Backstory: Julian was just an ordinary teenager, until following the death of his father at the hands of the inner-circle's leader, Vladimir Makarov. Julian developed a vengeful persona towards Vladimir and the rest of the inner circle. 

He then recruited his own team (Leon Stone, Jessica Watson, Loretta Young, Alessandra/outrider, He Zhen-Zhen/Seraph and David Wilkes/prophets.) To join him on his quest to terminate Makarov for what he has done... He then was invited by Special Elite Force that could help him locate Makarov and the others.

Likes: His family, teammates, his girlfriend (Elaina), his friends, his armor, his weapons, his suit, finding members of the inner circle and killing them, and always complete his mission 

Dislikes: Makarov, The inner circle, his teammates getting hurt, his girlfriend getting abused or harassed, and failing his mission
