I walked over to him. When he noticed me he quickly but the thing that was in his hands under the covers. I was confused. I sat on the bed and looked at him like I was saying 'What are you hiding' he slowly took it out and handed me a box.

I took it I then realized that it was a box for a ring. An engagement ring. I looked up at him with surprised eyes. He kinda of smiled my mouth was wide open I just stared at Joey. "Well, are you going to open it?" he said I looked down at it I opened the box. There was a diamond ring inside. There was a note inside also I took the note out and it read:

I know we are still in high school but this is the last year.
I love you Meghan.
Will you be mine forever?
Will you marry me?

I looked back up at Joey I had tears in my eyes. I smiled and hugged him but not too tight because he had surgery. I started to cry but they were happy tears. I wanted to say yes but there were two reasons why I can't. 1: My mother 2: I'm moving. I kept hugging him while I was thinking of what I should say. "What's your answer"?
