There they were, standing  just a few feet from the entrance doors of the royal palace. The wind became dense enough to cut through anything as if it were a blade of steel. The only thing that was blocking their way was one who they thought was a new ally but was actually a member of Night's crew. Mao Mao and Adorabat looked at him with such anger and betrayal, it was expected from learning the shocking truth about him. Though Badgerclops lower his robo arm and look like he was ready to give up. He didn't want to fight Cyber. Instead he walk towards him slowly.

"Cyber wait! We don't have to-" Cyber tail coiled around his arm and slammed him hard into the ground.

"Badgerclops!!" Adorabat and Mao Mao rushed to his aid, they were ready to tear Cyber apart just got that action alone.

" No! Guys you go on ahead! I can deal with Cyber, go and stop Night! " Badgerclops slowly picked himself up, he knew that Cyber was just stalling them.

"You sure?" Mao Mao was hesitant , he knew that Badgerclops could handle just about anything with his robo arm and the experience that he obtained in all their adventures. Though Cyber was like his equal match, he could be outmatched.

Badgerclops have him a quick smile and nodded. Just that look alone made Mao Mao have faith in him. Mao Mao and Adorabat quickly passed Cyber and making their way through the palace.

"You two aren't going nowhere!" Cyber growled and tried to use his tail to grab them.

" Oh no you don't! Here why don't I give you a hand? " Badgerclops partly joked, as he used his extendo arm and yanked Cyber's tail back before it managed to get a hold of Mao Mao cape.

Cyber looked at Badgerclops with rage. The feeling that he began to bond to and fuel him like no other energy source had before. He growled at him and he turned his tail into a laser cannon. Unlike Badgerclops, he could alter the blaster to do more then destroy. If he could paralyze him with low magnetic blast, then he could quickly get the others before they could ever reach Night.

Just as he was readying the shot, he finally noticed the sorrow painted on the badger's face. He didn't want to fight like he said, he had a reason to keep him here. He slowly lower his blaster, but he didn't put it away.  He kept it out just in case that Badgerclops was just trying to lower his guard.

"Techno please stop this. I don't want to fight you. Look, Night is your cousin and you want to keep her safe, I understand. Though what she is doing is wrong, she has to be stopped before something happens that will plague you with guilt for the rest of your life. Look...I did feel betrayed, you tried to break my friendship with Mao Mao. He was the one who accepted me the way I am, he is my best friend. That is why I won't let Night hurt him, no matter what reason she has. I want to help you,Cyber. Let's talk this out. There is no reason for us to fight now. We are still friends,right? I did forgive you after all" He offers his robo arm as a sign of peace and gives him a small but warm smile.

Cyber eyes widen at his words. It was true that they had no reason to fight and they could stop. He was forgiven for his unforgivable crime like he just spilled milk and only had to clean it as a punishment. Badgerclops truly was a friend that was may more than he could ever ask for. Right then and there he could just take his offer and stop. Sadly, Badgerclops shouldn't have mentioned Night's name.

Cyber blasted Badgerclops, forcing him to remain still to were he stood. He was now magnetized to the ground because of his robo arm, he had made a small magnetic field to keep him in place.

"I'm sorry Badgerclops. It is like you said, I don't want to fight you guys. You all accepted me for who I am and unlike most you guys didn't judge me for my cybernetics. Though I can't stop Night. She has every right to have her revenge on Mao Mao. His clan killed her parents and her little brother. She wants revenge on the clan, starting with him. I can't stop her, but I can keep you save" Cyber walks closer to him and lifts his chin up to his eye level.

In that moment Cyber lips touched Badgerclops lips and the two shares a kiss of pure bliss despite the situation. In that moment it was clear to both of them that they shared mutual feelings for each other. They loved each other.
