Wholesome shit

Okay... These last few chapters has been angsty as shit.
So I am having an entirely wholesome bit. For my very wholesome dudes :)

When Patton got home from school, began to made pancakes, and made a few cups of coffee, placing them on the marble counter as the sizzling of the pan continued to fill the crisp air.

He grabbed fresh raspberries, blueberries and strawberries from the fridge, humming as he did so. Patton delicately cut the fruit into neat, little sections.

When the pancakes had finished, he placed them in a large stack in the centre of his birch table, decorating it with all the fruit he had previously prepared.

Patton squirted a waterfall of syrup onto the stack, finishing it off with a dollop of cream. Putting a cherry on the top.

Cliché I know. But Patton likes the aesthetic of it. Also the cherry is Romans favourite part.

Anyway. He had to make it special. So he added sprinkles on the cream. And a flake...

Just for good luck.

Once he decided it was finished, he went on his phone and dialled Logan's number.

"Salutations, this is Logan. Whom may this be?"

"Oh. Yeah. Right. Erm. It's Patton from your Food tech class and your last partner in Science." Patton exclaimed, twiddling his thumbs, fighting the urge not to eat each deliciously placed pancakes where they stood.

"Anything you needed me for? Or was it just do you could confirm that this is indeed my number?"

"Well, I actually wanted to invite you, Virgil, Deciet, Roman and Remus to come round to my place for pancakes! Or as I like to call them... Pattoncakes!" He giggled, hearing the sighs of Logan.

"I'll ask the others, but I can say I am free and would... Enjoy, conversing with you in real life. Goodbye for now Patton."

"Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Patton called as he quickly hung up.

~Time skip brought to you by non angst and Pattoncakes~

The whole "crew" as Patton liked to call them were all chilling in his living room. Roman practicing his singing (He is attempting to sing Beautiful sound. But it's hard with only one person) Deciet and Logan were currently debating about the inconsistency in the new Star Wars movies. Virgil was scrolling through Tumblr and Wattpad, whilst lying on the back of the sofa, his legs proped up with Remus' body.. And finally Remus was playing with Virgil's phoofy fringe, his finger twirling through it, wuttering on as he did so.

"Okay kiddos! Here are the Pattoncakes!" He grinned, holding the somewhat unsteady plate of pancakes as he placed them down on the table.

Everyone groaned at the name he'd given them. But let's all be honest here. Patton's pancakes are the best - so it's worth the tiny cringe for a feast like this.

They all sat and talked.

"Hey Patton?"

"Yes Logan?"

"I've actually been studying about social events and I have made quite a interesting discovery."

"Oh! Good for you kiddo! And what was that thingy?"

"That in typical social events, people play games or activities, known as ice breakers. Although I play not to be breaking any ice. O believe this many be a productive activity for us to do."

"Alright... Which game?" Deciet asked, temporally putting down his Star Wars guide to the galaxy, signed copy down. It was his child.

"Maybe... Like... Seven mintues in heaven?" Remus suggested, wiggling his eyebrows as he did. "Sounds spicyyyyyyyyy!!!"

"Nah mate. If I have to get out of my seat I'm not doing it." Virgil replied, messing up Remus' hair as Remus previously did to him.

"How, about. Truth or dare?" Roman asked, trying to be heard properly through all the pancakes he'd shoved in his face. "Safe option, and a classic!"

"Sure! Why not!"
"I'm down with that!"
"It's not Seven mintues in heaven but fine."
"Whatever."
"I see this as a success, good suggestion Roman"

"Right... Who begins?" Virgil inquired, looking round at the rest of his friends in the room.

"I say Roman!" Remus shouted, leaping from his position, nearly knocking over what was left of the pancakes.

"Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy????"

"You chose it, so you go first. Truth or dare!" Remus yelled once again, pointing his finger at Romans face, which was still stuffed with food for clarify.

"Truth"

"Would you ever date a girl?"

"Noooo... Thanks..."

"Patton, truth or dare!"

"Truth!"

"If you had to only adopt one of is in this room, who would it be?"

"I can't decide!!!" Patton whined, flopping onto the sofa, this oven gloves still on. "Skip me! Virgil, truth or dare?"

"Truth I guess..."

"Would you ever date anyone is this room?"

After much hesitant Virgil replied, "Probably." He shrugged his shoulders as he nominated Remus.

Remus obviously chose dare.

The next five mintues were spent with the whole group intensely staring at Remus as he tried to juggle three plates and De's book.

I had a lot of fun writing this.
It is a bit different I know. And I'm pretty shit at wholesomeness. I know.

But tell me if you want more - random breaks in the story for character development and general good feeling :)
