It's been over 2 years since The Union Parade had happened and you went off with Talion. Over that time as you may know, Kasai now has a family.

Lotus on the other hand had followed your lead and left to train his GateKeeper form. Whoever he wasn't going through this alone. Kalasha was the one who recommended it in the first place, so he came along too.

Ibara had also went with him for comforting purposes, and just to be there for him when he was over his head. That's what partners do.

The only reason Yang or any of your other girlfriends hadn't gone with you was because one, there was too many of them, and two, Yang had to take care of your child, and it was too much if a risk to take him into unknown territory.

Currently, Lotus and Ibara lived on a pallet of beautiful mountains. It was always nighttime and there were two moons. One brighter than the other.

Lotus was now meditating on the very top of the highest mountain alone. It was dark and cold, but he quickly got used to it.

In order to get a better grip on his GateKeeper powers, he had to be used to sensing the energy of quite literally everything. Even the life force in the ground and atmosphere.

At first it was very overwhelming for him. But over the span of two years he's managed to toughen up and work around it. Now he can meditate with this intense rush no problem.

The Grey haired Saiyan took deep breaths every now and then, but for the most part remained dead silent. With his meditation, Lotus could hear his heartbeat more than the loud and stormy gusts of wind of the blizzard.

Lotus: ...

In the distance Kalasha would momentarily stop by and check his progress. Lotus himself was unscathed by the intense weather, but the same couldn't be said for his clothes.

The weather was so intense that even the most durable of material would freeze up and shatter in minutes. Ibara was only able to go outside when Lotus was there with her to keep her warm. Otherwise she would freeze to death almost instantly.

Another hour passes by and Lotus had finally decided that he had done enough for today. Leaping off of the mountain and heading home for the night.

Kalasha simply smiled and went off to do his own business. The shape of his silhouette slowly fading into the great white blizzard as he disappeared.

Time Skip

Lotus was now arriving back at his little house. Compared to Kasai's it was tiny, but Lotus believed in only using what you needed.

It was a small house with it's structure being made completely out of wood. There was no use of electricity as all of the lights provided were fire or Ki.

Lotus: *Sigh*...home at last...

Placing his hand upon the cold doorknob, the feeling of temperatures colder than the vacuum of space rushed through his hand, but he didn't mind it.

Opening the door, he walked in and quickly shut the door to prevent any snow from blowing into the house. Wiping the snow off of his shoes on the rug made of Ibara's vines.

Lotus: Ibara, I'm home!

Ibara: I'll be with you in a second, Darling!

With Lotus' call, Ibara came running to greet him as she nearly tripped on her way out of the kitchen. If you hadn't guessed yet, she was making dinner, and placing some decorations in the process.

Ibara: Sorry that dinner isn't ready yet, Darling. I just wanted to place some decorations around the house to make it more welcoming.

Ibara Shiozaki: 19 Years Old

Lotus: It's okay, Sweetie. You don't need to apologize for something like that.

Unlike Kasai who had gotten married to both Ruby and Ashido, Lotus and Ibara wanted to wait until they could do it traditionally so everyone could be there.

Therefore they didn't have a child yet. Things like Baby-making was something Ibara demanded to wait for until Marriage. Lotus didn't mind this at all.

Ibara: So how was training today?

Lotus: Oh you know, they usual. I sat on the same mountain for 9 hours.

Ibara: But don't you want your GateKeeper state to become stronger...?

Lotus: GateKeeper form becomes more powerful depending on how many life forms are around. It harnesses their power for me to use for myself if need be. This is why I was able to go toe to toe with Y/N even in his Omni state. At least for a little while.

Ibara: So you just need to adapt to the amount of Life forces around you...? And if that it true then shouldn't have you been evenly matched with Y/N?

Lotus: You guessed it. I was able to fight against Omni Y/N for awhile, but Omni God 4's power and energy infinitely increases faster the longer he remains in that state. I eventually wasn't able to keep up with how quickly his power was increasing.

Ibara: I remember that battle like it was yesterday. Speaking of Y/N, You haven't been in touch with him, have you? Or any of our friends for that matter...?

Lotus slowly shook his head with a sad sigh. Ibara's company was great and all, but he greatly missed the times where You, Him, and Kasai were together as a Trio.

Ibara: I'm sorry...I shouldn't have brought it up...

Lotus: No need to be. I have you, don't I?

Ibara: I will always be here for you, Lotus. Dinner should be ready by now. Get ready! I made Steamed Rice!

Lotus: Oh boy! My favourite!

Time Skip

Lotus had been chowing down in a variety of dishes that Ibara had prepared for him. Over the past 2 and a half years she had definitely improved on her cooking.

She wasn't as good of a cook as Chi Chi or Bulma, but she still tried, and that was good enough for Lotus.

Ibara happily watched Lotus demolish his food. Despite how calm, relaxed, and collected of a person Lotus is, he was just as big of an eater as You and Kasai. And he was definitely just as messy.

The vine-haired Hero giggled before digging into her own food. More and more dishes stacked on top of each other from both sides of the table. Turns out Ibara has a much bigger appetite then people would expect.

Eventually they were both stuffed and satisfied. Ibara had eaten about four dishes of food whereas Lotus ate an entire Cafeteria's worth. Lotus patting his stomach and even letting out a little burp as Ibara giggled once more.

Lotus: *Blushes*...U-Uh...Excuse me...

Ibara: You're so adorable, Lotus~

Lotus: Oh stop it, you're gonna make me blush...!

Ibara: You're already Blushing~

Lotus: U-U-Uhhh...anyway, do you wanna sit by the fire and cuddle...? I've been wanting to hug you all day!

Ibara: I would love to.

With that Lotus and Ibara made themselves comfortable in the living room as they sat by the fire. In a big blanket, Ibara nuzzled into her boyfriend's chest and let out a happy sigh as Lotus held her tight.

Lotus had been feeling a lot of pressure since he left HOH. Sometimes he would get homesick and would feel extremely depressed without the comfort of You and Kasai, but Ibara made everything so much better.

Their little cuddle session lasted for about 30 minutes before several knocks were heard at the door. Ibara despite being here for over 2 years had no idea that Kalasha was here as well. I mean...who else would it be?

And of course when Lotus got up and opened the door, Kalasha himself was at the other side to greet him. Lotus was still surprised by his appearance however considering that he had never shown up at his house before.

Lotus: Kalasha...?

Kalasha: Hello, Lotus. Greetings, Miss Shiozaki. It's been too long.

Ibara: Oh! Hello, Mr. Kalasha! It's good to see you!

Kalasha: Likewise. I come bringing something that I know will interest you, Lotus.

Lotus: Oh...?

With that Kalasha pulled out an envelope out of his pocket, and on said envelope was Lotus' name written in cursive letters.

Lotus who's interest was now piqued, took the letter from Kalasha's hand and opened it up as he read through it. Ibara peeking from the side as Lotus read it to himself.

Yo, Lotus! It's Y/N! I know it's been a long time and I'm not even sure if this will reach you. But I decided to send you this letter anyway! I can sense that you also left HOH, have you been okay? I've been doing great! My fellow Celestials are Super Strong! Oh yeah, there are other Celestials here! But I actually wanted to let you know that my training is done! That's right! I can finally come home! However I wanted to know if you wanted to meet up and surprise everybody. If not then it's cool, but if you're interested, my energy signature should be clear on your radar if you haven't noticed already! Can't wait to see you then!

This was the first time You had reached with Lotus in anyway since you left after the Union Parade. He started trembling with joy as he jumped in the air and screamed happily.

Lotus: HE'S COMING BACK!! YESSS!!!

BAM!!

Upon jumping in excitement Lotus had hit his head in the ceiling as small chunks fell down and hit the floor. Ibara clenching her eyes shut upon collision as Kalasha simply chuckled.

After some much needed head massages, Lotus and Kalasha started discussing what to do upon receiving your letter.

Kalasha: So what do you think? Are you going to go find him?

Lotus: Duh! I haven't seen him in over 2 years! Of course I wanna see him face to face!

Ibara: I'll come along too. Seeing as we're moving back to HOH I take it.

Lotus: Yup! And Y/N is gonna be with us! I'm already getting excited!

Kalasha: Y/N can be located in a large village packed with Celestials just like him. So be prepared to defend yourself if they see you as intruders.

Lotus: Trust me, we'll be fine! Me and Y/N have scraped more times than Issei's looked at Magazines. And he's their King!

Kalasha: If you're sure, then you can head out at any time!

Lotus: You bet! Ibara, let's get our stuff packed! We're finally going home!
