Joey drove us to school when we got there I showed him around the school and my friends saw me with him. We walk over to them and I introduced him to everyone.

"Joey this is Kalel, Anthony, Stacy, Marzia, and Felix". I said as I pointed to everyone. Everyone smiled and said hi, he said hi back to everyone. Then a very bad thing happened. Abbie Russell and her friends walked in the door of the school (she still goes to the same school as Meghan they just never talk) of course the first thing she saw was a cute boy (Joey is the cute boy...... Duh!) she started walking over to me and Joey and looked Joey in the eyes and said something that made want to slap her "hi hottie, how about you and me talk after school or maybe even now". He just stod there then looked at me. "No thanks I already have plans with my friends" and he looked at my friends. She laughed really loud and so did her little posse. " You? Friends with them? Ha! Don't make me laugh! Now about you and me. Let me show - " "You don't need to show me anything Meghan here has been showing me the school so I don't need your help. Thank you". Then he turned back around to us and Abbie and her friends walk away mad. All of us were just staring at him with our mouths open. "What?" Joey asked. "You just turned down the most popular girl in school!" Marzia told him. "So?" Joey said. "So?! No one has ever done that before!" Stacy says. (see what I did there hehe) "Well I don't like her". Joey said and looked at me then finally changed the subject by saying "So we're is Mr. Cooper's class?" I looked at his paper "I have him first too" I said.

And then the first bell rang I showed Joey to Mr. Cooper's class. When we walked in Mr. Cooper talked to Joey then he was trying to find a seat for him. Joey asked him if he could sit next to me because he knew me. Mr. Cooper said "Ryan move please". He was the boy that was sitting next to me and then Joey sat down next to me. He looks at me and smiles I look back at him and smiled too.

Class stared Mr. Cooper turned off the lights to show a video. I was so bored until I realized Joey was looking at me again. I stared to blush, why? Joey is just a friend. Right? I don't know what to do! Why was I panicking over Joey? I look at him. He kinda shy smiles and I could tell he was blushing too. Does Joey like me too?

Class was almost over. I didn't really pay attention to the video. I was distracted by Joey. I wanted to know why he stared at me all through class. Then someone walked passed me and dropped a note on my desk. I looked at the front of it. It read:

From Your nightmare

Why would it be from a nightmare?

I opened it up.

Hello Meghan,

I'm your nightmare. I know you wish this would never happen but it's happening.

Step away from Joey, he doesn't like you. He said that your ugly and he would never be with a girl like you! He said that you should just run away. FAR away! So far that you would get lost and never return. I agree. Because no one would miss you not even you family. Not even your dad!

The letter ended. I was scared was this true? Did Joey really think all this? I stared to tear up. And how did this person know about my dad? I haven't told anyone about him.

Then Mr. Cooper turned on the lights it was so bright I covered my eyes until they focused. As I put my hands down I looked at Joey. He had the note in his hands. He was reading it! I tried to take it but he pushed my hands away. "Joey give it back!" I screamed. But I didn't scream that loud where everyone could hear just loud enough for him to hear. He looked at me. "Meghan where did you get this?" I looked at him with tears in my eyes. "Someone dropped it on my desk". He looked at me just staring. Not saying a word. "Joey i... is this true?" "No, of course not I would never say or think any of this! Meghan, I- " Mr. Cooper came over and saw the note he took it from Joey. Joey quickly turned around. He was reading the note he looked at me then at Joey. He turned with the note still in his hand. He went to the phone. Oh crap! I looked at Joey. He was looking at Mr. Cooper. "Joey, Meghan to the office please". The class went "oooohhhh".

Me and Joey walked to the office.
