When we were done eating breakfast we got a taxi to my grandmas house. I haven't seen my grandma since I was 13 so I was exited to see her even though she was sick and might not remember me.

We got to her house and when we walked in the door my grandma was in the kitchen making food! When I saw her I looked at my mom she didn't look at me she walked in "Mom!" my mother said to my grandma. I was angry my mother lied to me!

"Michelle! Oh, how are you"? My grandmother said to my mom as they hugged. I was still standing in the house doorway because I was furious at my mother! She made me move here when my grandma is fine and leave my friends AND my fiancée behind! My grandma walked over toward my brothers and gave them a hug then she saw me. I guess she saw I was angry. "Oh, Meghan dear. Are you alright"? She asked me I replied saying "Yes. I'm fine" I was looking at my mother when I said that. "Oh. Well then come inside. Get out of the doorway dear" I walked in and the door slammed closed behind me. I was still looking at my mother she saw me and looked away from me.

My grandmother showed me the room where I would stay. I unpacked my stuff then I saw the ring in my bag I grabbed it and started to tear up 'I'm sorry I left you' I thought to myself. I was stupid to come here, I stupid to believe my mother.

I finished unpacking and when I was done I took my phone out of my pocket and no text or calls from Joey. I starting to think he really didn't want to talk to me ever again. I sighed and put my phone on the dresser. "Time for lunch"! I heard my mom yell I walked to the door and opened it. She was standing at the bottom of the stair case I stood there at the top looking at her. "Meghan come on time for lunch" she said that like nothing was wrong like everything in world was fine. Well, it's not the love of my life is miles away form me just because of my mother.

I walked down the stairs into the kitchen were the table was and sat down we were all eating until all of a sudden I snapped I slammed my fork down and stood up "How could you!" I yelled to my mom "Why would lie to me and tell me that grandma was sick and we had to move here to help her when she is fine! You just wanted to take me away from everything I loved! My school! My friends! And most importantly the love of my life, my fiancée!" I then ran up the stairs and cried in my pillow.
