A filly was running to the castle, crying. Ponies around could hear her screaming somepony's name.

They felt sorry for her. Why ?
Because she's well known in the whole Empire for being their princess's childhood best friend. Little did they know...

The guards bowed to her as she entered the castle. She didn't even see them. Once she came in the throne room, the rulers of the Empire, Princess Cadance and Shining Armor, looked at the little filly, confused and concerned.

"-Are you okay Amethyst ?
-What's wrong sweetie ?"
Princess Cadance and Shining Armor asked simultaneously
"-... No... It's... Mama and Papa... They're..." She replied whilst crying more. The adults were just hugging her as to give her some comfort.
They understood what could've happened to her parents. So, Princess Cadance got an idea.

"-Amethyst, dear ?
-... Yes auntie ?
-What would you say about becoming our daughter ? You're not forced to agree sweetie.
-Can I... Really ?"
Shining Armor smiled at his wife's idea.
"-Welcome in the royal family. Princess Amethyst.
-Thanks... Dad... Mom..."

A young alicorn came in the throne room, running. She seemed really really happy.
"-Mommy ! That's real ?! She's my new sister now ?
-Yes Flurry Heart. It's real.
-Yay ! Told you my visions were right Daddy !
-Ugh. Yeah yeah. You were right, my baby girl."
The male sighed. The other two females giggled.

Amethyst looked at her new family, smiling. Then she remembered something.
"-Um... Mom, Dad, sis ?
-Yes little sister ?
-What are we gonna do ? I mean... I never got a Crystalling Ceremony, remember ?
-Yeah ? What's wrong with that pumpkin ?"
The filly blushed at the nickname her dad just gave her, as she continued.
"-Do you think we could... Maybe organize one ?
-Great idea sweetie pie !
-Daddy ! Stop with those nicknames ! Can't you see you're making her blush more and more ?
-Oh. Sorry.
-Nah Dad. I'm fine with it. But just the "pumpkin" nickname. The other one... Uhm... I kinda don't appreciate it. But that's okay, really !
-If you say so."
They all laughed for a while. Until Cadance got a letter from Twilight, thanks to Spike's flames.
It says :

Dear Cadance,
I hope you're all doing okay. I personally am quite fine. With the girls, we were thinking of a new program for the School of Friendship. This program would require from some of the Crystal ponies to come here. I thought of two particular ponies. I'll tell you which ones in a bit.
Still. I need your agreement.
Okay, I'll cut the suspense. I want to ask for Flurry Heart and Amethyst to come. You're probably wondering why.
Well, it's because I want them to learn how to improve their friendship. And, of course that would be a great opportunity for them to discover more about Ponyville.
So, what'd you say ?
