King Kai's Place
   A man in an orange gi stood still, staring straight ahead into the light. "Goku! Anymore and you'll destroy my planet again!" A much shorter, and strangely blue, person said from his left.
   Goku ignored him and crouched slightly, bringing his hands to his side in a cup shape. "Ka... Me... Ha... Me... Ha!" Goku shouted as he launched the beam attack. King Kai yelped and dove behind a pile of sandbags that had been set up by a monkey.
   The beam easily travelled around the small planet, and quickly approached Goku. Goku quickly turned and covered his arms across his upper body in an x-shape. The Kamehameha Wave slammed into him, creating a large shockwave that smashed the sandbags and sent King Kai and the monkey flying.
   Goku grunted and felt the ground beneath him gave way, letting him slide backwards a good ten feet before the attack ended. Goku huffed and looked towards a group of people to his right. "Well guys? What did you think?"
   "G-Goku! Us non-Saiyans aren't as strong as you! You can't just go all out." A very short, bald man with six dots on his forehead said as he stood up. The shockwave had been too much for him and he'd been knocked back about three feet.
   "Krillin's right Goku. We may be a lot stronger than we were when we were alive, but it pales in comparison to you." A larger, green person said as they stood up. He'd stumbled about the same distance as Krillin.
   "Three hundred years of training, and that's what you do in your base form? Pathetic." Another man said as he watched. He was a few inches shorter than Goku, but he gave off a more intimidating aura.
   "Father, please be kinder. You are in the presence of Lord Beerus." A boy with blue/purple hair said and the man next to him nodded.
   "And Dad, try not to destroy the planet. Especially when a God of Destruction is here." He said, addressing Goku.
   "Mmm. Yes. Destruction isn't suited for you Goku. Leave that to me." A purple cat-thing said and Goku quickly bowed.
   "Yes Lord Beerus! I'll try!" Goku said as he rubbed the back of his neck nervously.
   "Well, let's get this place back to normal." A blue person who was dressed in very weird clothing and holding a strange staff said. He tapped the staff on the ground and the planet returned to how it was exactly three minutes before.
   King Kai sighed and looked at the large amount of people gathered on his small planet. "You know, it was a lot quieter before any of you ever died. And do any of you care about how many strings I had to pull to get your families here?!" He practically screamed at them.
   A woman with black hair put in a bun walked up behind him and punched him on the head. "Your life is a lot better thanks to us women! You could at least show some respect!"
   Everyone, minus Vegeta and Beerus, laughed at her antics and Goku smiled. "We are thankful King Kai. I got to spend the last three hundred years with my family! And I've gotten way stronger!"
   Everyone, minus Vegeta and Beerus again, laughed. "Only you could see training for three hundred years as fun." Piccolo said with a grin.
Earth
   "Ya! Ha!" A teenage boy said as he smacked tennis balls away. He was standing in an abandoned parking lot, punching and kicking tennis balls being thrown at him away.
   "Come on Kikaro! You've got this!" A young girl to his left cheered. She had on a dark blue shirt with lighter blue jeans, and her blonde hair was being held by a ponytail.
   "Just give up Kikaro! You won't beat me!" A male voice sounded from in front of him. Another teenage boy, albeit shorter, was throwing the tennis balls at record speeds. He had dark black hair that hung low to his shoulders and wore a green workout suit.
   Kikaro smirked and punched one of the tennis balls directly back at him. "I'm not gonna quit yet Levi!"
   Levi caught the ball with his bare hand and smirked back. "Why don't we have an actual sparring match? Obviously you'll lose, but it'll be a good warm-up for my training." He said cockily.
   Kikaro smirked and took his fighting stance, something similar to a boxer crossed with a wrestler. "If you think you can handle it."
   Levi laughed and leapt forward fast enough that the ground crumbled from where he leapt. He swung a high kick for Kikaro's ribs, but it was easily blocked. Pushing him away, Kikaro threw a left-right combo, knocking Levi back a foot. He jumped to swing again and Levi sped behind him, connecting a kick with his back. Kikaro flew towards a building, quickly righting himself and stopping from unneeded destruction.
   "Be careful about where you hit me. We can't build an entire city back." He said with a smile as he took his stance again. Levi huffed and took his stance, one that gave him optimum kicking strength.
   They flew towards each other but both took a sharp turn and started spiraling upwards. They ended after flying about a mile and a half upwards and hovered for a moment, staring each other down.
   Levi suddenly lurched forward, lashing out with a flurry of kicks. Kikaro used his arms to block each hit, and Levi finished the combo with a side kick that sent Kikaro flying several hundred feet back.
   Kikaro stopped himself and quickly sped forward again, slamming his fist against Levi's arms. Levi grunted and went to kick back, but something flew into him, tackling him all the way to the ground. "Levi-kun! Stop it! You'll get hurt!" A young girl said as she wrapped her arms around him.
   "K-Katrina! Get off! I'm fighting here!" Levi said, trying to push her off. She had brown hair put up in pigtails and bright green eyes. Her red shirt was really tight and accented her small frame, while her dark black jeans gave her a slightly taller stance.
   Kikaro laughed and landed next to them. "Hey Katrina. How you been?"
   She went to answer, but was interrupted when two teens landed next to her. "Awwww, we missed the fight. I wanted to get involved." The one on the left said. They were identical in appearance, except the one on the left had on a yellow shirt and a blue Capsule Corp jacket while the one on the right wore something resembling a black trench coat.
   They both had purple hair and brown eyes, but the one on the lefts had a mischievous glint, while the other had a bit more serious spark deep in his eyes. "It's okay brother. Although I think we could take them both."
   The blonde haired girl from before landed and smiled. "Katrina! Ash and Angel! What are you guys doing here?" She asked and Angel grinned.
   "We're gonna fight and win!" Angel said, making Kikaro chuckle.
   "Let's go then!" He said as he leapt forward, rearing his fist back.
Hell
   "D-dammit! W-who are y-you?" A white and purple alien asked from the ground. There were bruises all along his body, along with many cuts, and his tail hung limply next to him, severed.
   "Oh Freeza, I was really hoping to get more energy from you. It's kind of sad. After dying at the hands of Saiyans twice, a demon is what will remove you from existence permanently. Ah well, there's still Cell and the Majin. I think one or two of the androids might be able to give me what I need as well." A cloaked figure said as he held a swirling ball of energy in his right hand. In his left, he held a dark sword that shined an even darker black. It was a double edged blade with a curved guard and a red gem buried in the hilt.
   Freeza looked down and punched the ground. "Not like this! I won't lose again!" He yelled, summoning ki into his hand and aiming it at the stranger. "Die!" He screamed as he fired the purple energy.
   The stranger smirked and dodged easily, speeding towards Freeza as he raised the sword. Freeza's eyes widened as the stranger swung the sword, effectively ending Freeza's existence. As Freeza's body collapsed, the stranger stood straight up, sliding the sword into a sheath on his hip. "So sad. At least his energy will be used for something worthwhile. The end of this universe, and then all the others." He said as he stared off into nothing.
King Kai's Place
   Goku's eyes snapped open and he turned away from the house and stared into Hell. "Kakarot, did you feel that?" Vegeta asked as he walked up next to him.
   "That power level. It's so intense. And I felt another strong one drop off like it had been destroyed." Goku said as his eyes narrowed.
   "It wasn't destroyed. It was absorbed." Beerus said as he took a bite of his pudding. "That Freeza character just disappeared, and the energy of the person who beat him nearly doubled in strength."
   "That power is enough to rival yours my Lord. That could be a problem for us." Whis said from the seat next to him.
   Beerus literally spit his pudding out. "How dare you say someone could rival my power?! I'm a Destroyer God. There is no fighter who could rival me!"
   "Uh, Lord Beerus? I could rival you." Goku said nervously and Beerus turned to him.
   "I will blast you into oblivion if you speak again." He said darkly and Goku actually jumped.
   "Sorry Lord Beerus!" He said and Krillin laughed.
   "It's still so weird to see Goku being respectful. But still, that power is incredible. I hope it's on the good side." He said and Piccolo sighed.
   "Don't get your hopes up. When has there ever been a strong fighter randomly appearing to fight for the good guys?" He asked.
   "Trunks came from the future. Doesn't that count?" He asked, only to hear yelling from the house.
   "Impossible! There is no way he's back! He died thousands of years ago!" King Kai yelled as he ran towards the Destroyer God. "Lord Beerus! You have to stop that energy now!"
   "What? Why should I listen to a lowly Kai like you? I'm a God you know." Beerus said as he leapt out of his chair.
   "Because if you don't, the entire universe could be destroyed!" King Kai yelled and everyone's gaze snapped towards him.
   "What are you talking about?" Gohan asked as he walked towards them.
   "That isn't just some strong energy source! That's Gazu!" He shouted at Gohan, who backed away nervously.
   "Impossible. Gazu's soul was destroyed. I made sure of it myself." Beerus said cockily.
   "That does feel like his energy My Lord. Shouldn't we at least investigate?" Whis asked and Beerus sighed.
   "Goku?"
   "Yes Lord Beerus?" Goku asked, perking up instantly.
   "You and the blue haired one go check it out. If it is him, the sword skills will come in handy." Beerus said with a sigh and Goku cheered.
   "Woohoo! Come on Trunks!" He said as he ran towards the boy.
   "G-Goku! Calm down! I'm coming!" Trunks said as he grabbed his sword.
   "Hurry up! This guy sounds really strong and I wanna meet him!" Goku whined and Krillin laughed again.
Earth
   "What was that?" Kikaro asked as he stopped mid-attack.
   Angel, Ash, and Levi also stopped and turned to him. "What was what?" Angel asked and Kikaro looked around, confused.
   "It was like a surge of power that disappeared as quick as it came." He said and Levi scoffed.
   "Stop getting distracted. We're trying to fight." He said, annoyed.
   "Stop arguing you two! There's something important happening!" A voice said, seemingly, inside their heads.
   "Agh!" The girl with blonde hair screamed to their left.
   "Who are you?!" Angel yelled.
   "Calm down Sakura! Angel! My name is King Kai. I watch over your section of the universe and keep pure-hearted warriors here forever. All of your ancestors are here as we speak." The voice, King Kai, said and they looked up.
   "Is this about that energy surge I felt?" Kikaro asked and they actually heard King Kai do some weird yell.
   "How did you feel that?! That energy source came from Hell! You know what, never mind. Bulma's Dragon Radar should be at Capsule Corp. Check for objects 300 years old and around that."
   "Why should we do anything for you?" Levi asked and King Kai sighed.
   "Clearly you are one of Vegeta's descendent's. Always want to be rude. That energy source is Gazu. He's a warrior from thousands of years ago capable of draining energy from those with evil hearts. A few of your ancestors are going to try and stop him, but that might not be enough. Hurry and collect the Dragon Balls!"
   King Kai ended the telepathy and the teens looked at each other. "Anybody know what the Dragon Radar looks like?" Katrina asked and they shrugged.
   "We'll figure it out when we get to Capsule Corp. Let's go!" Kikaro said as he took to the sky.
   "Wait for us!" Angel shouted as he followed after him. Levi and Ash sighed before leaping after them.
   "Come on Katrina!" Sakura said as she flew after them, Katrina on her heels.
Hell
   Goku and Trunks appeared in Hell, Goku looking around quickly. "Where is he? I wanna fight him!"
   "Could it be? Is that Goku? And Trunks too. My, what a fabulous day. I get to fight two of earth's greatest warriors. Quite the honor." A voice said from their left and they turned.
   The man was roughly around the same height as Goku with lighter skin and jet black hair that spiked in different directions, much like Goku's. "Wow, he looks like a Saiyan!" Trunks said and the man laughed.
   "That is correct. I am Gazu of planet Vegeta. I don't know how much the Kais told you, but they seem to have left that part out. Which Kai sent you, if I may ask?" Gazu asked and Goku smiled.
   "King Kai! Do you know him?" He asked and Trunks frowned.
   "Now isn't the time Goku. They told us to stop him." He said and Gazu chuckled.
   "You might as well keep talking boy. Trust me when I say that you won't stop me." He said as he took his stance, raising both fists in front of his face in a boxer's stance.
   Goku dropped his smile and took his stance as well. "Don't bet on it." Trunks took his stance as well, but Goku held a hand up. "Give me five minutes. Then you can join."
   "But Goku-" He started but was interrupted by a glare from Goku.
   "That's an order Trunks." He said and Trunks hesitated before nodding. Goku turned back towards Gazu with a smile. "Now, let's get started." He said as his hair turned golden and his eyes green.
   "Hmm, so you can go Super Saiyan? That makes this more interesting." Gazu said as his own hair took on the familiar golden glow. "Two can play at that game."
   Goku leapt forward, striking out and meeting Gazu's knuckles. They both smirked and started firing punch after punch at each other. Trunks could only watch in awe. No matter how many times he saw Goku fight, it was still amazing.
   They continued striking, neither able to land a strong blow on the other. After a few moments, Goku leapt back and smirked. "Guess I'll have to take it up to three!" He said as his hair extended and hung near his legs.
   Gazu smirked and took his stance again. "If you think it'll help." He said as a dark red aura surrounded him. "Then I'll go and use my own transformation."
   Trunks eyed him with fear as Goku smirked. "A transformation other than Super Saiyan? You don't have a tail, so it can't be the Great Ape form. What's it called?"
   Gazu smirked as his eyes started fading to black. "I like to call it Demon Saiyan!" He shouted as the area around him collapsed from the energy being summoned.
   Trunks and Goku stared as Gazu's energy signature was replaced completely by the blood red aura. His eyes went completely black, with the irises changing to a matching blood red. His hair actually turned black again, which somehow made it seem far more sinister.
   "Woah! How is that possible?!" Trunks yelled and Gazu smirked, although his teeth were sharpened and just made him seem scarier.
   "It's basically the equivalent of your Super Saiyan 3, with a touch of my demonic powers blending in." He said and Trunks started visibly sweating.
   Goku smirked and leapt forward, striking out at Gazu's face. Gazu smirked in return and caught the fist in his hand. He threw Goku back and leapt forward, launching his own punch. Goku blocked it and they engaged in another rapid strike duel, neither seemingly able to best the other.
   "He's perfectly on par with Goku, even in Super Saiyan 3. Just how strong is he?" Trunks thought to himself, as they separated again.
   "Any other transformations I should know about?" Goku asked with a smirk.
   "Just one, but it should suffice." Gazu said as he dropped his stance. "I call it... Ultra Demon Saiyan!" He screamed, his power growing exponentially. His eyes turned pitch black, as did the aura surrounding him. He grew strange horns and even a demonic tail, something that chilled Trunks to the core.
   "I-it's so dark! How can someone's energy be that bad!" He thought as he backed away.
   Goku smirked and started powering up as well. "That's pretty strong. And appropriately named. This is called Super Saiyan God." Goku said as his hair and eyes turned red, along with his aura. "And this is Super Saiyan Blue!" He shouted as it all changed to blue. "And just to make sure, I think I'll kick it up as far as it can go. Kaioken!" He screamed, and a red aura surrounded the blue. "X10!" He screamed and the red aura amplified, sending Trunks flying back while Gazu smirked.
   "That is mighty powerful. If only you weren't so good. That would no doubt make me the strongest in the universe. Let's try and end this quickly." He said as he leapt forward, too fast for Trunks eyes to follow.
   "S-so fast!" He thought to himself.
   Goku leapt forward, slamming his fist into Gazu's stomach. Gazu cried out and Goku smirked. "That Ultra Demon form may match Super Saiyan Blue, but it can't keep up when it's combined with the Kaioken!" He said as he reared his other hand back and punched Gazu straight back.
   Gazu stumbled and smiled. "I didn't think I would have to use this move ever again." He said as he raised one hand over his head. "Demonic Absorption!" He shouted, and dark energy started swirling in his palm, quickly extending to the size of a small building.
   "What's that?!" Trunks shouted and Gazu smirked.
   "The energy of all the demons and evilness of Hell. And now, absorb!" He yelled as it shrunk back to the size of baseball. He slammed it against his chest and cried out as it merged with his body.
   "His power keeps growing! T-that shouldn't be possible!" Trunks shouted and Goku frowned. Goku quickly started gathering his energy for one final attack.
   Gazu smirked after he had fully absorbed the ball and turned to Goku. "Where's the cockiness now? That is only about as equal as your current form. Don't tell me you're scared."
   Goku took a stance with his hands cupped at his sides. "Ka... Me... Ha..."
   "What are you doing?" Gazu asked. He couldn't see the ball of energy gathered in Goku's hands.
   "Me... Ha!" Goku yelled as he brought his hands forward, sending the beam flying towards Gazu.
   Gazu's eyes widened and he caught the beam in his hands. "T-this power!" He yelled as he struggled against the beam.
   Goku poured everything he had into the beam and yelled. "X4!" He screamed and the beam turned a dark red, pushing Gazu further back.
   "Agh!" Gazu yelled before disappearing.
   Goku powered down to his base form and looked around. "Where'd he go?" He asked and Trunks looked around.
   "He's gone. Quick, let's get back to King Kai and tell the others what happened." Trunks said and Goku nodded, grabbing Trunks and bringing two fingers to his forehead. A few seconds later and they were gone.
   Gazu crept out of his hiding place and stared at where they had been with a smirk. "That was the strongest man in the universe, and I was able to go toe to toe with only the power of Freeza. At this rate, I'll only need to absorb Cell and I'll destroy the universe." He said as started laughing evilly.

3517 words! Woo! What do you think? It will be told mostly from Kikaro's point of view, but I did the first chapter like this to build the drama. Also, please don't laugh at the names. I know that both Kikaro and Gazu are very close to Kakarot and Goku, something that was completely unintentional, but can you blame me for coming up with stupid sounding names? Names are hard enough, try doing anime names. Either way, I hope you like it. And don't worry, it gets better.
