You were currently falling in a bright colourful sky. In front of you was the Saiyan Woman you and the others had encountered a few minutes prior.

You eventually landed and found yourself standing in the middle of the Zeno Exposition Arena, with your opponent standing directly in front of you.

Y/N: So we are fighting.

???: It would seem so.

Akko: Look, there's Y/N!

Surrounding you were all of the Kai's, Gods of Destruction, and Angels throughout the 12 universes. And the new God of Destruction of Universe 7 was standing with Midoriya and the others.

???: Well Well. I didn't expect to see the four of you here as well.

The four of them all turned around, facing their God of Destruction and gasped at the sight. You weren't even focused on that situation.

Issei: No way!!

Ruby: YOU'RE the new God of Destruction?!?

Everyone: Vegeta!!!

Whis: Ohohoho! Yes Yes, while you were all busy these past four years, Vegeta has become our new God of Destruction.

Ruby: But Y/N told us that somebody else was the New God of Destruction!

Kaoishin: Well...that was a bit of a cover story. Vegeta wished to keep it a surprise until the next time he and Y/N were to meet.

Midoriya: I can't believe it!

All of a sudden they were all interrupted by the loud bangs of a gong. Everybody directing their attention to The Grand Priest who was hovering above everyone else. Next to him were the Omni Kings themselves.

Grand Priest: Kais, Gods, Angels, and Mortals alike. Thank you for coming to spectate our lovely Zeno Exposition for the upcoming Tournament of Creation! Here with us are Y/N L/N and Shin-Kosumi.

Y/N: I'm happy to be here!

Kosumi: It's an honour.

Grand Priest: The two of you have been summoned by The Grand Zeno himself to engage in a battle to entertain his majesty. The rules of this battle are simple. Defeat your opponent via knockout or Forfeit. Killing is of course prohibited, and for the sake of things staying in one piece, any form of transformation will also be strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification.

Y/N: So we're limited to only our base forms. That seems fair.

Kosumi: Yes. Even in your regular state, I sense a grand amount of Power within you.

Y/N: So I wasn't the only one...you've got a lot of it yourself.

The sounds of the gong could be heard once more as you and Kosumi got into your fighting stances. Everybody silencing as you stared deep into the eyes of your opponent, who returned the gesture.

Grand Priest: ...Begin!!

With that, the battle began in the blink of an instant. You and Kosumi sharing the idea of rushing towards one another and throwing a heavy punch.

Your first clash resulted in multiple powerful shockwaves to spread throughout the entire arena and even beyond that. Everything around you violently shaking in the process.

The two of you both then leaped back and then jumped up into the air. Kosumi launching two large Ki blasts towards you to which you responded by deflecting both of them.

Kosumi suddenly bolted towards you and launched a full force kick to your side. However you managed to dodge and counter by grabbing her leg and throwing her away.

The female Saiyan quickly recovered and was back on the offensive. Attacking you with an assault of punches and kicks. They were much faster than you expected, and a lot heavier. However you managed to block or dodge each one.

Y/N: My turn!

You then clenched your fist and swung at Kosumi. She weaved underneath your arm and went for another kick as you caught her leg and went in for a point blank range blast.

She was quick to act and swiped away your hand right before you fired the attack, causing the stray Ki blast to head towards Midoriya and the others.

Akko: Watch out!!

Midoriya: I've got this! 5% Delaware Smash!!

With the flick of his finger, Midoriya fired a force of air pressure towards the blast, triggering an explosion and saving them in the process.

Issei: Wow, man! You've really gotten the hang of that power of yours since the first time we met!

Ruby: Yeah, you're so much stronger too!

Vegeta: That was a full power blast. Impressive for an Earthling. You have my praise.

Midoriya: C'mon, Guys! It wasn't that special. After all, Y/N is still in his Base Form.

Akko: Speaking of...this lady's really giving him a run for his money!

Issei: I'm sure Y/N's holding back on her...

Vegeta: You're wrong.

Everybody then looked in surprise towards Vegeta who watched the fight, completely focused and with his arms crossed like usual.

Vegeta: Even if they're not allowed to Transform, he's fighting with everything he has. This Kosumi girl's power is perfectly matched with his own.

Midoriya: Are you serious?!

Ruby: So that means the winning factor is who's more skilled...

Vegeta: Exactly.

Y/N: HA!

You let out a fierce battle cry as you fired a golden Ki wave towards Kosumi. She smirked and suddenly split into two versions of herself, catching you by surprise.

Y/N: What? Clones?!

Kosumi: Let's see how you handle this!

Y/N: Lucky for me, I'm used to getting jumped!!

The duplicates of Kosumi slowly surrounded you before dashing directly at you all at once. You were really starting to struggle, however with caution you defended yourself accordingly.

Zeno: Wow!! She split herself into 4 and Y/N's still fighting!!

Grand Priest: I must say, as great of an increase Y/N's raw power may have gone through...the improvement in his combat skills are even more impressive.

All of a sudden the original Kosumi spotted her opening and rushed you from above with a flying knee attack. You noticed this and leaped away at the very last second as Kosumi became one with her duplicates once more.

The female Saiyan wasn't giving you any space to breathe. The second your touched down on the arena, she started running after you, right up in your face.

Y/N: She seems to be a lot more aggressive than before...it's like she's enjoying the fight more and more as we go on...boy does that sound familiar...

Throwing a punch, you dodged and threw one of your own to which she blocked. This kept going until the two of you were swinging at unfathomable speeds.

Kosumi: I heard that my challenger was a proud warrior, one unlike the Multiverse had ever seen! Wielding enough Power to defeat beings that put even The Omni King to shame!! So far I'm not too impressed!

Y/N: You'll see soon enough! I'm only getting started!!

You then threw a swift punch that while Kosumi dodged, it was dangerously close to hitting her. Grazing a bit of her hair off as she went wide eyed.

She then spin and launched a kick towards your leg. You jumped and just barely dodged the attack. Her kick being so close to the point where it ripped a little bit of your pants, but not your leg.

The two of you quickly backed away in the blink of an eye only to clash once more. This time the two of you were locked in a contest of raw strength. Both of you began to struggle greatly as the entire arena began to shake again.

Y/N: Grr...HAAAAAAAAAA!!

Kosumi: HAAAAAAAAA!!

Y/N: C'mon!! Show me your power!!

Kosumi: I'll show you more than just power!!

Both: HAAAA!!!

All of a sudden a large explosion occurred in the middle of the arena as everybody either covered their eyes or their entire face. Kosumi leaping in the air and leaving you in a giant dust cloud.

Kosumi had a smile on her face. It was clear that she was enjoying this fight. However she was surprised to see that the entire cloud was quickly blown away. Revealing you as a Super Saiyan, charging up a huge attack.

Y/N: KA...ME...HA...ME...

Grand Priest: STOP.

The both of you were then stopped dead in your tracks as everybody looked towards The Grand Priest who had a serious look on his face, as well as his arm in the air.

Grand Priest: Y/N, you have gone against the rules of this exposition and transformed into a Super Saiyan. I hear-by declare you disqualified! Meaning that Kosumi is our winner!

Y/N: WHAT?! Aw—Dammit!! I didn't even realize!! Oh well...

Kosumi then landed back on the Arena and looked at her hands with a look of disappointment on her face. She was having just as much fun as you were.

Kosumi: I won, but it doesn't feel like a Victory...you're good. You're really good...if it weren't for these rules, this fight wouldn't have ended anytime soon.

Y/N: Thanks. You're really good yourself!

Akko: Awww...Y/N lost...

Midoriya: It was due to Tournament rules though...

Zeno: That was so much fun!!

Zeno (Future): Yeah!! I can't wait for the new Tournament!!

Grand Priest: Now that The Omni Kings are satisfied, I can give you some new details on our Tournament of Creation.

Everybody went completely silent and awaited whatever The Grand Priest would reveal. You and Kosumi remaining in the Arena as he spoke.

Grand Priest: The Tournament of Creation will take place in 42 Tiks.

Ruby: "Tiks?"

Whis: That Translates to roughly 2 weeks in your time.

Issei: Two Weeks to prepare, huh...? Not bad...

Grand Priest: For the sake of fairness, the use of Weapons will be permitted. Because of this, killing will also be permitted. However ring outs will remain a method of elimination. Any contestants killed in action will be resurrected. Do not worry, any losing teams this time around will not be erased. However to make sure that you are still motivated to win, the winning team shall receive one wish granted from the Super Dragon Balls. Much like our last Tournament.

Y/N: I Have a question. How will teams work?

Grand Priest: I was hoping to save this for a later time, but considering we made you come all this way, I'll tell you. Teams will not have a specific number requirement this time. The limit is 15 contestants per team, however teams with fewer numbers will still be allowed to compete. This is because this isn't just a Tournament between Universes, Multiverses, or even Realities. This is a Tournament between Timelines. You will encounter fighters you know, and others will be completely new to you.

Y/N: No kidding...

Grand Priest: That is all. I look forward to watching you fight. You are now all dismissed.

With that, The Grand Priest, as well as The Omni Kings all warped away in an instant. Meaning you could head back.

Y/N: Different Timelines...this is going to be a lot more complicated than I thought...
