A month later after The Rainbow Squads had fought Adrienne, the princess of Negativity, and found the Rainbow Crystal Hearts shards, they were following Iris into the park with their animal guides in tow. Iris herself was the Princess of the Kingdom of Positivity that had been overrun by Adrienne and her father Lucifer. The two wanted to destroy the Rainbow Crystal Heart and make earth just like Iris's kingdom which was currently in ruins.

"Hey Iris, what do you want to show us?" Jake asked.

"You'll see. I have a feeling you all are going to like it!" Iris exclaimed.

"Yeah Jake I know where we're going, and you all are going to love it!" Paccia exclaimed excitedly.

"Yeah I haven't been there in a long time, It'sss going to be ssso much fun when we get there," Kate explained.

"It would be fun if we knew where we're going," Josh said, a bit nervous about this.

"Don't worry guys, you're going to love it!" Iris exclaimed.

"Well I have to go shopping later for groceries so let's hurry up," Jane explained.

"Okay we're here now!" Iris exclaimed before stopping and turning to face her friends.

"Um Iris, where are we exactly?" Eirck asked, confused.

"Yeah all I see is more forest," Jake said, confused.

"Hehe, you'll see, just hold on to my hand," Iris said she then put her hands out.

Despite everyone being confused, they all piled their hands onto Iris's hand, next thing they knew, a rainbow light surrounded them, and they instantly started flying up into the clouds. Everyone screamed in fear as they flew up into the sky. Josh was so scared that he'd started to scream and cry as jumped into the arms of the person closest to him. Soon they all stopped flying up in the air and their feet settled on soft ground.

"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" Josh kept on screaming as he still thought they were flying.

"Josh we're fine so can you stop screaming and get off me?" Jane asked as she was the one Josh jumped onto.

Josh then opened his eyes and saw that they were not flying anymore. He felt pretty embarrassed that he was on Jane so he got off of her.

"Sorry Jane, I kinda went into panic mode there," Josh explained, shaken and trying to calm down.

"Why did you freak out like that Josh?" Umang asked curiously.

"Well Umang I'm scared of heights also I didn't expect us to go in the air like that," Josh explained, still shaken a little.

"Well you're going to have to get over that fear because of where this place is," Akira explained.

"Um, why and where are we?" Josh asked, confused.

"Um, I think you'll get your answer if you look out to the horizon," Jake explained.

Everyone else looked in the same direction where Jake was and saw the whole city from where they were. Josh then looked down to the ground and saw that it ended on a puffy cloud. He walked a bit closer to the edge and saw that they were on a cloud higher up then any of the skyscrapers in the city. When he saw that he backed away from the ledge as seeing how high up they were made him feel sick to his stomach.

"Um Lila is Josh alright?" Faith asked.

"Yeah he's fine like he said he's just scared of heights and seeing how high up we are, it'll make him feel nauseous if he looks down from where we are," Lila explained.

"Ah okay good to know that," Faith said.

"So Iris what is this place?" Ed asked.

"Where Apollo and I have been living on earth for the past two years!" Iris exclaimed before stepping aside and showing her friends her home.

The gang all gasped as they saw Iris's house in their world. The place was two stories high, was painted white with a cloud like structure, had a rainbow above it, and a garden with multiple flowers that were either fully colored rainbows or where just one color of the rainbow.

Iris started leading her friends up to the front door and opened it up allowing them to go inside her house. When the gang got in they were amazed by what was inside more than they were outside. The house had many colors within its furniture, the cushions were made of clouds and the carpets even had rainbow colors.

"Wow Iris, your house is so amazing!" Jenny exclaimed.

"You all should've seen our kingdom, it was the most amazing thing anyone would've ever seen in all their life," Dillon added sadly as he remembered his old home fondly.

"Hey Dillon we'll get your home back soon. Lucifer will regret what he did to your kingdom," Jenny reassured Dillon while patting his head lightly.

"Thanks Jenny, that means a lot to me," Dillon said.

"That means a lot to all of us," Amanda added, gratefully.

"So Iris, why did you want us here anyway?" Hannah asked.

"Apollo and I will explain over some rainbow juice and ice cream," Iris said before snapping her fingers. Just then clouds appeared under everyone and floated them all up to a cloud table.

"Wow! Iris, can you alert us when something like this happens?" Josh asked, a bit startled by what just happened.

"Sorry it's just been such a long time since I've had company here. Before my family and I would come here for a vacation and watch over earth and our people who came here," Iris explained.

"Wait what? Some of your people came here?" Jake asked, surprised.

"Yeah some of the people from my kingdom would come here and they even ended up staying as they fell in love with some of the humans here on earth," Iris explained.

"Yeah I remember how they'd invite us and the rest of the royal family from home to the wedding ceremony, it was so sweet!" Paccia exclaimed.

"Well what happened to them, are they alright?" Jane asked.

"Um, I don't know, after Lucifer took over my kingdom everyone who lived there was dragged back there by his shadows and he also erased them out of the memories of their loved ones," Iris explained as she looked down sadly.

When the gang heard that they felt awful for those who came to earth from Iris's kingdom, as they possibly had a happy life here and that was all taken away from them.

"Wow I knew Lucifer was a horrible, cruel person but I didn't think he was the devil, to take away the memories of loved ones," Jenny said.

"Jenny, his name is Lucifer and from what I know from the horror folklore I've read about, Lucifer is the personification of evil," Jane explained.

"Yeah it's true. It's also one of the most sinful names in christianity," Lila explained.

Hannah looked over at Iris and noticed the sad look on her face, so she decided to try to change the subject to cheer Iris up. "So Iris, when are we going to get that rainbow ice cream and juice?" Hannah asked.

"Huh? Oh yeah, Apollo, is the juice almost done?" Iris called out to Apollo.

"Yes It is, I'm coming down with it now and I'll explain everything about what happened with the amulets," Apollo explained. He soon came flying down with the juice and ice cream on his open tail. Once he was on the table he gave out the ice cream and juice to everyone by showing them their bowls and cups that were on his tail. The Squads all took their food and then their animal guides all ran up to Apollo happy to see him again.

"Apollo! It's so good to see you again. How have you been?" Amaara asked.

"I've been fine, Just helping Iris learn new spells while we were here looking for The Squads, and I'm happy to see that you all have made here on earth," Apollo explained.

"Well it wasssn't essay we had a lot of bumpsss along the way here," Kate explained.

"Yeah and I almost got caught by some of those nasty shadows but I managed to get here just fine!" Paccia explained.

"That's good to know, but we have more important things to discuss such as why the shards merged with the amulets," Apollo said then sat down on the table.

The other animal guides did the same and went back to their prospective squad and either sat on them or next to them, depending on how big they were.

"So Apollo what happened with the shards, and how on earth did the red one end up in me?" Hannah asked, still very confused about everything.

"Well you see due to the amount of time the shards have been apart from each other they became very weak being all alone for so long. The shards have to be together in order for them to be strong enough to unite as the heart, but they've been apart for so long that they need to regain their energy inorder to form the heart again," Apollo explained.

"Okay that answers that but why merge with our amulets?" Josh asked as he pointed to his amulet.

"Well you all using your powers together along with feeling your positive emotions gives the shards the strength they need to reunite with each other once again. That's why it's important you all don't just fight as individuals but as a team, as apart you all are weak but together you're all stronger," Apollo explained.

"Okay well that's another answer, but one last question: why was the red Shard in Hannah?" Ed asked while pointing over to Hannah.

"That I can't answer yet," Apollo said.

"What?! But you said you'd explain everything to us!" Jenny exclaimed.

"Yeah Apollo what the heck?!" Eirck exclaimed a bit annoyed with the lack of an answer to the last question.

"I said I'd explain everything I know, but for this, I've never seen any of the shards merge with a human's heart. I didn't even know they could do that so I don't have a solid answer right now," Apollo explained.

The group all sighed and leaned back in their chairs frustrated with the lack of an answer to the question they all were running through their heads.

"Hey now dont worry I will get the answer you all are looking for soon, but for now you all just relax and enjoy the treat Iris and I have prepared for you all," Apollo reassured The Squads.

The Squads all looked at each other before nodding their heads and grabbing their spoons to start enjoying the ice cream. Josh was the first to try the ice cream, and once he put his first spoon full in his mouth his taste buds were overwhelmed with flavor. He then ditched the spoon and shoved the whole bowl in his face and ate the icecream incredibly fast.

"Wowow! Bro don't eat it too fast or else you're gonna get a-!" Lila was explaining but was cut off when Josh started screaming and holding his head.

"AHHHH! BRAIN FREEZE BRAIN FREEZE! AGH BUT HOLY COW WAS THAT ICE CREAM GOOD!" Josh screamed as he leaned back in his cloud chair while holding his head.

Everyone started laughing at him for how silly he looked, once Josh recovered from his brain freeze he started laughing at himself.

"Hehe Dude when are you ever going to learn to not shove ice cream in your face?" Erick asked.

"Never! I love doing it and the pain is worth it!" Josh exclaimed while putting his fist up before putting it back down and laying back till his brain freeze wore off.

Iris smiled happy that Josh enjoyed the ice cream and began eating her own bowl of ice cream, along with everyone else. Once the rest of The Squads ate the ice cream they understood why Josh shoved it in his face as it was so good.

"Wow this is the bomb Iris!" Jake exclaimed.

"Yeah I've never had something so good in all my life!" Jenny exclaimed.

"Yeah, I've had some pretty gosh darn good food before but this is amazing!" Ed exclaimed.

"Aww thanks guys, I'm glad you all like it!" Iris exclaimed happily.

Everyone smiled happy that Iris was happy again, and they were now even more determined than ever to save her kingdom.

Meanwhile in the shadow realm, Adrienne was in her father's room looking at his sleeping body as he recharged his energy. She was gripping onto a shadow spear tightly and angrily as she was still mad that the Rainbow Squads made her look like a fool. After a moment Adrienne screamed in anger and threw the spear to the nearby wall.

"AHHHH! THOSE STUPID SQUADS! MAKING ME LOOK LIKE A FOOL, LIKE I'M WEAK, AND BLASTING ME WITH ALL THAT POSITIVITY! AHG!" Adrienne screamed in anger as she started throwing more spears to the wall.

"Adrienne dear relax yourself, you're acting like a child, and you're seventeen remember that," Lucifer said sternly to his daughter.

"Ugh! I just can't accept the fact that those squads made such a fool out of me!" Adrienne explained.

"I know my dear, but I have something that might help you out," Lucifer explained.

"And that is?" Adrienne asked.

"I'll need some more time to create them, but could you send some of our shadow shifters into earth to spy on the squads and collect the negative emotions emitting off of humans?" Lucifer asked.

"Hmm... Sure why not and I'll have them go out and also get us some groceries as well," Adrienne said before leaving the room.

She went into the living quarters and saw some of the Shadow shifters messing around with Shade, Samuel, and Melanie. "HEY SHADOW SHIFTERS!" Adrienne screamed angrily, getting the Shadow Shifters' attention.

The Shadow Shifters looked up to Adrienne and stopped messing around with the three and ran up to her. They all bowed to her as the angry tone in her voice told them if they didn't listen to her she'd destroy them.

"Yes Miss Adrienne?" they all asked in unison.

"How many times do I have to tell you all to mess around with your superior?" Adrienne asked angrily.

"Sorry Miss Adrienne, we won't do it again," the Shadow Shifters all replied.

"Good now I have a task for you all. Lucifer needs you all to go to earth and collect the negativity from the humans on earth and spy on the Rainbow Squads for me, oh and pick up some groceries as well," Adrienne explained as she handed them a list.

"Yes mam we won't let you two down," the Shadow Shifters answered. They each then turned into a different human, took the list and headed off to earth to complete their tasks.

Back On Earth, The Squads were heading to a local convenience store to help Jane pick up the groceries for her house.

"So Jane, what's the store we're going to?" Iris asked.

"Well I think the company that made it was lazy with the name as they called it The Store," Jane explained.

"Wait what?!" Erick said, confused and surprised.

"Yeah love that's the name they went for," Jane said.

"Wow okay I can come up with a lot of better names than that and I'm pretty lazy already," Josh explained.

"Yeah bro," Lila said in agreement.

Soon they arrived at The Store and they were amazed that a company that put a lot of work into this came up with such a lazy name.

"Well love, what do you need from here?" Erick asked.

"Eggs, cheese, bread, milk, ketchup, and my mom said I could get something for myself," Jane explained.

"Hey, why don't we have a slumber party over at Iris's place!?" Jenny suggested.

"Wait really?! I haven't had a sleepover in a long time!" Iris exclaimed.

"Well we don't have school for the next week as the Springfield Valentine's Day festival is coming up," Ed said.

"Um what's that?" Paccia asked.

"It's the festival that our city has every year to celebrate Valentine's Day. There are a lot of things that happen at the festival, games, foods, and the love parade!" Josh exclaimed excitedly for the festival.

"Wow, that sounds like a lot of fun! I wanna go there!" Umang exclaimed with his tail wagging like crazy.

"Hehe, I know, boy and we all will go there," Josh said while patting Umang on the head.

"You know a festival like this will help out a lot with the red shard," Amanda said, surprising everyone.

"Why do you say that Amanda?" Hannah asked.

"Well with all the love in the air your amulet will absorb the love radiating from the humans around you allowing it to become stronger," Amanda explained.

"Wow, that's cool!" Hannah said while looking at her amulet.

"Hey what about the rest of us?" Jake asked.

"Your amulets will do the same thing, as long as the emotion they represent is radiating off of a human near you," Apollo explained.

"Well let's go in and get done with my shopping list," Jane said.

"Hey I could get some snacks for the slumber party!" Josh suggested.

"And I can take care of the entertainment!" Jake also suggested.

"That sounds like a great idea! Oh and I can help out with that! I'm so excited this is going to be the first slumber party I had in a long time!" Iris exclaimed excitedly.

Everyone then headed into The Store to get what they needed; however, they failed to notice the Shadow Shifter watching them from a distance.

"Hmm Adrienne would love to hear this," the first Shifter who looked like an adult male said.

"Yes she would indeed Shifter one," another one who looked like a teenage boy said.

"Indeed A festival where so much love is in the air would be perfect for her to ruin as it would greatly weaken the Squad's Amulets," the last Shifter who looked like a teenage girl said.

"Now let's go tell her!" the Shifter that looked like a teen boy said.

However, the one who looked like a man grabbed his arm and said, "First we need to do what we were sent here for, the negativity and the groceries. You know she'll destroy us if we come back to her empty handed."

"Right, I don't want to be destroyed today, especially since Adrienne is still in a bad mood from when the Rainbow Squads weakened her," the Shifter teen boy said.

The Shifters then went inside The Store to get both Negative energy and the items that were on the list for their masters.
