Clatter.. A sounds of footsteps echoing the empty silent halls of hospital. Clatter clatter... Two figures wearing white coat walking side by side. "I'm sorry for troubling you with this request, Kaharui-sensei.." The angelic voice that belong to a woman who was holding a clipboard say. "It is okay, A-chan. He is under you after all. I'm understand. Plus, it's a good way to start a second step of revenge."

A deep hoarses voice that belongs to the other figure reply with a kind tone.The said guy has his left hand in a pocket while the other holding a burning cigarette, totally in carefree manner. A small wave of breeze coming from the open windows, swinging the woman pink hairs. They stop walking and facing each other as the pink haired woman giving a small smile to the said, Kaharui-sensei. "Thank you.... Cousin Haruno Kaharui."

SAKURA POV

"W-what are you doing here?!!" A ugly finger pointing at me in the face is not a very pleasant thing to start my beautiful day, especially coming for an ugly bitch that like to yell like a freaking horse, even a horse is cuter that her. I push her finger with the pen I was holding. "Please respect your supervisor, Uzumaki-san." I write down about her behavior on the clipboard before look at the confuse Hidan.

I smirk. "As I am here today because first, to check on your works as a doctor in konoha with under Otokage orders before officially give you the nations doctor license.." Hidan eyes widen. "I.... I will finally get it?" I smile and nod my head. "What the hell is nations doctor license?!" My eyes twitching while Hidan give un-amused face. "Are you seriously being a doctor without knowing this?"

The red haired bitch roll her eyes as she cross her arms. "Why should I know? A doctor is a doctor after working in a hospital. Not like you, run away like a coward." Ch.. She don't even know about this? Is she even a doctor? And since when I run? I'm climbing top over the mountains to reach my successful life!  "I don't know you are that stupid, Uzumaki-San. You are so funny."

I pretended to wiped the tears of joy. "Yes, you are a doctor in your village or in wars but are you one when you are outside the village without wars? He.. I bet you only help Uchiha-San when you are outside the village.." I smirk at her. "With this license, you can get to walk in and out the gates of every nations even you are an enemy of them." I can see a spark in his eyes when talking about it.

"The doctor that hold this license have every leaders trust by doing their jobs, putting aside of their hatred completely fills the roles as a doctor. . They also knows as The Light." Hidan unconsciously smile but my face turn serious. "But you need to remember Hidan, only if you pass to treating this patient illness..." As if the signal, the door is open and four figure come through it.

Three of them are pushing a bed continue into the surgery room. A figure with red hairs walk closer to us. "Sasori, is everything ready?" He nod, motion the other three to stay with the patient and prepare before look at Hidan. "You are very greedy." He said, only make Hidan smirk back at him. You guys must be not understand what he was saying, but I do. Hidan, he have change a lot.

Yes, sometimes he does cursing like always but he keep is low too. But, he is greedy for the tastes of acknowledge. Fighting, manipulating, medicals and you name it. He want to have it. "What the hell?! This is not the patient that should be surgery!" The bitch yell. Goddammit!! No need to yell!! We have patient here!! I look at the clipboard. "His name is Doukichi Akagari, 39 years old, traveling ninja."

"He is e patient that I personally checked before but have been transferred in konoha a few days ago because his family was here. Kaharui-sensei is the one who responsibility on him." I tell them. "He would be his patient then!! Why should I was the one who does the surgery?! And why didn't I know about this transfers?!" I narrow my eyes. I doubt it will be you who finish the surgery.

And you're not that high to know about classified information. "Only a few people knew about this and you're not one of them." She glare me before look away. "Your tasks now to make the unbelievable surgery went successful without any systems failure on him." Sasori say from my next. "Heh.. Easy. I will just give him my blood and he is all fine." The bitchy Karin flip her hairs, narrowing my eyes.

"No, it's not that easy." I flip the paper and write down. "As you can see, Doukichi have no physical wound on outside of his body." I look at them. "Does it means..." I smirk at the realization that hit on Hidan face. "What? Does it meant what?!" I ignore her. "Yes, like what you thought.. Doukichi have problem inside his body. If letting, it would be the end of him." Sasori sigh. "Every living with die after all."

He mutter make me smirk. Well, it's different for me and Nagato.... Soon. I look at the patient. It's like a suicide mission but I know Hidan can do this.. But it's not that easy. I also know that bitch will run away if anything happens to this patient. Doukichi, after all, have an unknown disease that I have been experimenting on.. And it be bloody.

*Time Skip*

That surgery is so worth it!! I smirk as I look at the  furious face of so called Tsunade freaking Senju. "Kaharui-sensei!! Why did you approve a surgery for an unknown disease?!!" The Senju yells, the said man yawns like no care. "Listen to me!!" She slams her hands on the table. "Sit down, Tsunade!!" A familiar voice say with high and deep voice. Every eyes went to the belonging.

"The second's Hokage, Tobirama Senju and his brother, the first's Hokage, Hashirama Senju, your grandfather would be ashamed with your attitude."  I almost laugh at this. They already are.. "Danzo.." Another voice begin but cut off, I must say, rudely but who cares? "No, Koharu. Tsunade have no right to be angry at Kaharui-sensei."

As you can guess, Kaharui and I was with Konoha Council and the supposed Hokage. I smirk at Papa, knowing what he get at.. "Tsunade, are you aware of your position right now?" He ask. "What do you getting at, Danzo?" An old man stare. "Homura, I ask you, what the Kages job?" The old man named Homura narrow his eyes, annoyingly but he don't understand, not his fault actually.

"A Kage oversees the activities of their village, from sending ninja on mission to..." His eyes widen. Papa smirk as he continue the words. "Making the hard decisions regarding the safety of their people. Do you understand now?" Tsunade look confused make both me and Kaharui chuckled. "You don't know this but the highest ranked doctor knew..." She look at Kaharui but I finish it.

"Doukichi Akagari is not someone from your village, which means he is not your people." I give her my best smile ever. The look on her face is funny as fuck. "B-b-but as the medic, the unknown method  that you use are dangerous!! And what do you meant by the highest ranked doctor?! I am the best medicals ninja!!" Ouh, I see.. She's in hallucinations and still dreaming.. Poor woman.

"It's been along years, Tsunade. Stop.. Your days have end." Koharu sigh. "So much have change and there's people who more powerful than the Kages themselves." A voice from my next say. "Sakura herself is one of them." As I have been introduce, I bow my head, ignore the shock face of Tsunade then I sigh before look at her.

"Koharu-sama, Homura-sama, Danzo-sama.. I don't think Tsunade understand with my method here. Even though, you have seen it yourself perfectly clear that the patient is fine." I chuckled. "Since you don't know what we against here, I tell you.." I look at Kaharui, signal him to read the report.

He look over the clipboard. "Doukichi Akagari, 39, travelling ninja, suffered from an unknown disease that are now called as Chagas disease, caused by the parasite Trypanosoma cruzi, which is transmitted to animals and people by insect vectors and was found only in a certain places, which it's rare to happens." He flip the paper. "The responsibility doctor, Karin Uzumaki..."

His eyes went to Tsunade for a sec before continue. "Have run away from the surgery room at the critical time and causing panic, leaving four doctor in training." He look at all the eldest in the eyes before say. "Since Hidan is higher than the other three, he need to hold the responsibility for what happens to the patient." The eldest nod in understanding make me feel proud of what Hidan have done.

"He immediately acted with the help of three doctors in training for his aide. The operations have been done with the Batista method, it was too complicated for the newbies but for someone who have an acknowledges of it will managed to successful." He finish and nod at me, I nod back. "Thank you, Kaharui-sensei." I look at Tsunade. "And now about the method.."

My eyelids lowered as my eyes look sharply at them. "I know it was dangerous but some illness can't be heal only with chakra, Senju-san." I narrow dangerously at her. "Some operations will get really bloody but it doesn't meant that the patient will die." I sigh and close my eyes. "The Batista procedure, or reduction left ventriculoplasty, was an experimental heart procedure..."

I smile to myself when a flash of memories appears. "that proposed the reversal of the effects of remodeling in cases of end-stage dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) refractory to conventional medical therapy." I sigh and look at them, apologize a little. "I will use hard words here but I will explain them you, okay?" Papa chuckled. "As long you comfortable with it."

I smile thankfully at him before continue. "Dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) is a condition in which the heart becomes enlarged and cannot pump blood effectively which can cause the heart failure." They nod understand but Tsunade eyes widen in realization. "So just like chakra, we need blood to continue living. If there's no blood pumping.." I nod at her conclusion.

"He will be good as death." I place both of my hands on my lap with a serious look on my face. "Chagas' disease represents a parasitic nonischemic cardiomyopathy targeting parasympathetic inflow to the heart. Chagas' Cardiomyopathy thus represents a unique method of study of diastolic heart failure." They make some face but stay silent.

"It may be addressed by removal of a portion of viable tissue from the left ventricle to reduce its size (partial left ventriculectomy), with or without repair or replacement of the mitral valve. Plus, some tissue that get infected need to be removed, adding another works after cutting to the heart before close it. I have to say, the procedure was associated with a high early and late failure rate."

I look at Tsunade. "But this is the last option if you are in Hidan condition. As long as his aide trust in him, as long as his will to save the patient is still there, he will continue the operations until in successful. 2 hours? 5 hours? More? Don't care!! We are doctor, need to take a risk to save the patient, with only one in mind.. People life. If they die on our hands, we will labeled as the murderer.."

I clenching my hands. "By ourselves unconscious." The flash of the future-past memories of people's dying in front of me appears. They are... The dead body's... Everywhere. The ground tainted with red color of blood. Screaming of the pain and the post of their precious people. "The guilt that we felt, only eating us alive.."
