stood up and went over to a box and pulled out a cape similar to his, grabbing it I put it on and he fastened it with a button as he giggled.
"Now before I send you back, you have to know that no one will know you so be careful on what you say to others alright," he explained as I nodded my head. He covered his broken eye and mumbled something under his breathe as five eyes appeared over his head and opened wide. Something glowing shined up to my face as I looked down. Was he a summoner, or something, with a burst a sudden rush of energy filled my body. Gasping, I closed my eyes and within a mila-second I fell on my butt, once again. Opening my eyes I saw I was no longer in the basement with Ennard. It was all very old school as I stood up and walked over to the door.
Before my hand could touch the door handle, a sharp pain hit my head, as I heard a voice. "Can you hear my voice Lance, if you can, that's great I've did everything on my side, now it's your turn. I gave you some puppet powers for you are able to be undetected by any of the past encounters just remember use these wisely due to the fact the puppet may suspect something even in the past, I wish you luck Lance. I'll be waiting for your return. Oh and one more thing once you completed all this missing memories you'll be teleported right back to me so your not stuck in the past forever alright, bye~" that voice, Ennard, so the spell did work and now I'm in the past. So I'm sorta like a puppet now but only for this mission. Clicking my tongue I opened the door to see the lights dimmed and everything was different. I looked to the stage to see a banner reading, 'Welcome to Fredbear and Friends Dinner'. So I am in the past now I need to find each and every missing jigsaw puzzle pieces.
Walking around I saw what looked like a newer version on me and a golden version of Bonnie but gender bent. The clock chimmed as I looked over to the clock and saw it was midnight. Biting my lip I watched as they woke up as 'Fredbear' stretched and looked over at Springbon. "Hey we can move, Spring~," he said as he took a step forward. She opened her eyes as I hid behind a table and watched them. "Awe why wake me up so early Fred~," she whined as Fredbear chuckled. "But you wouldn't want to sleep the night away Spring, now let's see if the others are in working condition so that way we can talk," he said as he walked towards me. Damn. I got to move so he doesn't see me. Hiding underneath the table I watch as both of their legs walked past the table. Hearing the foot steps fade I got up and thought of floating, it actually worked as I came close up behind them as they entered a different room. \
"Wakey, wakey guys it's midnight time to play!~" Fredbear yelled as a groan came from the corner. I watch as four shadows emerged from the shadows. Wait those are the Fazbear gang. What are they doing here? Wait. Those outfits are the old designs. They were just servers and not the main attraction. "Why do you always have to be so loud, Fredbear?" 'Freddy' asked as he came out of the darkness and yawned. "Well I'm just a cheery person, Freddy~. Now since everybody's up I think we have a visitor that needs to be welcomed," he looked to where I was hiding. Did I get found out. This isn't good. "You can come out, don't worry we won't hurt you," he said as he gestured me to come out I have to hide what I'm wearing. Pulling my cape closed, I walked out of my hiding place and looked over the ground. "There now, may I ask who are you?" Fredbear asked. Damn. I have to play mute I guess.
I pretended to say something and then covered my mouth as if I didn't know I had a voice. Fredbear's face sadden as he walked up to me and looked me in the eyes. "Are you mute, friend?" he asked as I just nodded my head acting the best I could. He made a small sad smile before hugging me and then dragging me over to the others. Good they won't know who I am and they can't link me to anything. First plan I ever had and it went well. Time to being the story anew, I guess.
