You sat on Kuroka's couch thinking what you should next. You only been here for a few months and whoever is out there wants you dead for some reason. You only pissed couple of people off being here, but they have been dealt with. Maybe its someone you don't know.

"You ok dragon baby?" Kuroka sits on your lap.

"What am I supposed to do Kuroka?"

"Whatever you want to do."

"That wasn't the answer I was looking for kitty."

"I know. If you want to stand and fight, I be here at your side. If you decide to disappear I will still stand by your side and leave with you."

Kuroka cuddles up with you. As your wrap your arm around her. You may be the son of Great Red well born from him and nothing can really stand in your way, but that isn't the problem. You have friends  and a fiance here. You don't want to see them get hurt for your mistakes.

"That could be a possibility, but I'm worried about you."

"You're too adorable (F/N), but I can take care of myself."

"Yeah you can. Do you think we can have a normal life?"

"Baby our lives will never be normal. Yet, I would love to be your wife and maybe have some children at some point."

"Children huh?"

"Yep. Don't you think our children will be all so powerful?" Kuroka smiles.

Her smiles always brightens your day up even if you're not down in the dumps. She has the cutest smile you ever saw. You actually never thought about having children, but if it is with Kuroka then you will be fine with it.

"Yeah they would be." You kiss Kuroka's cheek.

"Should we look over those papers that Arthur gave us? About who or what is coming after you." Kuroka said.

"Sure." You sigh.

You pick up the stack of papers from the coffee table and gave half of it to Kuroka as you took the other half. Be a lot faster to see if you can find any information beside from what you know.

"There are a lot of names in here (F/N).

"Yeah I know. With Abel crossed out now. How many are there?"

"From what I see there are about 12 on my side. What about you?"

"Well with Abel crossed out, I have about 8 with their names and types of monsters they are. Do you recognize their names at all Kuroka?"

"Sadly I don't. I may have dealt with the Underworld a few times, but I don't recognize any of these names I really wish I did. I guess we have to wait and see."

"So we are just sitting rats basically?"

"We be fine (F/N) and don't forget what Ophis said that they will be with us and we will fight together. I actually never seen Ophis like this. She usually just has one goal and that is moving back to the Dimensional Gap."

"Yeah where my father lives at. She is going to flip a lid once she knows who I am well who my father is."

"That will be another discussion though at another time. I don't think the readers wants to deal with another problem at the same time." Kuroka laughs.

"The what?"

"Anyways do you see anything new dragon baby?"

"I wish that I do, but I don't."

Well that isn't the full truth you really do see something, but now isn't the time to bring it up. If you right then you know what to do and if you are wrong then it doesn't matter all you would have to do is wait.

"So about this normal life you talk about." Kuroka lays the papers down.

"What about it?"

"What do you see in your future?"

"I see myself marrying the beautiful woman right in front of me. Having a nice house maybe far away from town for the peace and quiet. Give the Azazel the bike gang as I don't need it or want it anymore. Give you children as you desire. Then just spend rest of my life with you."

"You really want all that? Even to spend rest of your life with me?"

You saw Kuroka eyes start to water as a tear falls from it and run down her cheek and off her face. You have no idea why she is crying right now was it something that you said? As Kuroka moves closely and lays her head on your lap and looks up at you.

"I do Kuroka that is why I asked you to marry me. I want the rest of our lives to be together. Don't cry."

"I am sorry, I am just so happy that I found you. I never thought I could have this life. I always dreamed about it."

Kuroka wraps her arms around your your head and pulls you down. She kisses your lips as you embrace her. Kuroka really does mean the world to you and you know you said it before, but its true.

"We will have that life soon or later Kuroka, I will make sure of it baby girl."

"I can't wait for it." Kuroka smiles.

Few minutes later Kuroka falls asleep on your lap as you were playing with her hair. She looks so peaceful as she slept. You pick back up the papers you were looking at and start to think about them again to see if you were right. Trying your best not to wake up Kuroka.

"Think I finally figured it out." You whisper.

You look at Kuroka who was still fast asleep. You wonder if she is dreaming about anything and if she was it what is it? You slowly move as Kuroka's head  was still on your lap and move  her head on the couch. You put a blanket over her for she can stay warm.

You open up your portal up and have your armor connect with your body with your sword by your side. You look at Kuroka who was still sleeping so peacefully. You lean down and kiss her forehead.

"I love you Kuroka, but I cant see you be in danger or anyone else. This is my fight and I have figured out where each of them are staying at. I be back soon as I can." You whisper and left the apartment.

You wonder about a having a normal life with Kuroka when everything settles down. Can you have it?

And the  hunted will soon become the hunter and these contractors made a huge mistake taking the job.
