"Onee-chan! I will go to Tsuna house to deliver my notes of Math to him!"

"Okay~ make sure to be back at 6 pm or so okay?"

"Kay! I will go now then!"

Soon as Mahiru bid to her sister, she put on her shoes and walk out from the house. Then headed to Tsuna's house to deliver the notes of Math for him to study at least. She now wearing a purple sweater that till her stomach, and a purple little jeans.

It's been a few weeks since that day huh?

Time passed fast, It's been a few weeks since the day where Yamamoto tried to suicide himself in school. Now that's resolved, things were at least peaceful. Lambo, I-pin, Bianci, Haru, Ryouhei and Shamal. They already showed up but she don't know the detail what happen when they showed up. As for Lambo, she have meet him once in coincidence when he's crying. She panicked when she sees Lambo crying and try to look for a candy.

Find a good candy, she buy it and give it to Lambo to make him stopped crying. He then stopped crying and smiled when he eat the candy. Knows he probably lost to Reborn again, she ask where is his home act like she don't know anything.

When he start walking towards 'his' home while Mahiru following him, he's not crying, not angry, and not screaming all the way to Tsuna home. That made her surprised because why is Lambo being so obedient now. After she take him home to Tsuna, Lambo is... kind to her by bowing and thank her smiling, make the girl caught off guard.

About Haru, Bianci, I-pin, and Ryouhei, she's not meet them directly so she's don't know what happen. And for Shamal? He show up in school, almost, ALMOST harrased the brunette but her sister protected her by threatening him. When Shamal showed up, she been go to the rooftop alone to avoid the meeting with him.

Many things happened in this few weeks but, there's more of it, and only few people notice the odds. That is, the fact Mahiru start to rarely play and hangout with the others. Even though in the past she always stick to her sister and follow her around and always hangout with Tsuna, she's not doing that now. In fact, she became alone now. She rarely with them now, she always go to the rooftop alone and eating her lunch alone in there. Of course, everyone kind of notice it but not really paying attention to it.

At the same time, Miharu start to involve and hangout more with them. She always go with them no matter what, when there's a event occurred, she always with them. Opposite of the brunette. Tsuna that notice it can't bring himself ask about it because he feels It's not the right time.

Time passed and the time of me with them decreased. While onee-chan became really involved to them.

...I think It's the best.

While she thought about it, she already arrived to Tsuna house but, what she seeing was not she expected.

There's many cars around the house with many people with a black suits and black sunglasses is standing seems protecting the house. She then sweated when she knows who is it now and tried to come into the house. But the man in front of the door block her, meaning she can't going in. She sighed at how it will be so troublesome.

"Uhh, I'm sorry but can you please let me through? I want deliver something to Tsuna."

No reaction. She groaned that It's indeed so troublesome, she don't have choice but ask them nicely. "I'm really sorry but please let me through because I have to deliver these notes to Tsuna for his studying. Also, if you guys ask me who I am, I'm Midorikawa Mahiru and Tsuna's childhood friend. Is that not enough reason to let me pass?"

The man look at each other before nodding and let her through finally. She thank them and go into the house sees Lambo and I-pin running around, playing it seems. "Lambo!"

The said boy turned around and brighten up running towards her. "Mahi-nee! You here!" He said smiling wide and thought he's too cute, screaming inside. "Yep, I'm here to deliver something to Tsuna."

"Ara, Mahiru-chan? Why are you here?" Nana came out from the kitchen and now in the front door. "I have something to give to Tsuna, is he in his room?"

"Yes he is! He have visitor now though, but it be okay because It's you~" for a minute she confused what did she mean by that but shrugged it off and walking to Tsuna room. She hears some commotion inside the room and sighed before knocking. She hear Tsuna's voice and the door opened. He slightly widened his eyes when he saw the brunette standing in front of the door.

"Ma-Mahiru?! Wh-why are you here?" He said shuttering, well It's understandble because now their relationship kind of awkward. She let out a smile. "I'm here to give you the math notes. Since I forgot to give it to you. But... It's seems I come in a wrong timing?" She said peeked at the inside of the room, caught a glimpse of a blonde hair and immediately know who is it.

"N-no! You're not don't worry! Come in!"

She blinked for a second before walk into the room saw Reborn sitting and a familiar blonde guy sitting there with a expensive looking chair in the small room. "Here! Sits here!" She walk closer to them and sits beside the blonde guy.

"Okay, here. I will give you three notes about Math. I already change some of it so you can understand it easier." She said handed him a three notebooks of Math as Tsuna thank her. He open the notes and gaped slightly at how there's a instruction about how to do it without too much of words, she really made it so he can easily understand it.

The other two peeked to look at the notes. "As always your writing is so neat and can be read nicely!"

"Thank you Tsuna~ Ah, I will give you the notes of the Language that onee-chan made soon."

"Okay, thank you as always! Ah I will go bring juice, please wait!"

Before she could answer it Tsuna already go to bring juice for her as she smiling softly at that. Then turned to the two that been watching her since she's her. "So... who are you? Are you a acquaintance of Reborn?" He immediately composed himself and smiling to her.

"My apologies for not introducing myself, I'm Dino Cavallone. Reborn's former student! Nice to meet you!"

"I'm Midorikawa Mahiru, Tsuna's childhood friend."

"He's the 10th Boss of Cavallone Family." Reborn said bluntly at Mahiru that's not surprised, nor shocked. While Dino widened his eyes to Reborn shocked that he tells her about the fact he's the boss of the Cavallone family. He glance at the brunette while sweated a little but narrowed slightly when he see how's her reaction.

"I see, so he is. But, am I allowed to hear a information like that? I don't know if I allowed to hear more of this."

"Heh, you already knows about we're a Mafia and also about Vongola Family." Reborn smirked while saying that, but Dino start to in guard around her after he hears that. She did not denied, or saying anything about it meaning she's really knows about them. She sighed when she hears that, she never mention anything about them being a Mafia or about Vongola Family. Must be her sister.

"My sister that told you I suppose? So this is the way she will be involved completely with everyone..." She said the last comments quietly fortunately they didn't hear it.

"Gokudera told me that Miharu's tell him that she knows about Vongola Family and about we're Mafia."

"...I see." Silence engulfed the room, Mahiru just stay silent, Reborn just sipping his tea while Dino still put his guard.

"It's true that we know about you guys. I can't tell you how and why we knows about it, but I can guarantee that we're not your enemy."

After saying that, Tsuna come in to the room and bring the juice and put it in front of her. As she thank him and drink it. Notice the tension in the room, Tsuna asking about it. "Umm, did something happen?"

"No, nothing happened, just a talk." Silence, the atmosphere became very awkward as she sighed for many times today and drink the juice in a-go in a very fast pace. She stand up and grab her bag that filled with books.

"I will go now then, I will make onee-chan wait after all." Tsuna smiled and nodded. She turned around and was gonna open the door but stopped. "...Reborn."

The said male lift up his head towards the brunette. "What?"

"...Please take care of Onee-chan because I won't be with her all the time now. You know what I mean based on our conversation earlier right?"

"Yea, I will don't worry."

She smiled softly before open the door and walked towards the front door and was gonna go home but forgetting she want to give something to the kids. She proceed to walk to dinning room and find the kids playing while waiting for the dinner done. There's Bianci too in the room sitting while reading a magazine.

"Lambo, and I-pin." The said two turned their head to the brunette and smiling seems excited. She chuckled at the sight.

"I have something to give to you two." She said as she bring out two picture book for the two and handed them. Their eyes sparkling and full of curiosity when she handed them the books. "This is a picture book that I made for you two, You can have it!"

The book for Lambo is about a person suddenly wandering into a sweets house and found something interesting in there.

As for I-pin, the book is about a child want to achieve their dream and work hard about it.

"Waa! Xiexie Mahiru-san!"

"AHAHAHA a book for Lambo's alone! Thank you Mahi-nee!"

She smiled softly and patting their heads. Nana came into the scene and laughing at how the two seems really happy with the books. "Then I will go home now." She said to Nana and bid her.

When she walk home, she feels her shoulder relaxed than before. Maybe she's nervous when talking with Dino?

"...Please take care of Onee-chan because I won't be with her all the time now. You know what I mean based on our conversation earlier right?"

"Yea, I will, don't worry."

Even though she said that, she don't know why have a slight weight in her heart. She once thought want to be completely involved with them, once thought that she want freely with them all the time. But, now she made the decision she can't turn it back.

"...The way I am now is still the same as I am in the past... still have shackles around me."

"I'm home."

"Welcome home Mahiru!"

Mahiru said as she take off her shoes and walking to dining room where there's her sister in there. In there, there's already food above the table with Miharu seems playing with her phone. She immediately feeling relaxed when she come home, she walk closer to her sister and hug her suddenly making the other confused.

"What's wrong?"

"...earlier Dino appeared."

"Oh! I see, so he's already appeared now! But... why are you sounds so tired? Don't tell me he do something to you一"

"No no don't worry! He's not doing anything. Just the talk with Reborn and Dino kind of tired me out now." She said rubbing her head onto Miharu's shoulder. Miharu patting her head knowing she likes to be patted.

"If you say so. Well okay! Let's eat, I'm getting really hungry now."

Mahiru just nodded and sit across Miharu's and put their hands together. "Itadakimasu."

"Haa... sleepy..."

"That's because you stay up late to complete the music. Here, lean onto me."

Cannot argue, she just do what her sister instructed and lean onto her shoulder while holding her arm. When they was gonna planning to greet Tsuna, there's a many people in black-suits standing in front of his house. Miharu deadpanned seeing that, there's Tsuna in front of the house with Yamamoto, and Gokudera, she immediately running towards them while Mahiru groaned when they suddenly running.

"Gokudera-kun, Yamamoto, Tsuna good morning!"

The said three turned around and greet her back with a smile except Gokudera of course, he's a tsundere. They look at the brunette that still look sleepy and seems not fully awake yet. She leaned again to her sister shoulder and close her eyes.

Suddenly, Reborn jumped and kick the brunette head making her fall into the floor. She let out a whine at the sudden pain in her head and start to focusing more on her surrounding.

"Ma-Mahiru! You okay?"

"Uhh I guess...? I don't know if my mind is fully awake right now."

Tsuna ask concerned about the brunette that fall and mad at Reborn. Yamamoto help her to stand up while Miharu try to ease her sister pain on the head.

"A-ahaha, as always Reborn is merciless."

Everyone turned around to the voice and there's Dino standing beside them while sweated when he saw the scene. Miharu eyes sparkling when she saw him, Dino is so handsome and no one can deny it. Dino glance at  Mahiru for a second before avert his eyes to somewhere else.

"We should go now to school or we be late and get beaten up by Hibari. Especially you Mahiru." Yamamoto said slide his arms to Tsuna and Gokudera neck while smiling. Mahiru sweated when she hears about that, she been punished by him many times now to the point she used to it by now.

"Don't worry, It's became my daily live being punished by Hibari-san. Even if I not doing something he always will come to me to spar me don't know why."

Hear that, Miharu seems imagining something when she hears the words 'punished' and start to giggling suddenly. Make everyone confused except Mahiru that whacked her sister head.

Then they walking together towards the school, the siblings start to have a uneasy feeling inside. Miharu then realize something in this moments and stopped walking, confused Mahiru stopped too look at her sister that stopped.

"...Mahiru, let's not walk for a minute now." Before she could ask what did she mean by that, a car rushed to the trio side and seems kidnapped Tsuna with a rope around him. After the car go somewhere else, Yamamoto and Gokudera chasing after the car.

Mahiru then remembered about this scene where Dino want test them. The siblings just stay still, not shocked, nor panicked like a normal person do.

"Hmm~ to immediately go after it for Tsuna, they lose their composure but they good." Dino came out from behind with a Tsuna captured with rope tied around him.

"By the way, the Yakuza I mentioned is a real one that exist around here." Reborn said as Tsuna and Dino start to panicked about it while they babbling about it, Reborn seems fall asleep making them deadpanned.

"By the way... why did you two not chase after it like the two do?" Dino ask, confused at their reaction. The twins glance at each other before say their answer.

"It's because, we now It's your test for them一"

"一And also, we believe those two will do good to beat up the Yakuza."

Mahiru said continuing Miharu sentence first making Dino believed they indeed a twins, with one mind.

"Well, let's go chase them Tsuna! You two too!"

Miharu widened her eyes while Mahiru groaned, why so much chaos in the morning and when she's so sleepy. Miharu take the other hand and running with them.

When they arrived onto the place, the two in there already take care of them, Dino and Tsuna shocked when they already taken care of by them, the siblings already know what happen and slightly grinning. More of them come into the room making it more noisy than before, Mahiru groaned.

Why is her peaceful morning became so noisy and chaos like that, she already suspected much if she hangout with these people there will be chaos everywhere but still, It's making her annoyed.

"Look, there's two girl in them! Let's get them!" A whisper said behind the siblings, they narrowed their eyes and lowered their heads. "Watch out!" Dino was gonna go to them to protect them, but stopped when he saw what happen.

Miharu grab the arm that was gonna catch her and lift his body slightly to the front and knocked him, she stare at him with a cold eyes.

Mahiru let out a sharp pencil from her bag and grab the man that was gonna attack her from behind and pointed the sharp pencil towards the man neck. Making the man horrified at it and screaming, everyone turned around to the scream and freeze when they see how a little girl try to beat the man with a pencil.

She not saying anything other than keep the position while everyone not dare to say something scared to interrupt her. Except her sister that quietly take the photo of her in this moment.

"...you know that you can kill people with a pencil?"

Hearing that the man that trapped scream once again scared that he's gonna die. She sighed and knocked him out with hit his neck with the opposite of the sharp edge hard making him unconscious.

"...I'm in a bad mood you see, be grateful that I just will knock you guys out because, now I'm not as bad as I want kill your guys by slice your throat off by a pencil here." She said with a cold stare that cold as ice making everyone in the room shivered in fear, while everyone continued to beat up the Yakuza.

Her sister Miharu, recorded everything and send it to their parents. While Mahiru just beat the yakuza off, because she in a bad mood.

Now you know why you can't make her mad right?

"You guys are really strong! I can leave Tsuna to you guys!"

"A-Ahaha一"

After the fight's over, the others make a note to themself to not anger the brunette because they still want to live. Now, they in Tsuna room after the fight, the siblings already go home  because they already late to go to their school so, why not slack off and sleep all day?

"By the way, I don't know that Mahiru be so scary when she's angry. Even though she always looking timid and so quiet." Yamamoto said while laughing remembering the scene when she's so angry.

"She is so scary so, do your best to not anger her." Tsuna said sweated when he remembered the moments where she so pissed off and almost killing everyone back then.

Gokudera and Dino became scared when they remembered the scene earlier nodding, while Reborn smirking like he found something interesting.

"Well, I will go now then. I promised to shopping with my men today. See ya!"

"Ah, yes!"

"Ciao."

He said then left the room, "Gokudera-kun, I thought you hated Dino-san... so I was afraid you were gonna turn on him."

"...He just talks big and petty so, I'd rather not pay attention to him."

"No, Dino-san isn't petty一"

CRASH

"DI-DINO-SAN?!"

The day where she have to check-up her condition of her illness. Is the day she hate the most, because she have to go to the hospital. She don't like it, she really don't like Hospital. Because It's scary and the smell of a medicine she hates. That's one of the reason, but It's because she in the Hospital too long back then that she grow hating it.

Now she checked by a doctor that always take care of her since child, Masuda Sota-san. He's a brilliant doctor and achieved many, their parents picked him to take care of her because they don't have to worry if It's a brilliant doctor.

She now with her sister sitting while waiting for the results of her conditions out, they nervous about the results, especially Mahiru. She'd been fidgeting her fingers and have a nervous look in her face, stay close to her sister.

"Hmm... I see." The doctor said making them lift their head up as the doctor flash them a smile.

"The conditions of the scar and the illness became more better and better! If this keeps up, maybe you will be completely recover again."

The two smiled when they hears that, Mahiru sighed in relief, while Miharu smiling at the fact her precious sister condition became more better.

"I will give you a recipe of a new medicine. It maybe will make your condition better." Masuda-san said as he handed Miharu the recipe and was gonna pay him but stopped.

"It's for free today. Now Mahiru-chan's conditions became better, I don't need it! I'm very happy her conditions became better so, that's enough for me." Miharu blinked before put her wallet back to her bag and thank him as Mahiru thank him too. Masuda-san is a kind person, the siblings took liking of him immediately when they meet him.

They walk out from the examine room once again thank him, and left to the pharmacy to get the medicine. Mahiru whined at it, because another medicine added.

"You can take a walk while waiting for the medicine done. I will wait, don't worry."

Mahiru nodded in response and immediately go to the cafeteria to grab some food for her and her sister. There's, humburg steak, sandwich, chicken katsu, takoyaki, ramen, and etc.

She was really troubled what she gonna have, but ended up with picking ramen for her, and humburg steak for her sister. As she was gonna order it, a explosion can be heard in above making everyone flinched at it.

She was silent for a minute before knows that they are here in this hospital, she remembered Dino was inviting her to watch Tsuna's training and immediately slightly paled.

She ordered two more food for Tsuna and one more person, "I'm gonna take, Miso Ramen, Humburg Steak, Burger, and Sushi please."

After ordered and got it, she first go to her sister to hand her the food and eat it first before go visit Tsuna.

"Onee-chan, you know that now Tsuna's hospitalized in here because of enzo?"

"Yea, I know. I just meet Dino earlier, he said he visiting his cute little brother."

Mahiru slurping the noodles and smile happily because It's been a while since the last time she eating ramen make her slightly cry. While Miharu enjoying eating meat because she's craving for it right now.

After they done eating, they threw the trash out and Mahiru gonna go to visit Tsuna, Miharu will go later after she got the medicine.

When she arrived in front of the door of Tsuna's room with the food she got in cafeteria, she knocking and slides the door open. To be greeted by a glaring Hibari with his tonfas, and Tsuna's that strembling because of the prefect. She sighed before close the door and go to them.

"Hello Tsuna and Hibari-san."

"Ma-Mahiru! Help me from Hibari-san!"

She glance at the prefect that immediately not doing anything after she came in. Well, he'd be obedient for some times. She take a seat on plastic chair beside Tsuna and hand him the wrapped humburger his favorite. He looked so happy when he saw it, immediately thank her and eat it with a happy face.

"Hope your leg getting better Tsuna!"

She then standing up, walking towards the prefect bed closer and sit on beside the plastic chair. Confused at her action, Hibari raise one of his eyesbrows. Then, she take out a take out of Sushi his favorite making him widened his eyes.

"Here. For you. I thought I better give you something when I visit you so, I ordered the sushi from this hospital cafeteria."

Hibari took it and open the lids of it and smiling. "Hn, you know my taste don't you herbivore, this hospital sushi have a pleasant taste."

Mahiru widened her eyes hearing him called her herbivore, and not omnivore. Oh, is she being slightly acknowledged by him? And, He smiling making she caught off the guard and gaped slightly.

"H-Hm! W-well, I just guessed it because you look like a person that likes sushi so..."

Hibari just smirked at that and eat the sushi. While the brunette have a little blush in her face looking down. Tsuna just watching their interactions wondering what kind of relationship they have.

A sudden breeze of wind hitting Mahiru's skin and make her brown hair swayed a little. Slightly surprised at that, she look at the window and it was open. Standing up, she walking closer to the window and gonna close it.

Her hands gripping the window, planning to close it but stopped in the midway when she see the scenery from inside the room. A clear sky with the sun illuminating the ground, many kids, adults, people playing and walking in below while laughing happily.

"...if I jump will it be better?"

She widened his eyes remembering that and shook her head close the window with a loud sound, startling Tsuna. While Hibari became slightly irked at the sound. Her hands shaking slightly, this is why she don't like going to hospital, it always remind her about the memories when she here.

Her hands start to sweating, her hands can't stop shaking, she feel dizzy, It's hard to breathe. She place her hand on her chest to calm her heartbeats.

A sound of the door slides open can be heard, revealing a red-haired with a flowers come into the room and greet Tsuna and Hibari that ignored her. "Tsuna! Are you okay? Also, hello Hibari-san~"

"Miharu! I'm not... okay, just want peace right now." She giggled at that and hand him the flowers. She help him to put the flowers in the vase. Then she noticed the brunette that standing infront of the window, looking down. Miharu narrowed her eyes and walk closer to the brunette wondering what happen, she then notice her hands shaking and became worried.

"Mahiru?! What's wrong?!"

"Pa-panic attack..."

Her face became pale and her body still shaking slightly, Miharu then immediately give the younger her Jacket. She see the window in front of her and immediately understood what causing her a panic attack.

Tsuna and Hibari just watching them don't know what happen, as Miharu take the brunette hurried to Masuda-san immediately to calm the panic attack.

"Ma-Mahiru? What's wrong?"

"It's okay Tsuna... ju-just a panic a-attack..."

"What do you mean just a panic attack?! It's a dangerous things for you! Come on, let's go to Masuda-san!"

With that, the siblings left the room while the two left one in the room dumbfounded at what happened suddenly. Tsuna just worried about Mahiru, Hibari just narrowed his eyes and gonna go to sleep.

After the prefect go asleep, the infant suddenly appeared from where who knows beside Tsuna as he shreaking slightly. The infant narrowed his eyes, he watch what happened to the brunette and decided to research about her a lot later.
