Summer POV: 

I just put Ruby and Yang to bed, Tai was out with Raven and Qrow while I was sitting on the couch. Suddenly I heard a knock on the door. 

KNOCK KNOCK!

I got off the couch and looked in the peephole but I saw nothing, I opened the door and saw a basket on the door step with a blue blanket covering whatever was inside.

Summer: What is this? 

I uncovered the blanket to reveal a baby boy with black hair inside, sleeping.

Summer: A baby?

I noticed a note in the corner of the basket I took it and read it.

Summer Rose:
You don't know me but I know you, you are among the purest souls on the planet, so please take care of this boy and raise him like he's your own.

I had to take a moment to process what I just read, I looked at the baby again still asleep, I smiled and picked up the basket.

Summer: I will take care of you, my little special Rose.

I brought the baby inside. I sat down on the couch again and put the basket next to me. The baby opened his red eyes and looked at me, I smiled at him and he giggled and reached out to me. 

I picked him up and held him close as he drifted back to sleep just the front door opened revealing Tai, Raven and Qrow.

Tai: Hey honey, we're ba-

He stopped midsentence as he looked at the baby in my arms and all three of them had wide eyes.

Tai: Summer, where did this baby come from?

I said nothing and handed him the note, the three of them read it in silence and where shocked.

Tai: Well, I don't even know what to say.

Raven: Well it seems to that you have son now.

Qrow: I'm gonna need a drink.

Qrow walks to the kitchen as Tai and Raven sat down next to me looking at my new baby boy.

Raven: He's going to need a name, any ideas?

Tai: I don't at the moment. (looks at Summer) What do you think Summer?

Summer: (smiles) Y/N, Y/N Rose. 

Raven: I like it, has a nice ring to it.

Tai: I agree. (looks at the sleeping Y/N) Welcome to the family, son.

Suddenly, Y/N gave Tai an punch at the face which send him flying to a way while he was sleeping.

The three of us were shocked by his surprisingly incredible strength. 

Summer: Tai! Are you alright?!

Tai: (groans) Ow, I'm fine. 

Qrow: Holy crap, that baby send you flying! 

Tai: (laughs) Yeah, he really packs quite a punch. 

Raven: (smiles) I'm starting to like him already.

Summer: (smiles and looks at my son) I'll always love you no matter what, my little Rose.
