It is now a year after the reformation of her country and she is now 18 started when she was 14 halfway 15. Everything is as peaceful as it allows, with the occasional pirates from the Mediterranean Sea and Vikings from the North. Right now the 2nd Annual Draconian Collëgë Tournament is in its last day, a week long event where diffeent traditional sports are played and a showcase of their current progress in school. The shops for gifts and souvenirs are a collaboration of the business class and cuisine class. Along with the classes focusing on designs and architecture. Their uniforms came from the fashion class. The opening ceremony consisted of presentations from the entertainment course, and trained animals particicpated with the permission of the Animal Care professor and offficial. Right now it is the last sport for the event, Crystalinx Race, it is the race where the newest update for wings is showcased for the TechMech Course and Department

A group of people are cheering in what seems to be a living room. One more so than others. These people are the inner council of Pendragon Highlands, along with their Grand Duchess.

After a few more moments of celebration, the council members are now returning to their offices.

With our Grand Duchess, she is back to checking and signing the finalized paperworks and reading it to again for any errors that indicates misdeeds.

After much more cruel hours, she came across a project proposal. In it, it spoke of exchange students from America and Paris. Students are already chosen, their commodities and necessities are also fixed already, the only thing that is needed is her approval and signature.

The exchange will happen for 3 years, if some of them wanted to stay here and continue their work and job here, they can, they just have to sign up for the immigration.

Thinking about it, itll be a nice way to introduce the country to the rest of the world. Without violence. Not that they can't fight, it's just that it is not necessary to do so. Their state soldiers can fight like admirals, and the royal knights  are as strong as traditional generals who can fight 150 soldiers, specially since their armors are made of vibranium, so it's actually light.

Deciding she took her personal colored wax, green and black, she sealed it, leaving behind a VP initial surrounded by a letter c.

Since she approved this. She must get ready for the backlash of meetings and requests of travel.

They finalized the exchange program made some adjustments and other approvals. For Paris, there were a few students who didn't want to agree for it will leave a friend behind. While admirable it is also annoying, the student they wanted to come with them was a.....problematic child, for better wording. Her record was full of suicide baiting, slander, verbal bullying and physical assault. Well, not like I will be wasting any resources on her just to accommodate her necessity.

She will be annoying but she will sure be bringing drama, which I will make sure I have a front row seat, along with my handmaiden and secretary who are my bestfriends that I made in this world.

......Gotham and Metropolis are a bit more complicated, I want eyes and ears on Damian Wayne, an assassin from the League. Timothy Drake, a bussiness prodigy, and coffee addict, and a hacker, he is the one of the three students that we chose from 4th year College. And Bruce Wayne would probably want Damian to have an adult companion. Approved, Damian and Tim has talent in business and arts which I actually didn't see as a pair. Tim Drake, this is a hacker guys, make sure our firewall defenses are up and going smoothly we can't have them see our weapon prototypes. In this three years have the TechMech Course on basics when talking about technological weapons. Advance courses will be for those who are ours, do not let them see our progress in weaponry, even if they're kids. Rachel Roth, she is a daughter of Trigon, a powerful demon, though still below mine, watch her as well. Garfield Mark Logan, a metahuman, have the ability to transform to any animal he chooses. Similar to my family magic, metamorphmagus. Jaime Reyes, he has a creature on his back who works as an actual safety protocol and attack sequence. In Parisians, I want eyes on Lila Rossi, she's the one with the nasty record. Kagami Tsurugi, Marinette Du-pein Cheng, Alix Kubdel, Nino Lahiffe, and Chloe Burgoies, have something called Miraculous, these Miraculous house minor Gods, capable of gifting soneone with partial abilities, in a sense they're demigods. They each have drawbacks, which is listed in the file, make sure they have those in their dorms. We will not be wasting resources on Lila Rossi, either have her parents give her an allowance whenever they want or she works for it, for the time she is here. She doesn't have any powers but she sure can lie easily though not effectively. Anything she says, double check it."

Capella's POV

This is so tiring. While it is a good idea, we can not just invite someone from a random country, the people we chose, we knew we were taking risk but while we are a neutral country we do have a trading contract with America, our products seems to be on high demand there. Paris because England is just our neighbor, it is quite shameful if we don't invite someone from them.

We will also gift Gotham a few of our own. I'm going to invite the Wayne House here, as I found an alliance with them. And somehow their origin is Draconian.

"Another thing, I want someone to research about the Wayne Tree Family, I will be inviting them here. So give the invitation for Damian and Tim much earlier. I want them to be here a month earlier.....

.....On second thought, I'll be inviting them personally. So while I'm away, announce our adjustments to those who would be needing to know. I will be back after a week, I'll go the day after tomorrow, as the next day will be the announcement of overall winners for the tournament yesterday. Meeting is adjourned. And, NO, I will be going there with only one guard, a handmaiden, and a butler. I don't need too many people. Im just there for a week, and YES, I will be taking the wings so I can escape if something is to happen. Of course the others will have theirs as well. With the meeting done Capella went home, did her work there and after a couple of threats went to do her night routine and slept.

The next day, the island of National Draconian Collëgë is in an uproar, everywhere you turn people are celebrating for the success of the tournament and for the winners. At noon, it was announced to the whole country/kingdom about their first project of reopening to the rest of the world after three years of lockdown for the reformations.

This is a big thing as it will be their first time hearing the views of others to their cultures and traditions. As well as their advancements. And this project will be a way to see if people have prejudice against Magi-s.

In the mansion of Capella, servants are also in an uproar but for a different reason. Capella insist on not wearing something so extravagant, so servants here and there are searching and debating on which clothing could be taken with them, maids especially argued on which gown to take, in case of unannounced ball.

A heads-up-letter to the Mayor of Gotham was already sent to inform them of her arrival the next day.
