Seeing the boss defeated and they had won, everyone burst into cheers. Moments after the boss was vanquished, everyone's attention has focused on a two-handed sword that was formed in the air. And the massive two handed great sword descend from the sky and floated in front of Zora and he and everyone looked completely confused.

Zora: This is...

Kayaba: Now you really have cleared the game, Sora...

Everyone looked completely shocked when the heard Kayaba's voice.

Zora: Uncle Kayaba...?

Kayaba: You only have one thing left to do...

Zora then looked down at the two handed great sword and then it started to shine brightly. And back with Yuna, she had finally been pushed back by one of the SAO bosses and sent flying into a wall and just as the boss was on top of her, she closed her eyes,

but the boss was then killed and then she opened her eyes saw Zora standing in front of her wielding the two handed great sword with one hand and she looked at him completely shocked.

Yuna: Zo-kun...?

Yuna then looked over at where everyone was Full Dive and saw that Zora was still there and her eyes widened when she realized that it was a Virtual projection of him and she then saw that his ranked changed from rank 2 to rank one and he looked back at her with his eyes now yellow and nodded at her and she knew what he wanted her to do.

Yuna(mind): You've been through many scary... and sad moments, haven't you. There are plenty of people who now only exist in your memories. Yet, those of you living on this moment still have their warmth lingering in your chest...

Yuna walked up on stage and Tetsuhiro saw the scan glitching out and was confused and Yuna then started to sing and all the players saw her.

Player: It's Yuna!!

Hearing Yuuna's voice encouraging the players as they went to take on the boss. Meanwhile, the virtual projection of Zora used the sword he had obtained from the battle in FullDive to easily dispatch the monster.

With one swing from the sword, all the monsters were easily destroyed.

Meanwhile, Professor Shigemura Tetsuhiro's eyes widen in shock when the emotive counter began decreasing.

Tetsuhiro: W-Why is this happening?! We were so close, Yuuna! So close!

Suddenly, his eyes widen in surprise when saw his daughter in the reflection of the mirror in front of him. Turning around, Professor Shigemura found himself standing in front of his daughter, Shigemura Yuuna.

Yuuna: Thank you dad. I will live in your heart. Until whenever.

She said, smiling at her father before slowly disappeared. Professor Shigemura took a step forward before he fell to his knees. Just then, Kikuoka Seijirou and his men found Professor Shigemura in the server room at Argus's headquarters.

Back with Zora's virtual projection, he finished the remaining of the SAO bosses with one swing just before Yuuna's song reached the end.

Yuna(mind): You remember... Our Promise... Zo-kun...

With that, all SAO bosses are destroyed making everyone cheered and Zora's virtual projection sheathed the sword on his back before disappeared in data. And everyone woke up from their Full Dive and they met Yuna on the stage and both Yuna and Zora smile at one another.

Zora: That was a nice song, Yuna...

Yuna: Thanks a lot, Zo-kun...

Yuna then started to glow and everyone looked at her shocked.

Zora: Yuna...?

Yuna: The data from my primary body, was based on the resource script on the boss from floor 100rd. By utilizing the machine, I could move. But the boss was defeated, and it save date will be initialized. That's why, this is goodbye...

Zora then looked completely and utterly shocked and looked down saddened. He was only able to talk to her for a short moment after they were reuninted, but now he has to say goodbye again, and he started tearing up, but Yuna continue to smile at him.

Yuna: Come on, don't give me that face... I got to sing in front of a huge audience. The promise that we made during in SAO, and you kept it... I couldn't be happier...

Yuna then walked to Philia and Asuna and held a small orb in her hand and put them on their heads.

Yuna: Before I go, I have to give this back to you both. Your fear of death is what cause you to lose your memories. But you overcame it and fought anyway. I'm sure everything will come back to you now...

After returning their memories, Yuna walk to Zora and she saw that he was crying his eyes out and she started tearing up as well. Zora wanted to apologize for not being able to save her that day, but his words won't come out. Yuna seems to understand what's been troubling him and she continue to smile.

Yuna: Thank you, for everything... You remembered my wish... Zo-kun...

Zora: Yuna... I... I wish we could spend more time together...

Yuna: We already did... And please guide Eiji to the right way?

Zora: Yeah... You know I will...

Yuna smiled and hugged Zora for the last time.

Yuuna: Thank you... I love you two so much...

With a smile on their face, the two embraced each other in a hug, and Zora then feeling nothing in his arms when Yuna shine even brighter before disappeared into pixels.

Zora:...

Everyone looked up at the pixels that had just dispersed into thin air. And Zora started remembering his memories with Yuna together in SAO. Their bonds, their friendship, their trust. The song that Yuna would always sang to him whenever he felt sad.

And the smile she gave him, as tears started streaming down even more. The auditorium was silence. All they could hear was the sound of a single person crying on his knees. Everyone looked down saddened, they felt bad and sorry for the boy in the blue eyes. And Philia could only hugged him from behind as she let the person she love cried to his heart content.

(Timeskip)

A few days later. The AR Idol Yuna, is making headlines again. During her concert, several boss monster from Ordinal Scale appeared and the promoters of the show said today that it was a surprise event for the fans. And Professor Tetsuhiro Shigemura, the head of development of Toutou Institute of Technology, has decided to step down. And during the night, everyone, other than Sora, Kotone, Kazuto, and Asuna were at the Dicey Cafe, celebrating Ryutaro's recovery and Suguha's return.

Keiko: Bet you're glad to be out of that hospital.

Suguha: Yeah, how's your arm doing?

Ryutaro: Ow! Nah, I'm kidding, it's fine. But I'll be sticking to VR games from now on.

Rika: But you got to meet more girls in AR.

Ryutaro: Eh... Its no big deal. Nobody meets their dream girl in games, anyway.

Andrew: You better pray my wife never hears you say that. Yo! She gave up her ticket for your broke ass!!

Andrew then slammed the plate at the table while also hitting Ryutaro in his arm.

Ryutaro: Ow! What's your problem?

Andrew: Apologize!

Suguha: Now! Now! I brought something back for everyone!

Shino: Where was this boot camp you went to?

Suguha: Shimane. The place we stayed didn't have computers. If I didn't smuggle in my AmuSphere, I would of died from boredom!

Girls: Ahahaha....

Ryutaro: By the way, where are Kirito, Asuna?

Suguha: They said they had other plans tonight.

Ryutaro: Then Zora and Philia?

Shino: Same with Kirito and Asuna... Anyone know what they're doing?

Rika: Who cares about them... If they're not here, they're missing out!

Ryutaro: Some friends! I get out of the hospital, and they can't even come for a drink? They can suck it!

Andrew: On second thought, you can buy your own drinks tonight. You all owe me for that ticket.

Ryutaro: You greedy! You got that ticket for free, you cardboard sword dealer!!

The girls just laugh at the scene.

(Elsewhere)

After the event, Sora kept his promise and took out his girlfriend to watch a meteor shower at Mt. Doudaira together. Currently, the the two of them sitting on the grass, and watched the meteor shower in front of the big tent behind them.

Kotone: You're right... This is a beautiful place to watch the sunset and stargazing...

Sora: Yeah... Big Sister, Rumia showed me this place. And the two of us would always come here every chance we get...

Kotone: I'm so envious of you both...

Sora: What about you, Rio? Can you see it?

Rio: Yup, I can see just fine, Papa.

Kotone: For awhile there, I didn't think we get to come here.

Both Sora and Kotone smile at one another and the two of them continue to look at the night sky together and Sora spoke up after a few moments of silence.

Sora: Kotone, do you remember the promise we made in Aincrad?

Kotone: To go stargazing?

Sora: Well... That was apart of it...

Kotone: I'm kidding. I remember... You said that if we ever got out, you gave me a real ring.

Sora smiled at her. All of her memories about their time together at SAO had returned to her. And he couldn't be more happier. And Kotone grabbed something from her bag and handed Sora a gift.

Kotone: Here, for you...

Sora: This is...

Kotone: It's not fair if your the only one handing out presents. So I got you one.

Sora accepts the gift.

Sora: Thank you...

Kotone then reached out her hand and Sora saw the ring he gave her during the Yuna's concert and he looked at her confused.

Kotone: Put it on my finger properly this time. And let's continue where we left off with the promise.

Sora smiled happily and nodded his head and put the ring on her ring finger and hold her hand and she closed her eyes and Sora leaned in and went to kiss her...

Rio: Ah! A shooting star!

Sora and Kotone broke away from one another and look up and saw multiple shooting stars and Kotone looked at them in awe and Sora could only smile at the scene.

Kotone: Wow...

Rio: Amazing...!

Just as the two of them were stargazing, Sora and Kotone continue to talk and smile with one another and both of them leaned in towards one another as they kissed underneath the night sky of the shooting stars.

(Elsewhere)

In an unknown location, Kikuoka was leading Tetsuhiro through a long hallway.

Tetsuhiro: What's the reason for you bringing me here, Kikuoka? I'm grateful that I wasn't charged with a crime but what are you planning to make me do?

Kikuoka: I was very interested in what I saw of your AI. I feel as though I've seen how far a top down AI can go. However, I do believe in another future as well. As head of the Shigemura Research Lab, which produced both Kayaba Akihiko and Sugou Nobuyuki, there's something that I'd very much like you to see.

Kikuoka then opened a door and the two of them walked and saw a man with glasses sitting s a console and Tetsuhiro looked up completely shocked to see a massive screen with what looks like to be a Kingdom on it and Kikuoka walked in front of it.

Tetsuhiro: Kikuoka, what on earth is this?

Kikuoka: Welcome to RATH. And welcome to Project Alicization.
