Chapter 8: Battle Lover War:

"Lord Hireashi! They're here..."
"Good, let them come in...but make sure to separate them all from each other!"
"Of course..."
"Oh...and show them Caerula Adamas...and then kill them."

"Yes sir!"

Scarlet looked around, the school looked different now...he wondered how they would even get inside. "So...uh...how are we getting inside?" He asked as clueless as ever and Vesta pointed at an opening. "Looks like we have a welcoming party."

Sulfur rolled his eyes, "Yeah, and it's probably a trap!" "I don't care! Let's go inside!" Scarlet yelled and began to march forward. Epinard rolled his eyes and grabbed the back of his collar. "Yumoto."

"Hey!!! Let go!" Scarlet pouted and Cerulean shook his head. "I agree with the others. We shouldn't fall into their damn trap."

"But we need to save the Student Council!!" Scarlet yelled and tried to pull away from Epinard's grip. "We can't just stand here though!"

"I know! But we need a logical plan." Epinard sighed and Scarlet looked at him. "We're strong...we can just walk in there and destroy whatever they throw at us!"

They nodded and Scarlet smiled, "For the world...we will risk our lives!" He turned to the door and pointed at it. "As the leader of the Battle Lovers, I will lead you all...to victory!" He smiled wider and the five of them ran into the school.

Scarlet looked around as he saw how dark and eerie the school had now looked. Did...they change the whole interior of the school so they could get lost easier? He frowned at that thought and shook his head slightly.

"Where even are we at?" Vesta asked and Sulfur looked around, "It seems like we're close to our club room."

"How can you tell?" Scarlet asked, "It's dark and everything seems different to me!"

Epinard sighed, "It's just...we know where our clubroom is at...but where would he be...?"

Scarlet looked up and gasped, "I know where they are!" He began to run away from them and Epinard gasped, "Scarlet! Wait!!"

The four of them ran after him and Scarlet led them into what looked like the gymnasium. He gasped as he saw the three of them...they were transformed and Aurite turned to him.

Scarlet's eyes widened as he saw the dullness in his eyes. "They're...they're...they're under someone's control..." he whispered and Epinard looked at him. "I'll take care of him, Scarlet." He stated as he pushed Scarlet behind him. "S-Senpai...?"

Vesta smirked, "Then I'll take on Gero-kun." He walked in front of Scarlet and Cerulean walked up also, "I'll fight Arima then. Sulfur...take Scarlet out of here..."

"You forgot about me..."

"You!" Sulfur growled, "We won't let you kill Scarlet!"

"Then I'll just have to kill all of you Battle Lovers off one by one!"

"Scarlet...get out of here." Sulfur growled and Scarlet shook his head. "NO! I won't run!"

"Every time you haven't ran! He almost killed you before!"

"Sulfur-senpai...I'll be fine! I'll transform into More Better Battle Lover Scarlet!" Scarlet smiled and Sulfur shook his head. "No. If you do and you pass out, he'll kill you."

Scarlet looked at Sulfur and looked down in shame. "I'm useless then..."

Sulfur looked away...he didn't know how Epinard could handle Scarlet at all. This kid made him stress out to no end.

"Caerula Adamas! Bring me Battle Lover Scarlet!" He yelled and Perlite smiled as he jumped in front of Scarlet. "Hand him over Sulfur." He growled and Scarlet looked at him. "P-please...stop this...!"

"No." Was all Perlite responded with and Sulfur gasped as Perlite grabbed onto Scarlet's bow. The four Battle Lovers stopped what they were doing as the watched in horror as Scarlet cried out.

"Bring him to me, Perlite."

Perlite smiled as he brought Scarlet over. Scarlet looked at him and winced in pain. "A-Akoya-kun..." He whispered and Perlite dropped him. "D-Don't look at me like that!" He screamed, "YOU ALWAYS LOOK AT US LIKE THAT!"

"Huh...? What do you mean?" Scarlet asked and Perlite looked away. "You always look at me with damn sympathy! I DON'T NEED YOUR SYMPATHY!" He screamed and Arima walked up to him. "Calm down..." "D-don't tell me to c-calm down..." He whispered and Arima grabbed his hand.

Scarlet gasped...Arima's eyes looked normal...was...was he actually never on Tungsten's side...? "A-Arima..."

"Don't cry or get upset...it makes you look like the ones you hate..." Arima smiled and Perlite blushed.
Scarlet smiled as Perlite's eyes brightened and Perlite turned to Tungsten. "You...!" He yelled and Aurite shook his head. "What happened...?"

"I knew you Caerula Adamas couldn't be trusted!" Tungsten screamed and Scarlet smirked, "The power of love can't be broken!"

Tungsten growled and looked at Scarlet. "Lord Hireashi warned me about you...but...your brother isn't here to protect you this time!" He laughed and Scarlet growled. "Then you don't know my secret to defeating you!"

"Everyone! Give Scarlet some of your power!" Epinard yelled and Tungsten gasped as they all began to glow different colors.

He watched as a bright light filled the area and Scarlet's outfit turned white.

"Tungsten!"
"Y-yes, Lord Hireashi!"
"Kill Battle Lover Scarlet with the true powers I have given you!"

"Yes sir..."

Epinard gasped as the darkness tried to push out the light, and he turned to Aurite. The same thing that was happening...was what happened when Aurite transformed into his 'true self'.

"Scarlet! Be careful!" Aurite yelled, "He's using the true powers that we received from Hireashi and Zundar!"

Scarlet nodded and Tungsten began to laugh maniacally. "I will finally kill you! I'll have you begging for mercy!"

Scarlet growled and clutched at his love stick. He held up his, "Then our powers combine as one!" He closed his eyes as heard all the others call out their attack names and he smiled as he grabbed the longer staff.

"Even if I die...I will defeat you in the name of love!" Scarlet screamed and Tungsten growled as he held out the long staff that Hireashi had given him. He broke the orb off of it and growled.

"DIE BATTLE LOVER SCARLET!"

"SCARLET LUMIERE!"
