Narrator:So after the old commander was arrested, he broke out and came back to Azur Lane, only to get arrested again, but for now, let's go back to Takeo, and the aftermath of what happened in episode 8.

Takeo:"Ugh...I can't stand that guy."

Javelin:"...T-Takeo?"

Takeo:"Yeah? Are you ok, Javelin?"

Javelin:"...I...can I talk to you for a bit?"

Takeo:"Oh, sure."

Laffey:"Laffey wants to join..."

Javelin:"Huh?!"

Takeo:"Where the heck did you come from?!"

Laffey:"Laffey check with Unicorn...Unicorn is grateful for Takeo's help."

Takeo:"O-Oh, it was nothing."

Javelin:"I-I wanted to thank you too, Takeo."

Takeo:"Huh? Why?"

Javelin:"You saved me too...When the old commander attacked me, you saved me."

*Javelin's face starts blushing a bit*

Takeo:"O-Oh, yeah."

Javelin:"I want to thank you, commander, but I don't know how..."

Takeo:"Well, how about we have dinner? That could be something."

Javelin:"...Ok then."

Laffey:"Yay...Takeo is getting us food..."

Takeo:"Only if you stay awake the whole time, and don't face plant yourself into your food."

Laffey:"Hmm...fine...but Laffey can get very sleepy...zzz..."

Takeo:"And she's knocked out. That was quicker than I though. Hahaha!"

Javelin:"..."

Javelin(mind):How could he still be smiling after something like this?

Takeo:"Hey, Javelin? Are you coming?"

Javelin:"Huh? A-Alright."

*Javelin, Laffey, and Takeo have dinner together. Afterwards, Javelin, Laffey, and Takeo start heading to their homes*

Takeo:"Alright, I'll see you girls tomorrow."

Javelin:"...Y-You go on Laffey, I'll catch up later."

Laffey:"Huh? Ok..."

*Laffey goes down the road to their homes, and Javelin stands in front of Takeo*

Takeo:"Javelin?"

Javelin:"I...I still want to repay you, for what you did. You really helped me, Takeo."

Takeo:"Hey, it's nothing, really. I'm your commander, I need to take care of my fleet. Even if I thought you were objects, which I don't. I still need to take care of my property, and you girls much more then my property, or my fleet."

Javelin:"Commander...I-I..."

Takeo:"Heh...actually, the property analogy was a bit weird sounding. You girls aren't my property at all, you're not slaves or anything. You're all just girls that are part of my fleet."

Javelin:*Sniff* "Takeo...thank you!"

*Javelin runs up to Takeo and hugs him*

Takeo:"Whoa!"

*Takeo's face starts blushing*

Takeo:"Javelin?"

Javelin:*Sniff* "Thank you...thank you so much, Takeo!"

Takeo:*Gasps* "Javelin..."

Takeo(mind):Wow...I really did change these girls' lives, huh...

Javelin:"...T-Takeo...I-"

???:"Excuse me?"

Takeo:"?"

Javelin:"Ah!"

*Takeo turns around and sees Belfast*

Takeo:"?...Who are you?"

Belfast:"Pardon my interruption, my name is Belfast. You're Takeo, right?"

Takeo:"Y-Yes, do you need something?"

Belfast:"I heard the old commander has returned, I'm sorry for any trouble he caused."

Takeo:"?...Why are you sorry?"

Belfast:"I knew him, back when he was commander. He has really done it now."

Javelin:"Belfast?!"

Belfast:"Oh? Hello, Javelin."

Takeo:"You two know each other?"

Javelin:"Yeah, Belfast is part of the same region as I am."

Takeo:"Oh..."

Belfast:"We're you two having a moment?"

Javelin(mind):Yes! We were!

Javelin:"W-Well..."

*Javelin's face blushes*

Javelin:"..."

Takeo:"So...you said you knew him?"

Belfast:"Yes, he was never a nice person, making fun of my chain."

Takeo:"Hmm...that's..."

Takeo(mind):I thought her chain was there because she was into...never mind.

Takeo:"Y-Your chain, huh?"

Belfast:"Yes."

Takeo:"Well, I'm sorry you had to deal with him like that."

Belfast:"Oh, you don't have to worry about me. I'm fine with what he's done."

Takeo:"Sounds like it still bugs you though."

Belfast:"Well...I wanted to give you this."

*Belfast hands Takeo a certificate*

Takeo:"Huh?! W-Wait, Y-Your certificate? Are you sure?"

Belfast:"Yes, I trust you enough."

Takeo(mind):But we literally just met...

Takeo:"Ugh...alright, I'll sign it."

Belfast:"Thank you very much, master."

*Belfast walks away*

Takeo(mind):Oh boy, this is gonna be a problem...

Takeo:"Anyway, you were saying, Javelin-"

*Takeo turns around, but Javelin is nowhere to be seen*

Takeo:"What the?! Javelin? Where'd she go all of a sudden?"

Takeo(mind):Crap, it's too late to go looking for her anyway, I hope she's alright.

*Takeo heads to his house, and notices something in the mail. He grabs it, and heads inside*

Takeo:"Ok, let's see who it is this time."

*Takeo opens and there's two certificates inside*

Takeo(mind):Knew it!

*He looks at the letter attached to it, and his eyes widen*

Takeo:"What the hell?!"

Takeo(mind):'Hello commander

You may not know who I am yet, but I'm sure you have heard of me. This certificate is for two dear friends of mine, don't worry, they're completely harmless...to you at least. After I heard you visited Sakura Empire, I've been fascinated to learn about about you, commander. I really hope we meet soon.

*Takeo drops the letter, and it falls to the floor*

Takeo(mind):Akagi?! How did she know about me?! How does she know about my visit to the Sakura Empire?! And why is she giving me a certificate?!

*Takeo looks at the certificate*

Takeo(mind):'Taihou'? Wait, haven't I heard that name before?

*Takeo flashbacks to his visit to Sakura Empire*

Takeo:"Taihou...Taihou...oh! That's who she is. Oh no..."

Takeo(mind):I don't even wanna know who the other one is.

*Takeo puts the other certificate to the side*

Takeo:"Yanderes...they creep me out."

Takeo(mind):I'll have to ask Ayanami about this, maybe Atago and Takao too.

Takeo:"Ugh...I need to take a shower."

*Takeo goes into his bathroom, and gets undressed and heads into the shower* (I don't like where this is going...)

Takeo:"God...if they think I'm gonna sign a certificate for that crazy yandere, they don't know me at all."

???:"Commander...hah..."

Takeo:"Ah! What the?! Who's there?!"

???:"The window..."

*Takeo looks up at the window in the bathroom, and sees Taihou peaking her head through the window, looking at the him*

Taihou:"Hah...hah...commander..."

*Takeo tries to cover himself*

Takeo:"My god, woman! What the hell is wrong with you?!"

Taihou:"Doesn't every man want this, though? To have a girl who loves them so much?"

Takeo:"Not when the girl is stalking them while they are in the shower!"

Taihou:"Hah...commander, I just want to be with you, is that too much to ask?"

Takeo:"Don't even try getting all romantic in a situation like this!"

Taihou:"Hmm...oh no, I'm stuck and can't get myself out. Commander, can you get me out?"

Takeo:"As much as I want to push you out the window right now, I'm not going to. I'm nice like that."

Taihou:"Oh, commander, please...just let me be with you, please?"

Takeo:"Ugh...don't tell me you're here just to convince me to sign them."

Taihou:"But commander-"

Takeo:"No, I'm not going to!"

Taihou:"...Commander..."

*Taihou punches through the window, and pulls herself inside the bathroom, as she grabs Takeo by the throat and lifts him into the air*

Taihou:"Don't...make me...hurt you...commander."

Takeo:"Ugh!" *Chokes*

*Taihou loosens her grip and Takeo falls to the ground*

Takeo:*Cough* *Cough*

*Takeo looks terrified at Taihou*

Taihou:"I ask you again, commander. I want to be with you, is that too much to ask for?"

Takeo:"...Erg...fine. I'll do it after I shower."

Taihou:"Let me help you...hah..."

Takeo:"Nope! Nope, you can wait outside, please?"

Taihou:"Of course, anything for you, commander."

*Taihou leaves the bathroom, and Takeo takes a shower*

Takeo(mind):Damn it, I'm stuck with her now...this is bad, very bad. How is this even gonna work out?! This girl really needs help. I guess the only person that she'll listen to is me, but she forces me to say otherwise sometimes. This is gonna be a train wreck.

*Takeo gets out of the shower, gets dressed, and opens the door, and Taihou immediately comes close to Takeo's face*

Takeo:"Whoa!"

Takeo(mind):My god, that scared me!

Taihou:"I will let you fill out the certificate, commander."

Takeo:"O-Ok..."

Takeo(mind):This is actually happening, I'm being threatened by Taihou in order to own her.

*I get the certificate, and sign it*

Takeo:"There, happy?"

Taihou:"Thank you, commander. You're just too kind."

Takeo(mind):Yeah...it's not like I was threatening or anything!

*Taihou grabs the certificate*

Taihou:"Commander's writing...is now on my certificate..."

Takeo:"Ok...well, have fun with that. Now get out of my house."

Taihou:"Commander...I'll treat you well with every fiber of my being."

Takeo:"T-Thanks..."

*Taihou leaves Takeo's house with the certificate, Takeo closes and locks the door, and then he closes, and locks every window in his house*

Takeo:"...Jesus..."

*Takeo goes up to his room, and falls into his bed*

Takeo:"Great..."

Takeo(mind):At least I didn't have to sign the other certificate, I don't even want to know who it's for anymore.

Takeo(mind):Wait, what if this is all a trick! Taihou is probably a spy for Akagi! What am I doing?!

Takeo:"Ugh...I need to calm down, I need some sleep. Tonight has been a hell of a night."

*Takeo goes to sleep*

Narrator:A-And with that...Takeo got a new ship. Yay...r-right, isn't that a good thing? No? It's not, crap. At least he got Belfast, nothing's wrong with Belfast, but what was Javelin going to tell Takeo? Hmm...the plot thickens as the story continues.
