A voice blares over the loudspeaker. 

"Please exit the bunker, take the red pill, and report for active duty." It repeats over and over. Seeing the time to work, Andy stands up and heads off for his next mission; a big one. 

Which brings us to the Battle of  Crier's Blvd. After months of extensive planning ,the city government had devised an operation and piece of technology that could finally turn the tide of the war. Complicated as it was, it hinged upon their modified super soldier Andy Outsider leading a platoon of men and taking a key facility. 

Their orders are very clear that everyone inside is to be disposed of with extreme prejudice.

And so, Andy Outsider, darling of the government's modification experiments, infiltrates the labyrinth of a facility, and with a platoon of men, razes a swath of blood and destruction behind them.

Finally they come to the door of the room they were sent to take. Andy orders the men to hold their positions in the hall and blows down the door. Inside are only three noncombatant hostiles, two men and one woman.

The woman screams and so he aims at her first. There is a long pause as their eyes lock and hold. Finally Andy lowers his gun and sings. 

"Past the world, past the night, pass the stars where seabirds fly. Past your dreams to toyland's shore, where we will meet again once more...."

The woman calms, looking both cautious and hopeful. "Daddy?" 

Andy Outsider and his daughter stand staring at each other for a long, frozen moment... until the sound of voices and weapons being locked and loaded echo from the hallway, breaking the spell. Andy nods slowly at his daughter. He reloads his weapon, turns around, raises it and walk out into the hall, ready to attack his own men.
