I understand that there's many "miracles" within your mortal society.... but this....

Several bowls filled with noodles were slid across a wooden counter, one of which had fish, towards me and Team Rwby.

....truly is bizarre.

I stared at an old man in slight amazement. The owner of a little noodle stand named Simple Wok, and possibly all the stores in Vale, was quick. Far too fast for a mere mortal.... The four girls and myself had just ordered and he was done a second later. With speed that fast he can surely be faster than me.

I looked down at the bowl of noodles in front of me and picked up a fork. "You have earned my respect old man."

I glanced back at him to give me a silent nod, which I returned. I reached into my pockets of my robe and pull out some Lien, placing it on the counter. From there I raised my mouth mask slightly, and immediately starting eating my food.

"Aw, Weiss! What's the occasion?" I heard Yang ask from the stool on my left.

From the corner of my eye, I glanced past Yang to see Weiss holding up a credit card, which she passes it to the old man.

"Consider it thanks for sending me to the doubles round." Weiss said with a small smile. But it faded as her card was flung back at her. The old man pointed to his register as it beeped "Declined". "What?! How can my card be declined? I was barely into my monthly allowance!"

Looking past Weiss, I could see Blake slowly dragging her bowl towards her but in a flash the old man swiped the bowl away from her.

"Noooo!!" She cried.

But before any more bowls were taken back a new voice asked....

"Maybe I could help?"

I turned my head to my right to see the famous Pyrrha Nikos smiling at the girls as Jaune, Nora, and Ren arrive shortly after.

"Oh, hey Pyrrha." Ruby bluntly said before looking back at her bowl.

"Aw, you don't have to...." Yang said.

"BUT SHE COULD!" Blake quickly added.

"Well, I think you all earned it after that battle." Pyrrha said.

"Mind if we join you?" Jaune asked.

The girls nodded before Team JNPR took their seats. Pyrrha paid for her friends and everyone started eating.

"So, Uh, you're new here?" Jaune, whom sat to my right, asked me.

I nodded my head and looked at the blonde before answering "Yes, I'm from Haven. The name is Silver."

"Oh, nice name." Jaune said nervously. "Well my name is Jaune." He gestured to his teammates who were all to my right. "And they're my team. Nora, Pyrrha, and Ren."

"Aren't you one who single handedly took down two of the best at Atlas in your last fight?" Ren asked, quickly joining the conversation.

"Yes." I answered bluntly, looking back at my food.

"We saw your fight, and I have to say your hand to hand combat techniques are impressive." I heard Pyrrha comment.

"Thank you Pyrrha." I told her, blankly.

In the corner of my eye I could see she looked slightly shocked and a little intrigued.

"Do you.... know who I am?" She asked.

"No. But you seem like someone who can be a worthy opponent." I told her. "You and one other."

She stared at me for a few more seconds before beginning to eat her food. But soon after both teams broke into conversation, talking about the tournament and good times.

Heh.... I'm glad to see them still happy.

Hmph, I couldn't care less about their happiness. They're TOO happy if you ask me.

Well that's how they are. And I'm glad they're that way.

Tch. Whatever.... But Pyrrha on the other hand has my interest...

Why?

I felt my eyes narrowing.

Oh, nothing. I'm just curious about something, that's all.

Right...

Mini Timeskip

As time went on and the two teams banter continued, which included a depressed Nora and a quesy Jaune, I would occasionally glance at Ruby; Probably due to the idiot's influence. She hasn't spoken much, unlike her teammates, and now she stared blankly at her now empty bowl. I could feel that idiot's urge to speak to her but before he could the overhead speakers announced.

"Would Team JNPR please report to the battlegrounds immediately!" Professor Port said on the overhead.

"Yes! Like they were scheduled to, several minutes ago!" Doctor Oobleck quickly added.

"Well, it looks like this is it." Pyrrha said as she stood up from her stool, followed by her teammates.

"Break a leg!" Yang said as Team JNPR walked away.

"Well we should get goi-"

"Hey guys." A voice cut off Blake off.

Soon after Joesph, Death, and Zack took a seat where Team JNPR were just seated in.

"Hey guys." Yang greeted back. "Find anything?"

"Same as last week, absolutely nothing." Joesph sighed as he slumped tiredly against the wooden counter.

"*sigh* I thought so...." Yang sighed, crossing her arms.

"Anyone else find anything?" Weiss asked, which was given a shake of the head.

"That's almost the whole forest we searched through, and still nothing!" Joesph added.

"Next we'll have to ask around Vale, then possibly any nearby towns of his whereabouts." Zack said.

So they're looking for of me Huh?

I glanced over and flinched a little, sitting right next to me was Death, who is looking at me curiously. I scowled a little before covering my mouth with my mask.

"Well that's where we're gonna look." Blake said.

I got up from my seat and put my hand in my pockets before looking towards Team Rwby.

"Thanks for outing girls but I'll be taking my leave." I told them before heading off towards the arena.

3rd Person View

"Who was that?" Joesph asked the girls as he watched him walk away.

"Oh, that's Silver. He's apart of Emerald's and Mercury's team." Yang answered him.

"Silver, huh?" Zack repeated.

"Yeah, he's not much of a talker or seems interested in anything." Yang said.

As they talked about the new stranger, Ruby continued to stare blankly at her empty bowl. Still remembering what everything that's happened since (Y/N) disappearance. She was so lost in thought that she didn't notice Blake trying to get her attention.

"Ruby?" Blake, who repeated her name for the 8th time, said as she gently shook her.

"Huh...?" Ruby said, snapping away from her thoughts.

"We're leaving." Blake said with a concerned look on her face.

Ruby slightly nodded before getting off her stool and started walking ahead with the feline faunus following suit.

Meanwhile at the massive floating coliseum, (Y/N) had finally taken his seat as Team JNPR's fight was nearing an end.

"Took you long enough." Mercury groaned as (Y/N) took a seat right next to Cinder. "The fight is about to be over."

"Shut it Tin Legs." (Y/N) shot back.

"Now now boys. Settle down." Cinder said.

"*sigh* Fine." Both boys groaned.

"Good." Cinder said before linking her arm around (Y/N)'s.

(Y/N) View

"So, how's the fight so far?" I asked.

"It's...." Emerald turned her head towards us. "....disappointing."

I looked past her to see Jaune having a full conversation in the middle of a fight.

..........I'm getting Deja Vu.....

"*sigh* Such glorious potential for being huntsmen." I sarcastically quipped.

"The protectors of tomorrow." Emerald smirked.

"Heh, if this is the competition then there's no way we can lose." Mercury said.

I could only nod in agreement as I saw Nora swing her hammer, striking the remaining three members of the opposite team. Immediately on impact with Nora's hammer they were launched out of bounds with their monitored Aura levels reaching red.

"And with that, it appears Team JNPR wins by knockout, literally!... Can someone go make sure they're okay?" Prof. Port announced from the speakers.

"Ah, well, Vacuo fans are sure to be hurting after that one, but this next one will definitely be one to remember!" Oobleck said.

Team JNPR walked out from the far end of the tunnels as the other team was guided out by staff.

"Yes it will indeed!" Prof Port said excitedly. "Because this next round will be Team KELT of Beacon....!"

Cheers erupted from the crowd as Kaya, Ella, Linda, and Taka walked out from the left tunnel leading into the battleground. And, thanks to the big screen and cameras, I could see each of their faces as they headed towards the central stage as the battleground replaced itself with a white layer of mechanics.

Kaya had a bright smile as he waved towards the crowd, while Taka looked indifferent and kept walking forward with a straight face, Ella looked completely nervous, and Linda didn't seem that interested in what was happening, as if lost in thought. As they headed towards the center the next team was announced.

".....Against Atlas Academy's Team ZNRL!" Prof Port announced.

From the opposite side of the arena walks out four boys, each looked unique but one of them caught my attention. Short red hair, two different colored eyes, a large burn mark on the right side of his face.

3rd Person View

High above the battlegrounds sat the two announcing Professors behind a sports table, as the spectated and broadcasted the fight all over Remnant.

"Both Teams have been reported of using varied teamwork strategies in their training sessions for the last few weeks up until the tournament." Doctor Oobleck announced, adjusting his glasses as he spoke.

"Yes, and I have to vouch that they're attacks look deadly! I can already hear the battle cries now." Prof Port said.

"But, the most interesting tidbit of these two teams, lies in Team ZRNL's leader." Oobleck said. This caused the crowd to murmur about the leader. "Because that student isn't just anyone! For he is the sibling of one of our most prosperous students, Pyrrha Nikos!"

The crowd audibly gasp as even the cameras focus in on Zachery. He, however, didn't react to the new attention as he and his team continued towards the center of the field. Pyrrha, who just took a seat along with her team, looked at her brother from far away with wide eyes.

Once both teams made their way to the center, they faced each other.

"Wow. I didn't think Pyrrha even had a brother." Kaya said.

But the boy in question scoffed at the comment.

"Hmph. Well you'll remember that fact today." Zachary said.

Both teams took various stances as a circle of a holographic roulette started spinning. Team KELT readied themselves as Kaya pulled out his shotgun, Red Death, Ella nervously raised up her fists, Linda drew her katana, and Taka pulled out a large sword. Team ZRNL readied themselves as well as Zachary pulled out two dual pistols from holsters on his belt, Retro stands in a defensive position with his fists raised, Naz pulled out a bow, and the newest member, Lu Zhu, pulled out a sword from off his back.

Once the roulette was done spinning through several symbols and colors it finally landed on a red volcano and an ice blue snowflake. Soon after half the field opens to reveal a barren and rocky ground, with a few small volcanoes in the back, as the other half raises a thick snow covered plains. Team KELT had the volcanos and Team ZRNL had the snow.

"Alright! Let's get this started!" The burly professor announced before counting.

"3....."

"2....."

"1......"

"....Begin!"

TINK! TINK! CLANG!

With a loud clanging noise two blades clashed together in the heat of battle. Currently Taka and Lu Zhu were in a lock between weapons. Both their weapons, despite Taka's larger sword, were equally pushing against each other at the same strength, making sparks fly from the blades.

However, Lu Zhu glanced over to his right before he jumped back, letting Taka slam his blade into the ground and for Linda, who's blade had struck where he once stood, to miss her sneak attack.

"That was close...." Lu Zhu muttered to himself before dodging to the side, letting Linda's blade narrowly miss him.

She scowled at the evasion before she and Taka continued to charge at him. While the three continued their fight, Kaya was having a shoot out with Naz and Zachary.

Kaya fired another scatter shot at his two opponents, making them jump to out the way before firing bullets and arrows right back at him. With the more aggressive barrage heading his way, he rolled behind a large rock for cover and sat down to catch his breath. Much to his surprise, Ella was also behind the rock hitting two bracelets on her wrist together in slight frustration.

"Ella? What are you doing?!" Kaya asked her.

"Hold on a second! I'm trying to-" With one more hit of the two bracelets, they transformed into red metal gloves that completely covered her hands and reached halfway down her forearm. "-Alright! They work!" She beamed.

Then she looked at her shoes, which were now covered in in the same red metal as the gloves on her hands.

"Uh... what are tho-"

But before Ella could let her leader finish asking his question she leapt over the rock. As soon as her feet touched the ground she raised her hands so her palms pointed outward, towards Zachary and Naz. With a small smirk, a light light formed in the palms of her hands before blast of pure white fired, similar to (W/N).

Both were surprised by the new and sudden attack and they barely dodged it. But Ella didn't let up as she continued firing away, getting closer and closer to her moving targets until Naz was hit on his side.

"Arghhh!" He groaned as the force of the blast him into the launched into the snow.

Up on the big screen that monitored his aura levels his fully green bar went down to a yellow color.

"Ooh! That's gonna sting!" Prof Port said.

"Nothing less to expect from my favorite student Ella Ryder! Crafting a weapon such as this is truly Awe-inspiring!" Oobleck said.

Back down below, Ella smiled nervously from hearing the praise but continued to fire at Zachary, who continued to run. But out of nowhere, Retro smacked Ella with one end of a staff, jabbing at her cheek. Ella recovered quickly from the hit and directed her attention to the pale skinned boy.

She narrowed her eyes before Retro rushed in with his staff, forcing Ella to dodge and parry his attacks, but not so well.

SMACK!

With a hard swing Retro slapped his staff across Ella's face, making her fall face first into the ground.

"Stay down. It's over." Retro said before her pointed his staff at the girl's back, in case she did anything.

"T-That's where you're wrong...." She said.

"....?" He raised a brow.

Another smirk formed on Ella's face before she pushed herself off the ground a little and threw her feet back; Like donkey kick. Her metal feet connected with Retro's shins making him stumble back a little. In that time Ella got up, turned around, and threw a roundhouse kick at the boy. He leaned his head back just in time to barely dodge the attack, and jumped back to distance himself. But Ella didn't let up and rushed at him with a series of kicks causing Retro and her to exchange blows.

The crowd "aww"d at Ella's skills but it confused a lot of people that knew her. Mainly (Y/N).

"When did she learn to fight?" (Y/N)'s true soul asked.

"She didn't? Nothing in her files referred to any fighting skills..." Emerald spoke lowly, only to let (Y/N), Mercury, and Cinder to hear.

"Well she's doing quite well." Cinder pointed out.

"Yeah. She might even give you a run for your money Mercury." (Y/N) smirked.

"As if!" He scoffed.

Back to the fight below, while Ella and Retro continued their fight, Linda and Taka were still trying to hit Lu Zhu. Even though it was two versus one, he still managed to dodge and parry both of their attacks.

With an annoyed look Linda transformed her katana into a long silver whip and whipped it towards Lu Zhu. And, just by chance, the whip wrapped around his arm. With a sadistic smirk on her face, Linda tugged her whip towards her, flinging Lu Zhu forward just as Taka swung his sword, striking him across the chest before getting launched to the opposite side of the stage.

Lu Zhu slid across the ground before he skidded to a stop at Zachary's feet, whom was firing at Kaya from a distance. Zachary glanced down at his teammate and immediately helped him up.

"Are you alright?" He asked.

"Y-Yeah." Lu Zhu said as a bullet whizzed by them, causing both of them to duck.

"Alright, it seems like we have to wrap this up sooner." Zachary said.

He glanced over to see Retro and Ella still locked in their battle.

"Hyah!" Ella shouted as she tried axel kicking Retro, only for him to bring up his staff to block her heel.

They both grunted as they both tried to make the other back off or give in, but it was a deadlock. But unknown to Ella, Naz was aiming an arrow at her from behind. He squinted his eyes to adjust his aim until he knew he could take the shot. But, as soon as he was about to a bolt of lightning struck him from the side with a loud crack and boom. Naz was, once again, launched into the snow with a considerable amount of damage to his aura.

Everyone's attention immediately fell onto Linda as her eyes became blank with white sparks of electricity coming off her body.

"Hmm..." Zachary hummed in thought before glancing at Retro.

Linda glared at her opponents with an annoyed look before her eyes landed on Zachery himself.

"Dodge, now!" Lu Zhu, who was still next to him, shouted before he pushed his leader out of the way.

A second later Linda had fired another lightning bolt, which struck exactly were Zachary once stood. The bolt may have not hit him exactly but the impact made Lu Zhu and Zachary fall to the ground. But they both got back up and started running towards the volcanos. As they did Zachary started firing from his dual pistols at the electrified girl, who continued to fire bolts and run after them.

As Linda continued her onslaught, Retro took his chance and kicked Ella back while she was still distracted. Once on the ground she tried getting back up, but Retro pointed his palm at her and chains seemingly emerged from the ground and wrapped around her.

"Wh-What?!" She said in a confused tone.

Seeing that Ella was immobilized, Retro ran towards Linda. However Taka and Kaya intercepted him a few feet away from her.

"Not so fast there buddy." Kaya aimed his gun at Retro. "Linda we'll cover you." He told her from over his shoulder.

She didn't respond back as she kept throwing lightning bolts at the rocks Zachary and Lu Zhu hid behind. But with the rock cover she couldn't hit them like she wanted to, so in an annoyed attempt to finish this quickly she started a new trick. Her body started giving off more and more sparks of electricity as she raised her arms up in the air. Up above her, a small thunder cloud started to form and continuously grow in size.

"Rrrhhh!" Linda growled.

As the cloud became bigger and darker, electricity started to flow through it. Zachary looked at the storm cloud before glancing at Lu Zhu who nodded at him. Zachary nodded before standing from his hiding spot.

"Retro now!" He shouted.

Retro had his staff held up horizontally to block Taka's sword and, almost miserably, hold off Kaya's darkness appendages. But once he heard his leader's voice he glanced at Linda then back to Taka and Kaya. With a heard push, Retro managed to push both his opponents back before pointing his palm at the ground. Once he did three chains erupted from the ground and continuous flew up into the sky.

Now it was Zachary's turn as he held out his hand, which slowly gained a dark outline, and the three seemingly endless chains starts to twist together in the sky. Once the three chains were together Zachary's hand plunged straight downwards, making the chains go down into they were a few feet above the ground, about half the height of Taka. Then the chains started to make a large circle in the area with Linda, Taka, Kaya, and Retro were in.

Taka and Kaya looked at the chains in confusion before Kaya's eyes widened.

"Wait Linda, don't-"

But he didn't get to finish as Linda threw her arms forward, making the storm cloud above them to spark erratically. But as soon as it did Zachary balled his glowing fist and the chains around them closed in, wrangling all three of them together, with one lone chain pointing straight up into the sky.

And like pole in a storm, the lightning was attracted to the high metal object and struck the chain, electrifying it. The electricity immediately coursed through the metal and all three of them was shocked until they fell to the ground.

The whole coliseum cheered for the victorious team.

"Ooh! Defeat by your own attack!" Prof Port said. "That makes 3 TKO's and 1 submission."

"But that was a good fight from both sides!" Prof Oobleck said.

"Yes it was. But we'll be seeing more of Team ZRNL down the line." Prof Port said. "Now next up is....."
................

Down below, Zachary and his team was calmly walking out towards one of the exits. Seeing this from far away, Pyrrha immediately gets up from her seat and started moving through the crowd of seats.

"Z-Zachary!" She called out.

Zachary only glanced over to see that his sister was making her way towards him, and sneered. Pyrrha even climbed down from the crowd and ran over to him.

"Zachary! I-Is that really you?" She questioned.

Zachary stopped in his tracks as his team continued to leave. He glanced over his shoulder to see Pyrrha wide eyed and awaiting for an answer.....

".....Make sure you make it to the final round. Because there.... I'll give you what you deserve dear sister...."

Without another word he followed after his team, leaving Pyrrha completely silent.

From people who were in the lower rows had immediately started muttering about the new Nikos sibling rivalry. And word spread fairly quickly as only a few minutes after the conversation, it had already reached the ears of (Y/N) and Cinder.

"Ooh... Doesn't that sound interesting~?" Cinder asked, before glancing at (Y/N).

"Hmm.... But does he measure up?" (Y/N) questioned.

Suddenly (Y/N) felt his scroll going off. Reaching into his pocket and pulling the device out, he could see Sienna's name.

(Y/N) View

Sienna? Why would she be calling now?

I turned my head towards Cinder. "I'll be right back." I told her which I was given a nod.

Getting up from my seat, I headed out towards the tunnels that lead to the ships. I stood at the far end of the tunnel before answering the call.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hello (Y/N)." She responded.

"Hey Sienna, Uh, how's everything at base?"

"Everything is well. New recruits are still coming in, the Dust you received for us is being added to the weaponry, and no mishaps have happened." She said. "How is your business in Vale coming along?"

"Slow so far, but everything is in place. It might a while though."

"So you won't be back here for some time then?"

"I guess so. Why?"

"There's some... matters we have to discuss when you return."

"What matters? Is something wrong?"

"N-No, it's nothing. I jus-" She paused. "-I-I'll speak with you later."

Then she hung up.

That was weird.

Yes, that was strange.... Now that could mean anything from being threatened or sneaking around... either way, something is happening at Sienna's palace.

I sighed as I leaned against a wall. I looked back at my scroll and looked for Blitzen in my contacts. But before I did something caught my eye in the distance. A ship that has an assortment of ribbons attached to the wings. Quite different than the ships that have been arriving the past week.

Who'd be arriving now....?

With an eyebrow raised I watched the ship fly towards Ozpin's tower. Curious, I got on the next ship off the coliseum.

Elsewhere, in a dimly lit bathroom, sounds of heavy puking into a toilet could be heard. After a few heaves the toilet was plushed and a woman lifted her head from the toilet seat as she breathed to catch her breath.

"Uh... Lady Sienna? Are you alright in there?" Blitzen asked from the other side of the bathroom door.

"I'm fine. You may go along with your business." She reassured him.

Blitzen stood there for a few moments before leaving her room.

With her breath becoming calmer and calmer she stood up and walked over to a sink, which had a large mirror above it. She placed her hands on either side of the sink as she looked at her reflection.

"......We have some serious matters (Y/N)...." Sienna said.... before placing a hand on her stomach.....

(Y/N) View

It didn't long to make my way to the courtyard. As I headed towards the mystery ship, more and more people started wandering around; probably coming from the last fight of the day. And due to that a thick crowd had already formed.

As I walked through numerous people I could vaguely hear people muttering about the ship that recently landed. Most said things about Atlas, which peaked my curiosity more. However once I made it through the crowd I immediately flinched.

Ah shit....

Winter, the last person I hoped I'd bump into after just coming from Atlas, arrived from off the ship with a small group of Atlesian robots escorted her. With just her calm presence and confident demeanor whole flocks of people moved out of her way as she walked.

Deciding that it would be more useful to see why she's here, I moving with the crowd towards the same direction she headed. That was before Weiss arrived with Ruby. From the distance between me and them I couldn't quite hear their conversation, I did see Winter slap Weiss in the head however. But despite how amusing that is, it's useless information.

After some time Ruby left and the two Schnees headed towards Ozpin's tower, accompanied by the Atlesian robots. With the crowd thinning out, I was forced to trail them from behind to avoid discovery. I let them continue up ahead as I stood in front of a small crowd going the opposite way. As soon as I started to follow them, a man bumped into me.

"O-Out of the wayyy!" A familiar voice slurred as he stumbled past me.

At first I scowled as I watched some drunk almost trip on his own feet but that changed before I saw the drunk's face. Qrow, Ruby and Yang's Huntsman uncle was here as well.

What's he doing here....?

I curiously watched as Qrow stumbled his way across the courtyard and easily decapitated an Atlesian robot before kicking it past Winter and Weiss.

"Hey!" Qrow shouted, causing both Schnees to turn around, as well as the other robots. "Yeah I'm talking to you, Ice Queen!"

How does he even know that?

"Excuse me! Do you have any idea who you are talking to?!" Weiss angrily asked.

Qrow quickly covers Weiss' face with a hand, silencing her. "Sssshhhhh. Not you." He then pushed her aside.

"Hey!"

"You." Qrow points to the older Schnee. "Saw that gaudy ship of your's in town. I guess you're here too."

"I'm standing right before you." Winter said with an annoyed look upon her face.

"So it would seem."

Hmm... I guess Cinder would like to know about this...

I turned on my heel and headed towards our temporary dorm.

Timeskip

"Are you sure it was him?" Cinder asked me, as she paced back and forth.

"Ruffed up hair, drunk, looks like irresponsible huntsman. Yeah, it's him." I told her.

I sat on one of the beds before Neo cutely plopped down next to me and leaned her head against my arm.

"Hmm..."

"I know he's a huntsman but is he really a potential threat?"

"Yes. That little bird has posed a threat since our operations began.... No doubt he's here to stop us." She answered.

"And then there's Winter. She'll definitely be coming after me if my name is mentioned." I sighed. "So that makes Qrow, Winter, and the General threats. Any changes to the plan?"

"None. We stay on the course. They have no idea who we are, so there is no reason to worry. Besides, the last heavy lifting is being taken care of thanks to our clever little friend." Cinder told me before picking up her scroll. "Speaking of which.... it appears we have a new access point."

"Oh really?"

"Yes, but right now I'll need to prepare everything for tomorrow." Cinder smirked.

"Oh please make this interesting for me." I told her.

"Oh, it will..... it will indeed."

Man... I think that chapter went so bad....

Also, I re-watched Volume 3 and it's kinda short time wise. So some things might happen faster than expected.

But anyways, the tournament is underway and Zachary true purpose is here! Also Sienna has unexpected news for (Y/N)! How will all of this will unfold?

And I'd like to thank the Ocs in this chapter again and I hope I did them justice.
