Narrator:Takeo and his ships made it back to Azur Lane, but when they got back something was...off.

*Takeo and his ships arrive at the dock, but he sees smoke coming from the harbor*

Takeo:"What the?! There's a fire at the harbor!"

Z23, Javelin, Laffey, and Ayanami:"Huh?!"

*Takeo's ships transform back to normal*

Takeo:"Oh my god."

Takeo(mind):The fire is close to my house...wait, Dido is there!

*Takeo starts running to his house, near the fire*

Z23:"Commander! Wait!"

*Takeo's ships start chasing after him. Takeo ends up making it to his house, only to see it up in flames*

Takeo:*Gasps* "No...Dido, Dido!"

Z23, Javelin, Laffey, and Ayanami:"Commander!"

*The girls tackle Takeo*

Takeo:"Ugh! Dido is still in there, I'm not gonna leave her!"

Z23:"This is Dido we're talking about here, commander. Are you sure you want to risk your life for her?"

Takeo:"She's my ship, isn't she? I don't want any of my ships to burn, especially if it's my secretary ship."

Javelin:"Then we're coming with you, commander."

Ayanami:"Yes, burning your death is a bad way for a ship to go."

Laffey:"Laffey doesn't like seeing her friends in trouble..."

Takeo:"Alright, fine. Let's go then."

*Takeo and his ships enter the fire, and look for Dido*

Takeo:"Dido! Dido, are you there?!"

Javelin:"Dido!"

Z23:"Jeez...come on, Dido!"

Ayanami:"Dido! We've come to help you!"

Laffey:"We are gonna save Dido..."

*Takeo finds Dido, in what was his bedroom*

Dido:"Master...has abandoned me..."

Takeo:"Dido!"

Dido:"M-Master?! Master!"

*Dido rushes towards Takeo, and tackles him with such speed, that they ended up out of the house*

Takeo:"Ugh!!!"

Takeo(mind):Did she just tackle me through a wall?! I think she broke my back!

Takeo:"Ow, ow, ow! Ugh!"

*Takeo tries to get up, but falls because he is unable to get Dido off of him*

Takeo(mind):Ugh...heavy as always.

Takeo:"Girls! Girls, I've found her!"

*Takeo shouts as loud as he can, then he sees Laffey jump out of the house through a hole that Dido made*

Laffey:"We did it..."

Takeo:"Heh...I guess we did."

Z23:"Commander! What the?!"

Javelin:"Commander, are you ok?"

Takeo:"No, I'm really not."

Ayanami:"I'll go get Vestal."

Takeo:"Oh, the medic girl? Yeah, please do. Ow!"

*Ayanami starts heading towards the clinic*

Z23:"We need to get Dido off of the commander."

Javelin:"Alright!"

Laffey:"Zzz..."

*Z23 grabs one side of Dido, and Javelin grabs onto the other side*

Z23:"Ok, on three. One, two, three!"

*They both pull on Dido with all of their might, but it doesn't work*

Z23:"Hah...hah..."

Javelin:"She isn't moving an inch, hah..."

Takeo:"Hmm...ow!"

Dido:"I thought you abandoned me, master!"

Takeo(mind):Her grip just doubled! It's getting pretty hard to breathe...

Takeo:"Ugh! Quick, tickle her."

Javelin:"Huh?"

Z23:"Why tickle her?"

Takeo:"Just tickle her! Ow, ow, ow!"

*Z23 and Javelin start tickling Dido*

Dido:"Hahaha! Stop it!"

*Dido's grip loosens around Takeo*

Dido:"Hahaha!"

Takeo:"Glad to see you again, Dido."

*Dido falls to the ground, and they stop tickling her*

Dido:"Haha, hah...hah..."

Takeo:"Calmed down now?"

Dido:"Master...I-I'm sorry. I just got so excited to see you again."

Takeo:"Heh...it's alright, Dido."

Takeo(mind):You nearly killed me, but it's ok...

*Takeo headpats Dido, and she blushes*

Dido:"I-I thought you were never coming back, master."

Takeo:"Well, I'm here now."

Dido:"I-Indeed. Welcome back, master."

Takeo(mind):You already said 'welcome back' when you tackled me...

Takeo:"Uh...so what the hell happened?! Why is my house on fire?!"

Dido:"Well, I don't know. The entire house just suddenly caught fire."

Takeo:"So someone tried to set my house on fire?!"

Z23:"Commander, calm down."

Takeo:"Sorry, it's just...where am I gonna stay now?"

Javelin:"Oh, you didn't know about the spare office?"

Takeo:"Wait, there's a spare office?"

Javelin:"Yeah, at the dorms."

Takeo:"We have dorms?"

Z23:"Of course we do. Where do you think we stay?"

Takeo:"I-I thought you girls go back to your regions, and sleep in your dorms there."

Laffey:"Then every night would be a sleepover..."

Takeo:"Well, I guess I have no where else to go but this office then."

Javelin:"Alright! Let's get you settled in."

Z23:"Uh...what about the fire?"

Takeo:"I'm sure Vestal will take care of it once she gets here."

*A few minutes later, Ayanami returns with Vestal, and they get Takeo to the clinic*

Takeo:"Ugh..."

*Takeo wakes up in the clinic, and sees Vestal next to him*

Vestal:"Well...surprisingly, you did have a slight fracture in your spinal cord."

Takeo:"I'm sorry, a slight fracture?"

Vestal:"Yep, we are able to fix you up when you were out."

Takeo(mind):Oh, that explains why I fell asleep.

Takeo:"Oh, what about the other girls?"

Vestal:"Don't worry, no one else was injured."

Takeo:"Phew..."

Takeo(mind):I'm glad that I'm the only person who was hurt.

Vestal:"Now, let me run some tests since you're awake."

Takeo:"Ok, sure."

*Vestal does a check-up on Takeo before releasing him*

Takeo:"Thank you so much, Vestal."

Vestal:"Oh, no need to thank me. It's just my role as a support ship."

Takeo:"Still, thank you. See ya!"

Vestal:"Oh wait, here."

*Vestal hands Takeo a certificate to him*

Takeo:"Huh? Wait, why are you-"

Vestal:"You are growing into a promising commander, that's all. Have a good rest of your day, commander."

Takeo:"Ugh...you too, Vestal."

*Takeo head outside of the hospital, and spots his ships staring into the glass-stained walls of the hospital*

Takeo:"You know you could've waited for me inside..."

Z23:"Ah! W-We didn't think you'd be done this quickly."

Javelin:"Whoa, welcome back, commander!"

Ayanami:"Are you ok, commander?"

Laffey:"Commander is back...yay..."

Takeo:"Uh...t-thanks for waiting on me."

Javelin:"It's just our job as your ships."

Z23:"But this one started drooling on the glass."

Takeo:"Huh?"

*Takeo spots Dido looking down towards him*

Dido:"I'm sorry, master. It's all my fault."

Takeo:"N-No, it's fine. Dido, I'm fine, see?"

Dido:"You probably don't deserve a disgraceful maid like me..."

Takeo:"There she goes again...Dido! It's fine, you didn't do anything bad."

*Takeo pats Dido on the head, but she continues to look down*

Takeo(mind):She was just really excited to see me, I can understand that.

Takeo:"But now, we were about to go to my new office, right?"

Javelin:"Yes, the office near the dorms."

Takeo(mind):With this, I can have my separate dorm with my office really close by it too.

Takeo:"Alright, let's check it out."

Z23:"Wait, what about your stuff back at your house?"

Takeo:"It wasn't all burned down?"

Z23:"Nope, me and Javelin checked out the wreckage after the fire was put out, and we found this."

*Z23 pulls out a heart shaped rock*

Takeo(mind):Wait, is that...

*Z23 hands then stone to Takeo, and he spots the writing on it*

Takeo(mind):'U-Chan loves commander'...still melts my heart.

Takeo:"Thank you for saving this, Nimi."

Z23:"Does it mean a lot to you? Oh wait, this was from Unicorn, was it?"

Takeo:"Of course it was, who else would give something this cute to her commander?"

Takeo(mind):Who she calls 'big brother' now...

Takeo:"Alright, now I'm ready to see this new office."

Javelin:"Alright, let's go!"

Laffey:"Commander is gonna carry me, right?"

Takeo:"Of course."

*Laffey climbs onto Takeo's back, and they all head to the dorms to see Takeo's new office*

Narrator:That was Takeo's 'welcome back'. Quite a hectic way to go back home...but he technically doesn't have one anymore. Who decided to burn down his home? Why did they do it? Stay tuned to find out. Probably not the next episode, but some time in the future.
