Ruby, Jaune, I kept walking around in random directions until we saw a group of students heading to a big building. And through the entire time Ruby has been explaining to me what a "food court" is.

"And that's a few of the many things you can order, at a food court." Ruby said.

"Okay. Thanks for explaining what a food court is."

"Your welcome!" Ruby smiled.

"Just one more question." I asked.

"Yeah?" Ruby replied.

"What are half the foods you just said?" I said.

Ruby and Jaune stared at me with a blank faces before they fell over.

"Are you two okay?" I asked in a worried tone.

"The better question is if you're okay." Jaune asked.

"I don't get it." I said.

"We know." They said. -_-||

Mini Timeskip

After a following a few students, we entered this building what Ruby calls an "auditorium". It was filled with tons of people and some were on the same ship me, Ruby, and Jaune was on.

"Woah. This is a lot of people." I said.

"Yeah." Jaune agreed.

I glanced around, seeing hundreds of students taking seats im the many rows. Looking over to the side, I caught a glimpse of that red haired girl we passed by earlier. We locked eyes for a moment before I lost her in the crowd.

But my attention was redirected towards a familiar voice calling out to Ruby.

"Ruby! Over here! I saved you a spot!" A familiar voice shouted.

Looked over, I spotted Ruby's older sister waving at her, beckoning for her to come over.

"Oh! Hey, I-I gotta go! I hope I see you guys soon!" Ruby said before she gave me a quick hug and ran over to her sister.

"Well, there goes that quirky girl." Jaune said.

"Yeah." I agreed. "Well, I guess we should go find a spot too."

Ruby View

I ran over to Yang and plopped down in the seat next to her.

"Who's your new friend?" Yang asked.

I'm guessing she's talking about (Y/N) since I hugged him and all. I hope I didn't scare him off doing something bold like that. But then again its (Y/N).

"Oh, his name is (Y/N). He's sorta.... dense to most things but he's really nice." I said.

"Yeah nice looking! I mean look at his (H/C) (H/S) and his (E/C) eyes. I wouldn't mind if he became my friend~" Then she purred.

I shivered at the thought of her seducing (Y/N), probably because he wouldn't notice, and tried immediately to get the thought out of my head.

"How'd you meet him?" She asked, breaking my train of thought.

"Oh, that happened after I EXPLODED!" I shouted.

Jaune and I continued to search for any open seats left, which there wasn't many. But eventually we found a few open spots a few rows above Ruby's.

"How about here?" Jaune asked.

"Yeah." I responded.

We sat down and looked towards the stage. But my attention was redirected to Ruby's blond sister as she waved at me then blinked one eye.... Strange.

"Ren! Ren! Ren! I found some seeeeeaaaaatttttttttttsssss!" I heard a girl sing.

Jaune and I looked over to our left and saw a red head skipping over our way. When she stood in front in of the two open seats next to us, she presented it with open arms as a guy with black hair with a strand of pink ran over. He seemed out of breath, and tired beyond belief....

"Nora *pant* You should really wait up for me sometimes." The black haired guy said.

"Okay!" The girl named Nora sang.

The pair sat down in the seats next to us either tiredly or energetically. So I had Jaune on my right and this energetic red head to my left. I looked at her then she looked at me and smiled.

"Hellooooooo!" The girl sang.

"Hello. I'm (Y/N)." I smiled too.

"Nora. And this is the all mighty pancake maker, Ren!" Nora said.

"Hi." Ren leaned over to show himself.

"Hi you two. I'm Jaune." Jaune introduced himself.

"Nice to meet you." Ren said.

"Yeah! I like making new friends! There always there for each other. Like Ren. We're always together! Together! But not together together. But together! Did I forget to mention that I like making new friends?" Nora said extremely quickly.

I feel sooooooooo bad for Ren right now.

Then she touched my nose.

"Boop." She said.

Jaune leaned next to my ear and whispered "I feel bad for whoever has to share a dorm with her."

That's when the lights in the room dimmed down, except for one that was over the stage. I looked down towards the stage just as Glynda Goodwitch stepped out from behind a curtain. She stood upon the stage with a bored stare as she scanned over us, not seeming to be impressed or wanting to be here. Then another figure stepped out, a man with short grey hair, a pair of small black glasses hanging on the bridge of his nose, and a cane in his right hand.

"It's headmaster Ozpin." Jaune muttered to himself.

Ozpin took a glance around the room, before he stood in front of a microphone and started to speak.

"I'll....keep this brief. You have traveled here today in search of knowledge, to your hone your craft and acquire new skills, and when you have finished, you plan to dedicate your life to the protection of the people. But I look amongst you, and all I see is wasted energy....."

"Hey!" Nora whispered shouted.

".....in need of purpose, direction. You assume knowledge will free you of this, but your time at this school will prove that knowledge can only carry you so far. It is up to you to take the first step." Then Ozpin finished his speech and then walked away.

"You will gather in the ballroom tonight. Tomorrow, your initiation begins. Be ready. You are dismissed." Glynda said.

Everyone started to get up and walk towards that "ballroom" she was talking about.

"What do you think initiation is going to be like?" I asked Jaune.

"I don't know. But it'll probably be a piece of cake." He said.

"Yeah."

Timeskip

After everyone found their way to the ballroom, people immediately started to claim spaces for where they're sleeping for the night. Which was convenient because it turned dark soon after. There was plenty of guys and girls in nightwear and people like me who show......more skin. I simply removed my (F/C) shirt and felt like I had eyes on me. Which is correct because there's multiple females looking at me.

Anymore looks and I think they'll crown me Alpha. But do humans do that?

I looked next to me and saw Jaune wearing a nightwear outfit that covered him up to his neck.

"Jaune? What are you wearing?" I asked.

"What? Nothing is wrong with wearing a onesie." He said defensively.

"Riiiigggghhhhhttttt." I slowly rolled my eyes. When I did my eyes fell upon my backpack which shook a little bit.

"Huh?" I muttered to myself.

I walked over to my backpack, kneeled down, and open my bag to find.....

"O_O!"

I immediately zipped up quickly as I could. I glanced around and saw that Jaune was walking past Ruby and her sister. The other stares died down so I sneakily walked over to a window and pulled myself on top of the roof.

Ruby View

I was laying down on my bed writing to my old friends back at Signal. I really miss them.

"Phew! That was a view." Yang said.

"Of what?" I asked, not looking up from my letter.

"(Y/N) taking his shirt off. He got abs for days!" She said then she purred again.

What is with her and purring?

"What's that?" Yang asked me.

"Oh, just a letter to the gang back at Signal. I promised to tell them all about Beacon and how things are going." I said.

"Aw, that's so cuuuute!" She cooed.
I threw a pillow at her face.

"Shut up! I didn't get to take my friends with me to school! It's weird not knowing anyone here!" I shouted at her.

"Well there's (Y/N) and Jaune." Yang said.

"Pretty sure Weiss counts as a negative friend...."

"Again. (Y/N) and his abs are your friend." She said.

"Yeah. Actually where is he?" I asked.

"Oh he's right......huh. He's gone." Yang started looking around.

I wonder where he went.

(Y/N) View

After a short climb I made it to the roof. The shattered moon shined brightly tonight and the cool air made things a bit chilly, but that's probably because I'm not wearing a shirt.

Meh, I been through worst training with Raven.

I shivered at the thought before redirecting my attention to my bag. I placed my backpack down and sighed.

"You really shouldn't have done this.....Kuma." I said as I opened my bag.

He jumped out the bag and looked at with puppy eyes while whining.

"I know you would have missed me but I'm doing some serious things here." I said.

He only whined more.

"Mom is going to go on a rampage if she thinks you're out somewhere alone." I said holding the bridge of my nose.

He barked once.

"Wait? Did you just say you told your friends that you were doing this?" I asked.

He barked a couple of times.

"Well at least she knows that you're here with me." I sighed. "Fine you'll stay with me, not like I can send you back." I muttered the last part.
Kuma spun in a circle and baked happily.

"But, the first chance I get your going back home." I said.

He barked once.

I looked through my bag and pulled out a jar filled with red sap. I opened it and tilted it to Kuma.

"Eat some." I said. Kuma instantly started wolfing down the red sap. I had to take the jar away from his mouth so he won't eat it all. "I said some not all." I said.

He let out a loud burp which caused me to chuckle a bit.

"Alright. Back in the bag." I said.

Kuma jumped back in and I zipped my bag up but not completely so he could have a breathing hole. I put my backpack on and climbed down the side of the building. I reached the same window I came through originally and jumped in as quietly as possible.

The room was almost pitch black and I could hear snoring from multiple people.

Guessing everyone's asleep.....but why do I feel like I'm being watched.

I squinted my eyes and glanced around the room to around the room, but I still couldn't see much. But that's when my eyes met with someone else's. A pair bright amber eyes that looked beautiful in the dark. Honestly, I could look into them all night if I wanted to but that would probably be considered weird.

Maybe I should say hi?

I tiptoed across the floor up to the person with the amber eyes.

"Hello." I whispered.

"H-hi." A girl voice whispered a greeting.

"I know you can't see me but I'm (Y/N)." I whispered.

"B-Blake. I'm the girl who helped you deal with Weiss." She whispered.

"Oh really? Then thanks. Also how did you know it was me?"

"Uh, I recognized your voice."

"Oh, makes sense. I'll let get some sleep. I hope I can "see" you tomorrow." I whispered.

(That pun was not intentional but I still hate myself for making it.)

"Y-yeah." She said.

I was going to walk off but I can barely see a thing and all the beds would be taken.

Looks like I'm sleeping on the floor tonight...... Again.

I laid down right next to Blake's bed and thought about the events of today.

Hmmm. Today was so bad. I made a couple of new friends..... Now I wonder what's next?
