Location: ???, rooftop of a skyscraper

"Hey, do you know how a good story should start?"

A figure sitting upon a throne made of seemingly random bits of concrete and rusted metal scrapes, leans forward a bit; resting his forearm across his thigh as he continues.

"Y'know, like the there's some deep voiceover guy doing the narration about the scene; some cool looking scenery like a castle or something; some smoking hot chick, or chicks, for aesthetic; a cool ass soundtrack playing in the background; and how could we forget the gallant hero?"

A rumble of thunder echoes in the foreground as the clouds in the sky darkened to a dim grey and the wind picked up, making strands of his dark red hair fly up a bit.

"Some heroic guy who rose above the rest by saving lives and kicking baddies asses, and wields some sort of "awesome power"." He air quoted. "He arrives on the scene with that gleaming smile that brings hope and looks at the camera to speak like he's going to tell his own story.... And then, he spits out blood. The hero had dropped his guard and was impaled through his chest by the big bad king of the castle. Because heroes don't truly exist and they sure as hell don't last long." He smirks. "Like you, kiddo."

His response was met with a metal clanking and a loud "Shink".... Revealing a tip of a familiar scythe into view.

"Let's see how well you do kid; but spoilers..." A bolt of lightning crashes down in the distance, creating a shadow over his face to reveal his glowing orange eyes. "... you die." He stands up and starts walking towards the second figure. But as he do, Beowolves with glowing red eyes climbed their way to the rooftop behind him. "But I'll tell what; I'll make sure to give the morticians your name after this is done and over with...."

Guess who's back?

I doubt this'll be noticed since it has been a while since we've last spoke, right? Looks over to a calendar that has "September 28, 2019" circled in red marker. So.... A while.

Anyways, for the half a dozen people who'll find this, yes I am back and will be making works. I have learned that I shouldn't try to force myself to a deadline and give myself room to work and produce content that I enjoy creating and good enough for you guys.

With that being said, I will be going back and changing quite a few things for this story so I can enjoy the end result, one of them being Ocs (sadly) and inserting more chapters during earlier arcs.

I will also be working on other works as well, such as a closet project of mine involving Yang. Hopefully I'll be able to finish up the first chapter of that story soon enough.
