Shreshta was standing at the entrance waiting for the arrival of an escort. Just then I saw a familiar figure entering the hall, I couldn't see his face as Shreshta had blocked my way.

Saahil asked "kise dundh rahi hai tumhari nazar?"

I looked at him and denied "kisiko nahi.."

"Waise Shreshta ne kaha tha ek surprise performance hone waala hai" Saahil said

I wondered if that surprise performance will be done by the escort whom Shreshta had called. After a while, I saw the light getting deemed and the music volume increasing.

I saw Shrestha on the stage and behind her, there was a man standing. As the light shined on him my eyes became wide to see Aarav.

He danced with Shreshta, he called everyone and the environment changed. Everyone began to enjoy it, Shreshta held his hand and brought him closer to me.

"And that's my cousin Hemadri jiski shaadi hai aur ye hai unke fiancee Saahil" she introduced him to me.

He eyed me shockingly, he wasn't expecting me to be here neither I expected him to be here. A smile appeared on my face as finally I got a chance to take revenge on him for breaking my heart and cheating on me with Myra.

I wrapped my hand around Saahil and said "hey.. Thank you hamari engagement mein chaar chand lagane ke liye."

He smiled at me "Shrestha Can I have a word with you please" he said and pulled Shreshta away from there.

Shrestha was confused, she asked, "What happened Rocco??"

"I am sorry par main yahan nahi ruk sakta hun! Mujhe wapas jaana hai" he said, as he can't see me getting married to someone else in front of his eyes.

Shrestha was shocked "why?? Maine tumhe kitni door se bulaya hai.. Tumhara kaam hai mujhe khush karna you can't deny me" she said angrily

"Please try to understand" he explained

"No.. I have hired you till the wedding of my cousin and you are not permitted to leave" Shreshta glared at him.

Aarav sighed deeply, he didn't have any other choice but to stay back. Myra gets tensed seeing him and she wondered how the hell he arrived here.

"Dam.. ye yahan kaise aa gaya? Oh God.. mujhe hemadri ke saath 24 hours rehna padega agar Aarav ne bata diya toh sab gadbad ho jayegi" Myra thought in her mind.

I glanced at Aarav who was trying hard to not meet his gaze. I held Shreshta's hand and pulled her to the side. I smiled at her and asked "tune Aar..." I paused.

"Aarav ko maine hi bulaya hai yahan.. Tere liye" she said

I was surprised to hear her words. Shrestha smiled at me "sorry par maine tere messages padhe they...he deserves to be punished by you hema.. Ache se badla lele tere dil tootne ka baar baar you have my full support"

I hugged her tightly as she understood my pain. Now, I will make Aarav jealous and also take my revenge for deceiving me.

I glanced at him who was speaking to Myra. I didn't like his closeness with her, I held Saahil's hand and pulled him with me toward them.

"Aww.. such an adorable couple," Myra said

"Thanks.." I replied with a smile on my face and noticed him glancing at me.

"You know Myra.. Saahil managing Director hai! He has everything, mujhe koi kami nahi hogi" I exaggerated

"See.. diamond ring.." I showed my finger to her. Myra admired it "Wow.. So what's a special gift for the wedding?" she questioned Saahil

"anything.. " Saahil said eyeing me.

"What about a date in a private plan?" I asked

"Shaadi ke baad date pe kaun jaata hai? Hum honeymoon pe jayenge private jet mei" Saahil concluded.

"why not? so what's your plan for marriage?" I questioned him. 

He glanced at me and smiles lightly "mera plan..?" 

Saahil smiles "haa I am sure you must have a girlfriend!" 

"come on batao kya plan hai tumhara?" I asked again. 

Aarav walked off from there hearing this. Saahil wondered "ise kya hua??" 

I looked at Saahil and said, "Leave it.." 

He moved towards the bar counter and ordered a drink for himself. He gulped down one sip and took a deep breath. I could clearly see the pain in his eyes and for a moment I regretted purposely hurting him.

Myra kept her hand on my shoulder and whispers "he deserves this.. Kitna galat kiya tere saath usne.."

I glanced at her and asked "tu bhi toh soyi na uske saath.. Ye jante hue I was.."

"Sorry yaar.. I was drunk aur tujhe pata hai mujhe kuch hosh nahi rehta hai" Myra gave her the excuse.

"Yea I know it," I said and moved away from there.

Third Person POV

Myra had a sigh of relief "bas dono ko akele nahi chodna hai warna sab gadbad ho jayegi.." she thought.

She kept an eye on Aarav, moved to him, and smiled "hey.."

Aarav smiled lightly "bahut khush lag rahi hai tumhari dost" he said looking at Hemadri who was with her parents

"Hogi hi.. Saahil jaisa handsome.. Rich ladka jo mila hai use! Aur sabse badi baat uske parents ki pasand hai" Myra said

"Hmm.. I am happy for her" he said despite being in the grief of losing her forever.

She kept her hand on his and said "tumhe bhi move on karna chahiye ab toh.."

"Tum karogi mujhse shaadi?" He asked jokingly.

Myra laughed "Tum karna chahoge apni ex ke best friend ke saath?"

"No.." he denied "No more complications I need in my life.."

Hemadri saw them laughing, she eyed Shreshta and whispered in her ear "mera dil jal raha hai yahan aur ye hai ki uss Myra ke saath has raha hai.."

Shreshta looked in that direction and smiled "chinta mat kar.. Kal bachelorette party hai.. You can all make him dance on your fingers"

The day ended on a good note, everyone slowly began to depart to their room. Aarav gets into the lift and at the same time, Hemadri enters. He adored her, she was looking glamorous in ethnic wear.

Shrestha was standing beside her and he indirectly said "Looking really pretty.."

Hemadri glanced at him and understood he was praising her. She expected this from Saahil but he hardly noticed her in the engagement. She again gets into the dilemma if Saahil is her right choice.

"Thanks, handsome.. I will see you tomorrow" Shrestha said with a smile on her face.

She gets out of the lift as her floor appears. The lift gets close, leaving both of them in it. There was some kind of awkwardness between the two which they didn't have earlier. Suddenly, the lift stops and Hemadri shouts "What the hell..."

Aarav rolled his eyes towards her, she pressed a few lift buttons and then spoke on the intercom. The person spoke in French which she hardly understood.

"Prenez votre temps" Aarav spoke, leaving her in a state of shock.

She glared at him and he said "usne kaha ki wo pata kar rahe hai kya hua... panic na ho hum maine kaha take your time.."

"Maine kuch pucha nahi tumse.." She said coyly.

She thought "ise french aati hai.. Bataya nahi kabhi Ohh yea..escort hai aana jaana laga rehta hoga yahan"

Aarav thought "soch rahi hogi maine bataya nahi kabhi.."

He remembered a similar incident when they were trapped in the lift.

They got stuck in the lift of the mall, Hemadri held his hand tightly and he assured her "relax.. "

"Ye lift bhi na.. Signal bhi nahi hai yahan" she said checking her phone again.

Aarav took her phone away and she looked at him with a smile "Aarav.."

"Har baar mauka nahi milta lift mein romance karne ka" he said in a whispering tone.

Hemadri blushed hearing him "hum yahan fhas gaye hai aur tum ho ki" she hits lightly on his arm.

He grabbed her by the waist and said "main kya haan? Iske na doh fayde hai"

"Kya?" she asked keeping her arms around his neck

"Ek toh time pass ho jayega aur dusra darr bhi nahi lagega" He replied

She laughed hearing him and they kissed each other. Aarav pinched on her stomach and she pinches him back.

The lift door gets open but they didn't care and continued kissing each other passionately.

Aarav came out trance of his thought with the sound of the lift door opening. He sighed deeply "jitna tumse door bhaagta hun kismat tumhare paas le aati hai mujhe! Jaane ab kitna aur dil ka tootna likha hai" he thought.

Hemadri gets out and he watched her disappear from his site. He wanted her to turn once and but she kept on walking. The lift gets shut and at that moment Hemadri turns. She thought "tumne itna pyaar kiya hai mujhe ki har jagah tumse judi yaadein taaza ho jaati hai Aarav.. I hate you for doing this with me.."
